For some quick reads on ways men can be renewed in all areas of life, this is a great resource. Humans are complex creations, consisting of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual components. In just a few moments a day, reading this book can help men who are worn down by life's challenges regain what they need to excel in whatever God has given them to do. For me, this is more like a 4.5 stars book.
