A deadly disease slowly kills Anita’s child and drowns her family into the dark depths of poverty. Hundreds of miles away from her home, the immortal Guru and His secret disciples meet in a forested mountain to discuss metaphysical ways of steering her soul back to a life of happiness and prosperity.
This treasure is the second instalment in the Immortal Talks book series. It contains six priceless chapters: A Thousand Lives; The Linga Code; Incomplete; The Invisible Four; The Awareness Setting; Continuity.
The moment i got to know that immortal talks 2 is out, the very evening i had it on my kindle. Immortal talks 2 emphasis mainly on existence of parallel realities and how one could manifest what reality one wants to live in. Talks about intelligence, intellect and many more are worth reading, if someone has gone through patanjali yogasutras they can esily relate and understand it. I Would say Immortal talks 1 and 2 books are something one must not just read but think, meditate and practice deeply in order to receive the real message behind.
Don't know whether it is real or fiction but this one is the finest book on spirituality and the concept of the soul and afterlife, I have ever read. I may have a bias towards this book as my heart refuses to believe it as a mere work of fiction.
Quote from the Book I Liked - 'You see, Humanity keeps inventing new layers of illusions.' (Loc. 365)
Rating - 3 Stars
*Important take from the book* - 'Half of the human noise in this world is all about people flexing their intelligence to defend and promote choices made by their intellect. There would be so much of peace if people understood the nature and tendencies of their mental bodies and respected each other's likes and dislikes.' (Loc. 1070)
Plot Summary - A deadly disease slowly kills Anita’s child and drowns her family into the dark depths of poverty. My Review - After reading the Book 2 of the Immortal Talks series, I could say that the book came to a conclusion but not so to say the book as complete. Yeah, it has a lot of loopholes which either would be completed in the Book 3 which may release or else those elements were simply added for vague reasons. Leaving those bit moments apart, this book (Both book 1 and 2 as complete) now makes sense. The part I was waiting for, the sermons and lessons by Hanuman was cast in book 2 which was really enlightening and talks about many of the bodies that human being as a whole is made up of. These 5 bodies - Physical, Intellectual, Intelligence, Chitta and Samskara, govern the state and decisions of a human being and made us as unique as we are. The book also talks on about the effect when one of these above bodies overpower others to make a certain move that is often felt as a surprise for our character. But it helps us decode the meaning behind them and how can we being conscious alter those moments. The book is filled with quotes and certain wisdom which will come as a surprise for a reader and if read with a deeper sense of presence. Some analogies like that of 'The Mermaid' is quite enlightening if thought over and read with a deeper understanding. Overall the book when combined makes sense rather than just reading Book 1. Thus, it can be read once or can be skipped altogether because it seemed to me a bit incomplete and a bit confusing as what actually do the author wanted to convey via these books. The motive seemed confused and jumbled up.
Conclusion - Could've been better if the context was clearer and no loopholes would've been left.
Pure drops of wisdom, supreme knowledge... Found most of the talks to be relating to our life and problems. How we, the unconscious beings are solely responsible for what situation we are in and how we can get out of such situations with a little awareness. Just like the first book, this book deals with space-time, and soul in depth and is a continuation of the first book. Some times it gets confusing but read slowly and you can get some idea, because understanding every bit of is not possible for our limited understanding and mental capacity. But sure, you'll see everything with a new view. So go, read it at once....
This book is a boon to those who want to know gods and how they fit into the universe. How they work and help the ordinary souls in achieving their goals. This book is also a boon to knowledge seekers to overcome the expert barrier and experience beyond instead of getting lured into thinking that they have achieved completeness. It is also useful to those who blame others for all their worries. In reality, they are the ones stopping themselves from achieving their goals, by thinking that they are mere mortals what can they do. I bow my head and open strings of my heart to pay gratitude to Anita and sulochana, for without their sufferings, I would not have been able to see through the illusion in which I am trapped. Thank you both
One of the best books I've read so far. It gives so much insights on the illusionary world we are living in and what a spiritual awakening looks and feels.Even if we accept its ways as a philosophy of living it can release enormous amount of pressure from our minds. In short its a incredible book , i don't know weather its true or not but its a must read in a life time.
wonderful book. very technical. Actually gives methods where ppl can try leaving their body enter into another, manifest drastic changes in life etc... Of course needs enormous amount of sadhana.
I really struggled with the first half of the book. Took 3 months to complete first half and the second half I almost finished in a day. The first half deals with "Gnana Yoga" or the theory behind all those mystical things.
For someone like me "Bhakti yoga" is probably much easier than "Gnana Yoga". Apparently that is the case for average humans.
Also, lot of my past was made sense. why certain incidents happened etc... are clear now.
No doubt in the authenticity of this book since I have heard different versions of the same content by various Yogis.
My takeaway was 1) Characters have set destiny. There is no way a character can improve. What the character goes through is predestined. 2) the only way for a soul is to disconnect from the character in certain situations so that karma isn’t earned. Easier said then done!
Since a character aka human/animal’s story is prewritten in form of the scenes and scenes in other dimensions there is no wrong or right for the character. We can only feel sorry for the soul attached to someone like hitler character or any other criminal.
If you try to understand deeply it is actually depressing. Trust the author/lord clarifies on above points.
I devoured the 158 pages of the book “Immortal Talks (Book 2)” by Shunya in nearly one sitting. I wouldn’t be wrong if I claimed that these 158 pages have sown the seeds of wisdom that no amount of pages can ever contain.
An unknown, unspoken tribe called the Mahtangs believe that their immortal Guru - Lord Hanuman returns every 41 years to impart them with metaphysical knowledge, which allows them to expand their consciousness to experience the wholeness and oneness of creation.
This treasure is the second installment in the Immortal Talks book series. I couldn’t put the book down, as if the Divine words (being spoken by Lord Hanuman) had both my body & mind under control. It felt as if I was part of the Mahtangs, sitting amongst them and listening firsthand to what their Deva had to preach. Barring the Scriptures, never before have I read something so potent that it makes you feel as if every neuron in your head is screaming for attention.
The book draws an incomparable analogy between the Binary language (0s and 1s) and the Absolute language, which also has two variables viz. Karma and Desire. The books goes on to explain with help of powerful analogies, as to how a soul attaches itself to a given character in order to experience the incompleteness (of the human form), despite being part of an indivisible whole.
The book sheds light on the four sub-divisions of the mental body viz. intellect, intelligence, Samskara, and Chitta. Lord Hanuman chidingly says, the physical body along with the four mental bodies is like a team of five clueless people chasing an unachievable goal.
The journey of a soul from being an ignorant soul to self-aware starts with making these invisible four mental faculties visible, and understanding how the interplay of these four, forces the physical body into action. The goal then is to fine tune the soul’s awareness setting such that it doesn’t oscillate to extremes. An optimum awareness setting allows the soul to experience a character and yet remain disassociated. In other words, becoming a mere spectator to whatever the doer is doing. It is worthwhile to note that when a soul changes characters, everything (thoughts & memories) is left behind. The soul’s mastery over its awareness setting is the only thing that stays. Last but not least, it is this awareness that allows evolved souls (read Gurus or Masters) and even Gods to assist you in navigating through this intricate (yet simple) cosmic web called life.
Who is this author!! They demystify everything with such clarity compared to so many other books. Isn’t this the true essence of a soul seeking enlightenment? Or perhaps they have already attained it and are now simplifying the rules of the game for us, mere ignorant souls, endlessly accumulating karma and clinging to illusions.
To be honest, I still have many questions and might need to give it another read. This author could have all the recognition in the world if they wanted, yet they seem utterly indifferent, perhaps because their only driving force is pure compassion!
What surprises me most is that I started reading Part 2 two years ago but just couldn’t push myself to finish it. I must have restarted at least five or six times, yet it never clicked. And now, just as my Rahu-Ketu exaltation period begins and my spiritual engine ignites, this book pulls me in again. This time, I absorbed it in barely two days.
I truly believe my character was destined to read this at this precise moment.
Two years back, when I had read Part 1 of this book, and came to know about the existence of a Part 2, I straight away had ordered it. And since then this mere 160 page book has dauntingly stared at me, for I knew the amount of philosophy and wisdom every line would contain. Both volumes are not light reads. Each chapter draws you into the depths of spirituality, everything you'd need to know about life, about death, dreams, detachment, devotion, materialism, souls, relationships, karma, flavours of mangoes, smells of roses and then about space time, paralal universes and this universe itself. For the knowledge these pages contain, i don't think this is human. At a time when everyone is trying to be something, the author who calls him/herself Shunya has gifted this gem anonymously to this world. Glad this book found me. || जय बजरंग बली ||
Book 2 is enchanting and deeply philosophical. It speaks a lot about the Absolute Language and compares it with that of the Binary and other language forms. There are a number of interwoven stories in this book as those in Book 1. The end of the book however doesn’t seem to be the climactic part of the entire story and i’m sure a sequel would definitely follow. The length is short as in Book 1 but the contents evoke thoughts which may take years to seep into and be understood by mortals. The author and publishers must consider translating the series of books to Odia language so that my mother, being a devotee of Lord Hanuman Jee can read the books.
I think I am split between what I feel about this book. There were many parts that didn't click for me, I just didn't resonate. It was a 3 star for me, but the last chapter made it a little more!
But in totality, I did find some good takeaways and possibilities. That's the thing about spiritual stuff, you have to use your discernment.
Take what works, leave out the rest.
I think I expected more from this book coming from an absolutely amazing first part.
But that's just my takeaway and I still relatively enjoyed the book. Do read it, the writer is definitely upto some profound truths :)
A short but intense read for those seeking Knowledge to answer questions around existentialism. It refreshingly adopts a storyline from Hindu Mythology and warmly wraps the reader into spiritual learnings written by an anonymous author 'Shunya' which makes this book even more interesting.
Not a book that will make you flip pages-per-second but a journey you'd take with yourself at your closest.
Must read for enthusiasts exploring literature the likes of Dostoevsky and Alan Watts.
This is mesmerizing!! It is a vast ocean of knowledge and secrets of the masters are left for the reader to unravel as one transcends from one page to another, one chapter to another, introspecting , comparing and sometimes even applying the knowledge on oneself. As if Lord Hanuman has Himself bestowed his blessings on all . I truly believe now..it is the Golden Era. Gratitude. DIVINE THANKS
This book although as small as Book 1, is heavy and needs re-reads to digest what is being served. This BOOK is not a stand-alone book you MUST read BOOK 1 before coming to this one. While Chapters 7, 8 and 9 will churn you inside out, Chapters 10 and 11 hold the key to many aspects. Of course the final chapter culminates into summarizing the learning, you'll thank yourself to have read these books.
Just read the book, no words are enough to describe the grace this book disseminates, the supreme knowledge you find in it, will not be found in any other book in the world at this time. The divine is communicating directly through this. Don't believe me, just give it a read you will know the truth. Your logical mind will try to stop you from reading it, because it has the power to awaken your real self, your soul!
This is a real gem. After reading the book 1, i was eagerly waiting for immortal talk book 2. I mean, such a amazing book. Author discusses so many complex things in a such easy way through stories and real Life theories. It makes us think so much about all aspects of life like our thoughts, devotion, problems, unseen and unimaginable situations, how we are a small part of this cosmic world, how a parallel world co-exist and much more. Its really engrossing one.
Both these books are not for everyone, we should read couple books on spirituality then only one can pick these.
Story revolves around Mahatang tribe in Sri Lanka, where it is said lord Hanuman visits them after every 41 years.
Few concepts like self awareness, self realisation, time travel of the souls are mentioned in the book, which many readers will find difficult to understand.
I would suggest, this book should be read by serious spiritual seeker only.
Bits and pieces gets difficult to follow but it’s beautiful and so worth the read. Majorly talks about the Samkhya Philosophy but also shows it’s practical application and guides you forward. It’s philosophy on a deeper level and something to ponder about and practice, practice, practice! Would 100% recommend it.
This book give you highest level of knowledge about who you really are!!
It changed my perception towards the world around me. This book have changed my perception towards myself. very high level of knowledge. Thanks to lord Hanuman who gave this knowledge. This book have changed my Life.
I have read first part and I will say this part doesn't stand anywhere near it. Book is overstretched and boring. The writing is monotonous and non innovative. Though there are some parts which are good and enlightening but they are few.
Pretty good book on the workings of alternate timelines though could be better. Like the lady's situation was a lot less dire than it was made to seem. There were ways of resolving it without timeline jumping.
I was eagerly waiting to read more from the author since I first read the first book. Part I n II both are like the movie Interstellar for me. Had lots of goosebumps and has helped me progress spiritually as well. Highly recommended
The real knowledge behind the Book is insane. You can find it only if you are reading it with a clean mindset. It will tell you, how things works in dream world, How the body and Soul are attached to each other and How we can detach the soul from bodily pleasures.
This was one heavy stuff. You need to r ead very slow to absorb the information. The writer is learned. The material comes as teachings from lord Hanuman. It would have been good if we were told how these came from Lord Hanuman. Was it through channeling?
Profound wisdom in simple understandable examples. Tgere is lot to contemplate and practice in real life. Requires multiple reading and contemplation to grasp the hidden wisdom
Fantastic books...the Book 1 and the sequel this book. Worth reading multiple times....Highly engaging, thought provoking especially if one is interested in understanding the connection between mind, body, soul, intellect, intelligence. the different bodies one possess etc...
