Bear Mail #3

Delivered

Rate this book
First-grade teacher Caroline isn't the kind of girl who goes looking for trouble, but after a trip north to meet single men with her best friend, it seems like trouble finds her. She spends a wild night with a handsome stranger and ends up with a broken heart -- and a few months later, a different kind of surprise.

Bear shifter Max didn't expect to have any fun at a mail order bride gathering, but fate had other things in store for him. When Caroline flees the morning after their tryst, he resigns himself to more lonely nights out at the oil fields. Then she comes looking for him, and he realizes there's more going on between them than just a wild night. She can't hide her baby bump like he hides his bear side. He's just getting used to the idea of being a father when the enemy wolf pack starts stirring up trouble.

Caroline doesn't understand what Max is hiding, but getting kidnapped by a bunch of strangers and wolves seems like just another day for his family. She isn't ready to raise a kid by herself, but she can't stay at the ranch when there's danger around every corner. How can she have a baby with a guy she barely knows, and one who seems to be hiding something huge? Can she and Max figure it all out before the biggest change of their lives is... delivered?

Great read

This book was great. This is Max and Caroline's story. A lot took place in the book between the bears and the wolves. The whole Sanders family were back together once again. There were funny parts and angry parts. That's what happens with miscommunication from two people thinking only one weekend will do. Can fate intervene and make to strong bug stubborn characters change their minds about each other? Jed the wolf is still annoying in this book. I did like it and loved the ending. It was a surprise for sure.

An inspiring third book in this series
Caroline’s friend Lara talks her into a trip to an out of the way destination which she finds not so interesting until she locked eyes with Max. After a steamy night and a misunderstanding in the morning neither knows how to contact each other. Caroline really needs to contact Max and flys out where she thinks he is but with the wolves causing trouble will they get together and how will she react to his secret?

Good

For the most part it was pretty good. Seemed like it stretched out quite a bit in the beginning after they met and the misunderstanding happened that separated them. Seemed like they spent more time apart than together. I am not sorry I read it and I was happy for their happy ending. However, if your looking for an in-depth read like her City Shifter books you may not enjoy it.

A surprise

Max & Carolina: he was the second oldest and always grumpy until he saw her at the mixer his brothers drag him to. She and her friend decided to do something daring and sign up for this dating site that went out of town to meet men.. The characters will take you through twists and turns through out their journey to get their fated mated. A very good book.

Great!

I really enjoyed the characters in this book. Now we just need Auggies story. Perhaps Lara? In general more Sanders stories!

Best yet

So far this is my favorite book in the series. Who doesn't love an overprotective bear shifter? Can't wait for more.

The best Bear Mail yet!

I have loved the last two Bear Mail books but this was so good. I think Max is just fantastic and the twists were brilliant. Highly recommended.

All I can say is wow.

This is really a story about family and a love that has quite a few problems to overcome. I enjoyed the conflict but the love was totally all encompassing.
