HARRISON:

I think I’m falling for a gay guy.

What started as a meeting about my sister’s wedding plans changed when our caterer walked in. A man has never stirred me like this—or made me wonder how his lips taste.

The sparks with Morgan are undeniable.

Friends with benefits should be a win-win for us both. But when the wedding day draws close, I’m drawing Morgan closer. I want something more between us, but I’m running out of time to tell him.

I don’t want Morgan to be a bitter aftertaste.

MORGAN:

Loving a straight man has never been in my plans.

I’ve catered for demanding brides, but this time my mind’s not on the wife-to-be—it’s her brother who’s got my attention. For once, I’ve met a straight guy I can’t figure out.

He’s magnetically hot, and it seems like he’s into me.

Harrison’s only here for two weeks, so we get close—fast. But I’m starting to develop real feelings, and the wedding countdown is turning into a ticking clock. I’ve got too much baggage to move fast, but if I don’t, the reception might be my last chance.

I don’t want friends-with-benefits to end at the altar.

This is the second book in the Femme Fox series. It can be enjoyed as a standalone with no cliffhanger.

The caterer and the bride’s brother get it on, and more !

Harrison’s sister is getting married, and Morgan is the caterer. Harrison has been straight until he sees the beautiful man catering the wedding. Harrison is unapologetic, and all-in on getting together with Morgan. Our issues are Morgan’s invisible scars from his ex, and Harrison doesn’t believe “love” is real.
So, Harrison explores his new needs; dating and pleasing Morgan is his priority. Morgan is fearing the day when Harrison must go home, just as much as Harrison is.
Their super hot sexy times, first M/Ms for bold Harrison, and mind-blowing for Morgan, too.
I liked all of the recurring folks also. This series is full of sweet romance, but each tale can stand alone.
Great epilogue !
Enjoy !

49% No review since DNF. This was a rinse and repeat of book 1 down to the, "don't ruin my wedding by sleeping with him" lines. Couldn't take it anymore.

Saying another great book by this author sounds reparative but this series is sure causing me to say it. This book had me from the beginning. There is nothing highly original in the outline of the story….gay guy meets inexperienced gay guy, instant attraction and goes from there. But it’s the way this author comes up with the settings, the emotion between the characters, the likability of the characters and flow of the story that sets him apart. Morgan is a guy I just wanted to hug and take care of. His level of getting hurt is set on high and yet he is attracted to Harrison. He even tells himself he wants Harrison at any price but does he really? He has had a few experiences to make him the way he is…..prom and his ex make up a lot of it. Harrison on the other side appears more of a player. Yet he is instantly attracted to Morgan. He seems to have a hard time accepting who he is. Harrison also has a problem with wanting to commit to anyone but that is explained by his experiences with his parents. Both of them made me want to cry at different times because both were so open to being hurt in different ways. The only trouble I had with the story is I find it hard to believe Harrison can be so inexperienced yet open to jumping right in and knowing what to do sexually and not really hiding his attraction to Morgan but yet he doesn’t really identify as being other than straight. I can be wrong but it seems that to be Harrison’s age somewhere along the way he should have an attraction to guys….via another guy, porn or some other circumstance that he found himself in. The secondary characters added so much. Who doesn’t relate to sibling interaction. I enjoyed the author bring back the characters from the previous stories. These friends add so much…between Avery being really entertaining and Taylor and Cole’s relationship. Over all this story still held my attention. The main and secondary characters are just so likable and the story so interesting that I would recommend it.

Very very good, although I'll admit, I get so annoyed sometimes while reading about two men who are just "no, let's hide my feelings and pretend i don't love him as much as I do so that I can protect myself from rejection". And when both carachters are doing that it's just so frustrating. Then again, I think in one way or another we've all done that, but reading it and so having the certainty that the other MC is just as commicted it's so hard at times.... Then again, that's what romance is about, isn't it?
I loved Morgan, he's kind and always ready to help his friends, and he's still trusting even if he's been burned before. I liked some of Harrison, sometimes he was a little too smug, or self-assured for my taste, and I felt that sometimes he just took it for granted that Morgan would give him another chance just because he wanted him too, and he kind of forced the way... but in the end he's the one with the guts to make the final move, so he really redeems himself.
The steaminess is absolutely off the charts with these two, there's serious need for a fire extinguisher next to your Kindle!
I can't wait to read Avery's story!

Delightful story of connection, hope and love. Just has all the feels!   I really enjoyed this story-line and how incredible each of the characters are.  The author really crafted characters that are strong, yet vulnerable and beautiful.  Their connection is unexpected but intense and they find their way to love one step at a time. The writing flowed well and the pacing felt really good.  I loved their journey and highly recommend you give this book a try.

Harrison and Morgan are incredible together!   I loved their chemistry and that they made each other better.  They have a very special connection.  It was also wonderful to see characters from the previous book show up and be a part of this story too.

This is the second book of the Femme Fox series and can be read as a stand-alone story.

I was really excited about Morgan's story and Jason Collins definitely did not disappoint! I've been curious about Morgan since meeting him in the first book in this series and I just love him. There is definitely an instant connection between him and Harrison right from the start, even though Harrison hasn't been attracted to men before. You can really feel their connection, it's that intense. But, Morgan is looking for something real, Harrison isn't gay, is more of a hookup kind of guy and is only in town for his sister's wedding.

I really liked these two together right from the start, I was definitely rooting for them, even when it all felt unlikely. Morgan is such a like-able guy and I just wanted to hug him. He so deserves to find the right person and be happy. He's been hurt in the past, and despite that he still wants to try to make it work with Harrison. Harrison is new to this attraction and the idea of being with Morgan. He does struggle at times, but does come to understand what he feels for Morgan. I really loved the way this story came together, and how it all happened. I loved Morgan and Harrison all the way through this story but how Harrison deals with their situation just owned my heart and made me so happy!

This is a great addition to this series and I am absolutely loving this group and their stories! A wonderful read from Jason Collins!

Morgan and Harrison meet and sparks fly! Harrison has a bit of a time coming to terms with his attraction to a man or rather letting it be known. Things quickly change from no strings attached to possessive. It takes a while for either of them to be willing to be honest about their true feelings. Morgan knows his heart is invested but holds no hope that Harrison will come out when he’s only around temporarily. He’s willing to take what he can get, knowing his heart won’t survive. Harrison lets fear and expectation of what his life should look like make his decisions. I loved that in the end, it is Harrison that makes the changes to build a life with Morgan, giving him his complete support along with his heart. Perfect ending.

Harrison is with his sister and her fiance' at the wedding planners to make arrangements for her wedding. Straight Harrison immediately gets the hots for Morgan the wedding planner. Morgan is gay and is reading to settle down. Harrison is a hookup kind of guy. He convinces Morgan to have an affair with him until it's time to leave. Harrison has no problem being with a guy and Morgan is beautiful and he has an attraction to him so why not go with the flow? Problem is, they fall in love. How are they going to work that out or do they want to or will Harrison just walk away from the man he loves to pick up his life in Miami? An excellent story with tons of hot sex. I voluntarily read and reviewed this ARC book.

Another great love story for this series. I was so happy to get Morgan's story after meeting him in the first book. After learning more about Morgan I was really happy that he got his HEA! Harrison and Morgan are spectacular together and their chemistry really sizzles right off the pages from the start. They were each hesitant to express their feelings even as they kept growing stronger and stronger but they had to get over their past experiences in order to really let their relationship flourish. It was great seeing Taylor and Cole again and seeing how they were doing. I really enjoyed the ending of the book! Can't wait to get Avery's story, I really hope that one is next! I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.

There was so much instant attraction and chemistry between these two guys that it could be felt coming off the pages. Although they act on this attraction pretty quickly, it takes a bit for either Morgan or Harrison to be honest about their feelings, and for Harrison to recognise that he doesn't want to let Morgan go. I enjoyed it as much as the first in the series; it has the same lighthearted, rom-com tone, and is well-written. I did have trouble with the characters decisions in some places, and felt they could have been fleshed out a bit more. So far, Femme Fox is a wonderfully pleasant series to dive into!

Smooth! Harrison, straight is in town for his sister Kimmie's wedding to Dirk. Kimmie, commissioned Morgan at the last minute. Morgan thought Harrison was the most beautiful man he's ever seen. They both agreed that their relationship was short term and just scratching an itch. Morgan was ready to settle down, but willing to short term with Harrison. Did Harrison ever question his attraction to Morgan? Can Harrison get over his committment baggage? Does Kimmie get married? Can Morgan put down his baggage? Will they change the terms of their relationship? Nice story. Harrison is a great guy when he stops thinking too much. Morgan is a nice character. Well done!

Loves attraction

Cole is a chef who owns his own catering business. Meeting and working with all types of brides to be and their future husbands. While working with one such couple, the brides brother comes to give his sister a shoulder to lean on. Wow! Both are gob smacked by their mutual attraction to each other. Problem: Cole is gay and Harrison is not.
I liked this story. It was sweet, hot and very sexy. I liked the relationship angst of both the bride during her cold feet meltdown and Harrison’s attempt at having more.
I would definitely recommend.

A cute love story of a straight man falling badly for handsome gay Morgan. As I started to read this it all seemed so vaguely familiar, I had to check my ‘Read’ list on Goodreads and the year of publication, but after a couple of chapters it veered off and I knew I hadn’t read it, it was rather odd. You can always rely on Jason Collins to give you an enjoyable read, nothing too heavy, a little bit of angst, a whole lot of love, and a HEA.

OTHERS’ ACTIONS SHOULD NOT CONTROL YOUR OWN.

I received this book for free and am giving my honest and voluntary review

Harrison, a straight man, meets Morgan, a gay man, and they lead lives tainted by others’ actions and beliefs. Jason writes a great story on how the two meet and struggle through their emotions until they find their HEA.

Morgan and Harrison met because of a wedding and the cute begins from there. Their chemistry is sweet and cute and just there from the beginning. I loved how they related to one another from the start. They were natural. As usual the writing is a real good time.

Morgan & Harrison

Morgan is still feeling from the betrayal of his ex, not ready to fully trust. Harris overwhelmed and confused by his intense feelings for Morgan. It's a difficult situation made worse by Harrison only visiting town. An intense read.

Both story and characters are really solid, never a dull moment in this book! Jason Collins certainly knows how to tell a story that keeps readers engaged, and reading in one sitting. I definitely recommend the Femme Fox trilogy! Thank you!

What do they look like?

I like the general theme of the series. One thing that particularly bothered me about this specific book is the writer doesn't give a description of Morgan and Harrison. I spent the whole book wondering what they looked like. Did I miss it? Or did he?

Good

I’ve read all 3 in the series and this one was not my favorite. Only because the constant back and forth. And not speaking how they really felt frustrated so much. They were both alike when it came to love.
