If you want a very simplistic and basic snapshot of leadership, this might be a good book for you. This book provided no new information for me. It was basically a list of good leadership qualities. If you really want to understand and explore leadership, I could recommend dozens of other books.

Audiobook. So good I bought the actual book. That way I can highlight and tab the items that I need to return to. He presents information in a way that is easy to understand and just enough that you get it without inundating you with too much theory.
