All you need to know to start your Wiccan journey.

If what you want is to become a practicing Wiccan, or to simply learn more about this fascinating nature based religion, then read on.

To start your journey, you have two options:

• You can be lucky, and live in an area where there is already a coven or a Wiccan circle that can teach you everything you need to know

• Or, like most Wiccans, you can start your journey alone and your choice today is to inform yourself online

The information can be found, but often it is incomplete and with different and contrasting perspectives, and this makes it difficult to know where to start. For this reason, Amelia Glanville, wanted to create the Starter Kit, bringing together in a single book everything that is important to know.

Poorly written, lots of spelling errors and grammar errors. This is also filled with untrue information, and deeply sexualizes Wicca and its correspondences.

More like Wicca for middle schoolers. This book is Basic AF, and I stopped reading after they said to dump used spell jars/satchels into rivers or streams. The spells included also require some ridiculous ingredients that no modern practitioner could realistically have in their collection.

I learned a lot! I would recommend this for anyone who is curious like myself, and comes with little to no background matter.

Felt like it was written by someone that isn't even Wiccan and there was a lot of repetition in it.

A History Lesson with a Personal Connection

At first, I was thrown reading this series of books. Having been raised conservative Lutheran; I was told Wicca was evil.
It's not. It's a natural religion that's been misunderstood for centuries. Ms. Glanville explains the history, the premise of the religion and goes into knee-deep details about aspects of this religion. I found it fascinating.
