Everything comes full circle for Abigail when she finally learns what it means to be the Chosen One for the humans. Suddenly, purging the past means losing so much more and while some hearts will be reunited, others will be broken.
A truly honorable ending to a fantastic journey.
I am a self-published multi-genre author with an emphasis on YA (young adult) paranormal, dystopian, and fantasy. I also write Contemporary with an emphasis on NA (new adult) and women's fiction.
I grew up in southern California and graduated with a B.A. in Theatre Arts from the University of Southern California. I married my high school sweetheart who is a firefighter for LA City and we settled into a quieter life with our two kids in Utah. I returned to my artistic passion for writing in 2013 and am loving every second of my art, kids, and husband.
As far as the writing goes, this book stands right in the middle of book one and book two of this trilogy. It isn’t as disjointed as book one but also not as tightly written as book two. Sadly, I’m a Happily Ever After reader - or at least a Happily For Now. So, I am obviously NOT satisfied with the ending. And, given how all over the place this trilogy was for me in the first place, jury’s still out on if it was worth the time or not…
I loved this series and couldn’t put it down. I have never been into books like this but now I want to read the twilight series. So good but I’m super sad it ended. I want more❤️
Wow a beautiful and epic conclusion to a brilliant trilogy. The order has been destroyed and Abigail has come back from the dead. Things are not simple as first thought and soon Abigail and her friends are battling for their life's and futures. Highly recommended this series especially if you enjoy fantasy and paranormal books
This third and last of a series provides endless excitement, nonstop action, and quite a degree of entertainment. Plenty of hair-raising derring-do and a convivial cast of characters engaged in a thrill ride.
Amazing Trilogy! By far, one of the best trilogies I've read. It's not what I thought it would be at all, but it was a really pleasant surprise! Couldn't put these books down, read all 3 in 2 days they were so good! Highly recommend! Xx
With every make believe thing in this book, why did Abigail die? Absolutely ridiculous and it ruined the whole series. Write another book and bring her back to life and give her a GOOD life!
I don't always write a review on the books I read, especially when there are so many already on Goodreads or Amazon but I don't think enough readers know about this series.
I loved reading all three books! Granted, this book should come with a warning to grab some tissues before you proceed, but that's when you know the author gave it their all!
My heart hurts from that ending and if I waited to write this review I'm sure it wouldn't hurt so bad but that's not the type of reviews a series as special as this one deserves...
Pages flowed well and the plot was simple and easy to follow. Characters and dialogue were ok. It kinda lost its shine for me given the seriousness because this is aimed at a younger audience. I think sometimes we need to be scared a little. The triangle between the three main characters didn't really go anywhere. Spoiler alert don't get too comfortable you are in for a bumpy ride. Scotty has his work cut out for him with all the transportation going on 😉
I can't believe she ended this story killing the heroine. This is not a feel good book. If you don't like being extremely discouraged then don't read this story. Having devoted so many hours of being invested with my time and getting to know the characters, I feel so let down and calling out to myself....are you kidding me! Wow, I won't be reading any more of this authors publications.
