I've been not-so-patiently waiting for grumpy Kameron's story, and Carrie Ann Ryan didn't disappoint. Not only did we get to see Kameron as a protective mate (SWOON CITY), but the situation with the Aspens has obviously reached a tipping point, which made for some harrowing and action-packed moments - and a promise of more to come.

Kam and Dani's story was a little sad. They know they're mates, but because of everything going on with the Aspens, Kam wants to put off making it official so that he can focus on his job of keeping his pack safe from the threat. Dani appreciates the delay as well since she feels the need to get to know Kam better and to come to grips with the impending loss of her humanity.

However, Blade's actions speed up Kam and Dani's timeline, and all of their care and caution are for naught. Now they need to get to know each other much faster than they wanted.

In addition, there's obviously something special or different about Dani - the prologue is evidence enough of that. With all the interesting twists and turns that Carrie Ann Ryan has added to this series lately, I couldn't wait to see what that thing was. I had an idea, but the reality was a lot more than what I had thought, and all that culminated into an exciting and dramatic ending.

The only thing that will top this story will be Max's which is coming up next, and we get plenty of lead-in in Strength Enduring. Not only am I dying for his HEA, but I'm now also dying for Blade's painful and humiliating demise. I know Carrie Ann Ryan won't disappoint.

The second to last book in the series is here and I couldn't be more excited. I can't wait for Blade to be defeated, so the rest of the characters can live in peace. The book was well balanced and we got to see Kameron slowly accepting that Dhani was his mate and she couldn't wait to become his. She doesn't decide to mate someone else, but she demands again and again for a chance to show him how good they are together. I liked her from page one. It's not like Kameron was a bad guy though. I found his thinking reasonable even if it led him to not been with Dhani for some time. I liked their slow development and I wouldn't ask for anything more when it comes to the two of them.

The pace was good and steady for most of the time. In the last chapters it picks up and so did the frequency I was changing the pages since a lot of stuff happened. It changed many of the things we knew and confirmed others. It also set up the events of the final book and I can't wait to see how everything will work out for our beloved characters. I am not a fan of the title and I hope we won't lose anyone we know and love. I must prepare myself. For me, this book is another great addition to the series and you must read it.

Wow this was wow. Kameron and Dhani were great. I hated how Dhani’s beginning into the world started because it was heartbreaking. So sad and the sacrifice made was just amazing and unreal.

Kameron is the enforcer who wants nothing but peace for his pack. He wanted everyone to be protected and feeling safe. To just live life and feel safe and happy. He put aside his own happiness until peace for his pack was achieved. And this won’t happen because of Blade. The Aspen Alpha was power hungry and greedy and after the Talons Kameron knew but didn’t know how or when so he kept himself at a distance.

Only Dhani changes his world. she is strong and stubborn. She was kind and lost as well. She followed her feelings that never were wrong and she didn’t know why. She knew tings she shouldn’t due to her dreams and it confused her. Her and Kameron were fighting their feelings as they found their place and dealt with all going around them. And there was alot.

Carrie Ann Ryan packed alot into this book and it wasn’t long enough, I wanted more. We got Dhani seeing prejudiced since the war that Blade started and hid now from the aftermath as he planned his next move. She found her way to the pack and to Kameron. Her friends were part of the pack and she went there and suddenly their world gets turned upside down. Blade finds a way to make the tentative peace get put into chaos by creating chaos. And it forced Dhani and Kameron to take action on their feelings when they felt uncertain.

Only this was a good thing because it made them stronger and they allowed it to come to fruition like it was meant to be. As the danger came closer they got closer and found their way to one another. Dhani finds out who she is and what happened in her past. She finds a way to stand up and be who she was meant to be but she also found where she belonged-by Kameron’s side.

these two were great together. They were each other’s strength and endured alot. They believed in one another. They helped one another and stood by each other. They fought side by side and yet were their own person.

Carrie Ann Ryan has written an action packed, steamy book that gave us some resolution with things but began another danger that was going to come to a head soon and that keeps you on edge. We see Cheyenne and Max be foretold in ways that have you wonder what is next but also a foreboding due to Blade and Kameron stays on pins and needles. Ryan has written a wonderful story of love, family, loyalty and journey.

It seems like I'd been waiting forever for this book and my expectations were high. This book definitely delivered for me. I love all the Brentwoods, and the third triplet, Kameron, intrigued me. Knowing how badly he grew up and his job as Enforcer, I wondered how he'd manage to bend enough to have a love story. And knowing that a 'soft' woman would not suit him, at all, I wondered how one of Dawn's sweet friends would fit the bill.

Dhani was still a bit of an inigma. I knew she had a good heart, she'd shown that in previous books and I knew that there was a connection to Kameron, and that she was something 'more'. I wasn't really surprised to find out that she was a witch, but her background was interesting, with the binding of powers thing. And she was a preschool teacher, but as it turned out, one with a backbone and core of steel.

It continues to amaze me how Carrie Ann Ryan hits at the heart of discrimination and show just how foolish it is. Dhani was ostracized for being friends with and associating with the wolves, think back USA in the 50's and 60's. She lost her job and her home and the wolves took her in. She was put into a cottage close to Kameron's and their attraction, which he was fighting, grew. He was worried about putting a larger target on her back as the mate of the pack enforcer and his confusion, added to his concern about the Aspens, was taking a toll on him and his wolf.

And speaking of the Aspens, Blade and his witch, Scarlett, upped their game plan. The man/wolf is seriously bonkers and power hungry and dangerous. Their actions kind of forced Kameron and Dhani into mating a lot quicker than they'd planned. It was good between them, though. Blade's kidnapping of the girls, yes, again, brought Dhani's hidden powers to the fore as the binding was loosened and she kicked some butt, showing her strength and cementing her bond with Kameron.

I love this pairing, and that Kameron learned that he doesn't have to do everything alone. Their love story furthered this arc of the series as well. The next book is the finale of the Talon arc and I can't wait to read how Cheyenne, the last of Dawn's friends, helps to heal poor Max, who I love. I'm also hoping that the next book introduces more of the Central pack and that the next arc is about them.

I really enjoyed this story!!! The characters are fantastic and I love getting to see the previous characters as well. This is the 8th book in the series and the third within this arc. I would recommend reading the previous books, at least the previous 2 as that starts the new big bad and the arc within the group of four friends that plays such a large part of the story. With that said, it can be read as a standalone for the most part. The big bad story line is developed throughout all the books but the hero and heroine are pretty much contained within this book. You definitely get a happily ever after. Kam and Dhani are fantastic. I loved the way they were written and the way that things developed with them. Dhani made sure that things were up front about them being potential mates but with the situation they both wanted to take it slow and were on the same page. Circumstances then changed and caused them to accelerate things but I loved how Dhani "confronted" Kam and made things a little blunt. I loved their relationship! This story is really well written and draws you in from beginning to end. Once I started reading this book, I didn't want to stop. The sex is explicit but the plot doesn't allow for a lot of sex. Everything is blended well together. There is some action but this story has a lot more intrigue and relationship building. Kam is trying to figure out the bits and pieces that he has and how everything fits together. Dhani, with her knowing, is trying to figure out her dreams and what they mean. She knows she is different, she just doesn't know why or what she is. This story was just fantastic. I love the Talons and the Redwoods. We don't see much of the Redwoods in this book (for those that have read all the prior books). They are mentioned a little and the ones that are close family you do see a little bit of. I didn't feel like anything was missing though. I can't wait for the next book in this series!!! I'm super excited for it and a little sad that it's the last one. All I can do is hope that it's not the last time that we see the Talons and the Redwoods. Can't wait to see how everything ends up though!

ARC REVIEW

Talon Pack #8, The second to last in this story arc against this Big Bad and his illusions of grandeur. Kam Brentwood the Enforcer for the Talon pack, is the strongest only second to the Alpha and emotionally tied to everyone in the pack like the Omega only not as strong. Kam also knows that his is one of the worse positions to be in for a mate and family, all to often he's seen what can happen to loved ones when your enemies want to hurt you. That's why no matter how much he wants to he can't claim the one woman who can calm his soul.

Dhanielle Coburn has always had a way of knowing things she knew something bad was going to happen when she woke up the morning the principal fired her just like she knew she needed to be in Talon Pack territory right after that and just like she knows Kam is her mate. But Dhani's ability to know things isn't just some simple gut reaction there is a bigger mystery in Dhani's familial history.

Dhani knows she belongs in the Talon Pack with Kam she finally feels like she finally belongs. Kam and Dhani decide to take it slow and wait until the Big Bad is dealt with before they move forward if they even want to, but the Big Bad takes the decision out of their hands when he focus' his attention on Dhani and the only way to protect her is for Kam to mate her.

As always Carrie Ann Ryan is freakin' brilliant. This is an ongoing series so if you are new to the wonderful world of Carrie Ann Ryan you really should start at the beginning. There is this great internal struggle Kam deals with the first part of the book that's angsty and brooding and Dhani starts out having the worst luck that gets worse before it gets better. These books just keep getting better and better and you never know where Ms. Ryan is going to take the story next.

This is the second to last book in this series. Things are heating up for the Talon Pack and for shifters of all kinds. As the enforcer, Kameron takes full responsibility for the Pack's safety. He doesn't have time to think of anything else. He knows Dani is his mate but he selfishly distances himself so that he can stay focused on safety.

Dani seems to be "other" just given the hints we have had throughout the series. If there was one thing that didn't set right in the story, it was the constant reminder to the reader that she was something more. I got it the first 5 times. Until the big reveal, it must have been stated at least once per chapter. Unnecessary and became annoying.

The author brings us a real sense of tension and anticipation. Waiting for Blade to do something and not knowing what, has them all on edge and I could feel that through the writing. I loved both Dani and Kam thinking with their hearts. Trying to do the best they could given the circumstances. Of course being true mates, when they finally come together, it is super HAWT! LOVED the reveal and Dani's ability to help the Pack!

One book to go and I think she saved the best for last. Max will finally get his HEA and boy does he deserve some good vibes. Should be an epic conclusion!

Book 8 in Talon Pack series by Carrie Ann Ryan
Kameron is the Talon Pack enforcer and responsible for protecting the whole pack.
Dhanielle is a school teacher that has been connected to the Talon Pack by her bff who was turned into a shifter and became a member.
Both know that they have something sparking between them but neither can admit it until Dhani confronts Kam but instead of denying it Kam wants more time to find there way but to also try a protect her and pack.
You know there’s a secret about Dhanielle but you don’t get to find out what it is until right at end of book but I think has a real opportunity to be developed more and explained because it felt just slightly rushed at the end
This book even though has fights and explosions does feel like a slower paced book that develops the relationship well and makes it feel very solid instead of wham bam kind of feel.
I have to say I wasn’t a fan of the narrator to start with. I felt he was to deep voice to get fully invested in the female side of story but I grew to absolutely loving the way he expressed the character and got the story across. Definitely a winner for me
Really love that book Redwood and Talon Pack are very much intermingled and old characters pop up in this book. Looking forward to more hope Alpha Blade gets what coming to him.

Strength Enduring is an appropriate title for the 8th installment of this series. This is Kameron and Dhani's book and they are both very strong personalities. Reading this book was more of a slow simmer, a slow build to the battle that tested the Talons and more specifically Kam and Dhani.

Kameron Brentwood is the Enforcer of the Talon pack and as such he takes the safety of his pack very seriously. Kam won't let anything distract him from the trouble he knows is coming even a potential mate. As fate would have it though, mating might be the only way to save his pack.

All of Dhani's life she has known she was different, she has an uncanny ability to just know things. Dhani calls it "the Knowing", when her life is upended she knows she needs to go to the Talon pack for help. Dhani knows that Kam and her are potential mates but she is not going to let a little thing like fate make decisions for her, they have time to figure it out.

What happens when fate pushes back and Kam and Dhani have to make decisions based on what is best for the pack and not them......

Strength Enduring is a great read. This series just keeps getting better!

This book was crazy good !

Kameron was a stubborn fierce protector for the Talon Pack. It almost got to the point where he turned away from his mate for the sake of his duty. But Dhani knew in her heart that he was her mate even though it confused the hell out of her. She had a hidden strength all of her own and believe it when I say these two needed all the help they could get going up against the evil twisted villain Blade.

As usual, Carrie Ann Ryan delivered an amazing story. Luckily, we haven't seen the last of the Talon Pack just yet. Who knows what the author will throw at readers in Max and Cheyenne's book, Forever Broken. I can't wait for it even though I'll be sad to see this wonderful paranormal series end.

I am voluntarily reviewing a complimentary copy of this book.

Strength Enduring is Book 8 of the Talon Pack series. This entire series is amazing and I highly recommend reading them all, preferably in order, as they do continue to build upon each other.

I loved the connection between Kameron and Dhani. They had great chemistry and there was definitely heat rolling off the pages. The plot continues to thicken with the Aspens and I cannot wait to see how that entire storyline plays out.

This was a very engaging, exciting and excellent addition to the series. I am on pins and needles for Max and Cheyenne's story.

Carrie Ann Ryan has done it again! The characters in the Talon Pack are so amazing. There is so much depth of strength and love in their stories. I am always excited to hear there is a new story in the Talon Pack series because not only do we get another mating story we also get a glimpse of others we have come to love along the way. I can't wait to see what Carrie Ann Ryan has next for us!

There are so many things being said several times throughout the book, plus most of the time the couple talking is just one monologue after the other, both rambling without letting the other answer.

Out of all the Talon Pack novels, Strength Enduring was my favorite. There was something about it that called out to me, that made it that much more captivating. Don't get me wrong, i absolutely loved all of the previous books i read, but this book was like the culminating point of the series, where everything comes full circle.

This book was everything that the previous books brought you to - the back story with another story that made it that much more interesting. You see, the Talon Pack has a back story that ties them all into one another, while having the main story with two characters that meet and get together.

If you've read the previous books, you'll know who Kameron and Dhanielle are - it's hard to miss them as they are linked to all of the other characters, who we do get a chance to catch up with those we've met in the past, which was something that i loved. It was captivating, intriguing and everything that i love about a paranormal romance - it had a story that made it that much more interesting with something realistic.

I can't wait to read more from this series and for sure will be keeping my eyes open for more by Carrie Ann Ryan.

Fated Mates!!!

Kameron "Kam" Brentwood, the enfotcer of the Talon Pack always had one thing on his mind. To protect his family, the pack and to defeat the enemy. He didn't have time for distraction when that said distraction came in form in a sassy, gorgeous and smart woman by the name of Dhanielle "Dhani" Coburn.

Dhanielle "Dhani" Coburn, an elementary school teacher who lost her job because of prejudiced people. She has always felt like an outsider looking in when it came to the Talon Pack. Now she was deep into the Pack's inner circle.

Her life took a drastic turn, she knew changes were coming. She just didn't know how those changes were going to tilt her world on its axis. She came from a family of supernaturals but a great sacrifice was made years ago in order to protect her, hers and the world from evil. She had dreams that scared her sometimes.

As Kameron and Dhani got to know each other better, they both realized that they were more alike than they thought. She found out that there was more to Kam than beneath the eyes. He felt more passionately than anyone she'd ever met.

Even though the war with the humans came to an end, the Alpha of the Aspens pack wanted to destroy the Redwoods, the Talons, the Centrals and any packs he didn't deemed worthy of the moon goddess' blessings.

Evil tried to take the Talons down once again but their plan backfired. Dhani and Kam found themselves taking actions to protect their loved ones from Blade's devious intentions.

The newly mated Dhani and Kam were attacked and it turned out that there was a traitor among them. When the culprit was discovered, the betrayal the Talons and the Redwoods felt was heartbreaking.

Dhani held a family secret she didn't even knew she had. And that said secret was the ace in the bag they needed to fight against the foe when the time came. Things in the supernatural world would never be the same again.

Kam and Dhani got their HEA amd thought their pack was stronger, they knew that another life changing event was heading their way. It was a treat to catch up with old friends and meet new ones.

STRENGTH ENDURING is the eighth installment in Carrie Ann Ryan's TALON PACK series. It was fascinating, heart-wrenching, intriguing and oh so sizzling.

Another masterpiece by Carrie Ann Ryan...This series keeps getting better and better with each book. Looking forward to Max' story next! ;)

I received this book for free from in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.

I knew that Kameron and Dani were going to be a coupe that I adored! I do too they are so great but their story is a little sad. They know they are mates but with everything going with the Aspens Kameron wants to put off making anything official. He feels like he needs to deal with the threats and doesn't want to put Dani into danger because of his job within the pack.

Dani is okay with waiting because she feels they need to get to know each other better. Of course Blade and fate had other plans. I really hate Blade and can't wait for him to get his. There were moments in this where Kameron really peeved me off. I wanted to slap him even though I understood why he was doing what he was.

Together this coupe is a powerhouse. They are forced by fate o things they aren't ready for but they mange it with grace, strength, and style. Dani's secret was awesome I thought. It was well written and as always left me breathless from the first page to the end. I will say that I am a little nervous about the next book in this series. I have a feeling it is going to gut me.This review was originally posted on A Lucky Grace

STRENGTH ENDURING is book 8 in the Talon Pack series. I suppose it could be read as a standalone but you'll get more out of it if you read the entire series in order.

Dhanielle "Dhani" Coburn is a human teacher and best friends with Aimee and Dawn, two characters from previous books. She turns to the Talon Pack for help when she loses her job and is quickly bought into the den. Kameron Brentwood is the Enforcer for the Pack. He knows that Dhani is his mate but taking her would put her in danger.

I love how Carrie Ann Ryan builds her characters! There's so much more to Dhani and Kam than what you initially see. So many layers to both of them but the trait I admired the most was their STRENGTH. And not just physically. I mean morally, socially, ethically. These two were great characters separately but together, they represented pillars of strength for the Pack. I know, it sounds cheesy but it really worked for the story! Kam and Dhani both denied the mating bond for a long time but when it finally snaps into place, it is freakin' hot. It's also surprising since we learn that there's more to Dhani and her past than we thought.

This is book eight and really, each book reveals a new layer in the overall storyline so there's just too much to explain about what's going on. Basically, the alpha of the Aspen Pack (Blade) is trying to take down the Talon/Redwood packs out of greed and spite. There's plenty of suspense and action that happens throughout but I felt like the big end scene was a little lacking in BANG. I wanted more...maybe I'm just selfish! Either way, this is the second to last story for the Talons and that makes me sad yet at the same time, I can't wait to find out how the evil Aspen pack goes down. Plus, I've been eagerly awaiting Max's happy ever after.

Told from various POVs with a happy for now ending. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader’s Copy of this book

Yay, the Talon Pack is back!!! It is Kameron’s turn to tell his story.
Now Kameron is the pack’s Enforcer, a strong male who’s job it is to protect his Alpha and his pack and even though the mating bonds have been fixed and he knows who is mate is he feels that he can not do his job properly if his head is filled with mating lust.
Dude, is just like a human man when he thinks he knows it all and thinks that he can protect everyone for everything. LOL
So, not only is Kameron’s head filled on staying away from his mate, but it is also filled with what is coming next from their enemy the Aspen pack.
Dhani is close to the pack but not apart of it, two of her friends have mated into the pack and she has been around them since. She feels a deep attraction to Kameron and figures that they are mates and can’t figure why he is staying away because she knows he’s attracted to her too.
I love how Ryan’s female characters are always such strong women whether they are paranormal or just plain human!! Here’s Dhani this little human in a shifter world who just lays it out for the big bad Enforcer and leaves the ball in his court!! It’s awesome!!
I also love Dhani’s own backstory, how she’s always felt not quite apart of something until now and the reason is not just the mating thing.
The Goddess does know a thing or two about the souls that she puts together because these guys are great people on their own, but when you put them together they become epic.
I know the ending is near for this series and just like all of Ryan’s series I will be sad to see it come, however until it does I will hold on tight because it’s gonna be a wild ride!!

Strength Enduring Talon Pack Book 8
by Carrie Ann Ryan
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Omg! Strength Enduring is a rousing exciting book that's full of intrigue. I really enjoy reading Carrie Ann Ryan books !!! Strength Enduring is a story of forever love, magic vengeance with ultimate sacrifice. WOW this story is well written with a very strong paranormal romance. The characters are exceptional, believable, fantastic and exciting I always enjoy reading series because you get to read about the other characters that are a part of original story. This is the spinoff from the Redwoods and book 8 in the Talon series. This story focus on the Talon enforcer Kameron Brentwood and Dhanielle Coburn. Their story is so suspenseful, sexy, thrilling and entertaining. As usual I didn't want the story to end even though I knew that it must, but it's such a emotional rollercoaster that there are times I wanted to stop reading but I couldn't put down my reader it's so exciting that I had to keep reading until I finish the story. I enjoyed that the evil characters are developed all throughout the series. I know that it's building to the spectacular end, I'm so excited I can't hardly wait to read the next book. But I must say if you have not read the other books in the series this book will encourage you to read the entire series. But what I want you to get from this review is the excitement, romantic adventure, how this book is action packed with danger and extremely thrilling but don't forget the passionate sexual scenes that you will need a fan and iced cold beverage to cool down. This series is one that's impossible to resist. I hope you enjoy Paranormal Romance as I do because if you do this will be just one of many books you will enjoy reading!

This is book 8 in the Talon pack series and you absolutely have to read the previous books in order to understand the main story ARC that is happening. This one is about Kameron Brentwood and Dhanielle Coburn. Kameron is the Enforcer for the pack. With so much going on with the pack and the worry about a new enemy he doesn't want to think or worry about a potential mate. Dhani has always felt like an outsider but as her friends get pulled more and more into the supernatural world, her feeling of being on the outside looking in has just gotten worse. She suddenly finds herself in the midst of the pack and she knows that she is a potential mate for Kameron. But she also wants him to want her for herself and not because the goddess told him to. It has to be a choice they both make. But then the choice is taken away from them both and more comes to light than either of them thought or were ready for.

I love this installment! Dhani has a kick butt attitude and doesn't stand for people putting other people down or treating them less than they deserve. But there is so much more to her and she is one of the strongest women because she will give up everything for someone she cares about. Kameron is a man who doesn't realize that he can be the enforcer but also be allowed to have a family and be happy. They are perfect for each other. They have chemistry but they also have the heart and will to stand up for not only each other but for their family and what is right. I loved every bit of this one! I can't wait for the next one but it makes me sad because I'm not ready for this to end!!

This is the next to last book in the Talon Pack series, and things are heating up! While this book centers around one couple, and their story, I don't feel like it should be read, without having read the previous Redwood and Talon Pack books, because of the ongoing story line that continues from book to book. The entire saga spans an extended period of time, including several generations of wolves, and the drama of their interactions with those that would destroy their species.

Kameron is the enforcer of the Talon Pack. As the enforcer, he has a connection, and an obligation, to his pack. He knows there is a mate connection with Dhani for him, but doesn't feel as if he can, or should, do anything about it. As with most Alpha males, he is trying to protect everyone, putting himself and his own needs at the bottom.

Dhani is a friend of the pack. She has suffered because of that connection. However, she has never felt as accepted as she does when she is with the pack. She is also aware of the connection that she has with Kameron. She knows that he is holding back, and even if she doesn't know why, she accepts that....for now.

This book had me totally enthralled right from the beginning. The beginning (titled Choice, so I guess you'd call it the prologue) played over and over in the back of my mind the entire time I was reading, and I was just waiting for answers. I could not put the book down until I had them! The entire series is full of mystery, and intrigue, and Strength Enduring was no exception. Another fabulous book in a series that just keeps getting better! I can't wait to see what the author has in store for us in the Grand Finale!

We finally get Dhani's book! I have loved her for a long time and am so excited.

Dhani has had such an awful life. She was born to bad luck but has a foresight that allows her to see some of it coming which is even worse. When she gets fired from her job for being friends with the wolves, she goes to her friends there as she's seen she's supposed to be there, they hire her to teach their young. Kam is the Enforcer for the Pack. As the one in charge of defenses and second only to the Alpha, he is scared to take any happiness including a mate for himself in case the worst happens.

Another great book for the series. Loved brooding Kam and all the struggles he works through as accepts that Dhani is his mate. LOVE Dhani! She is so strong and kind even though the world or her family has been kind to her. They really learn to lean on each other during the rough times and it's so sweet. Another Beautiful story of love and family (not only relations but those you choose).

Carrie Ann Ryan did it again! Wow what a great ride! Dhani is connected to her friends in the Talon Pack and by her love for them. However she is connected to the paranormal world in more ways than she understands. Kam is the Pack Enforcer. It is his job to keep the pack safe. He takes his job extremely seriously to the point of ignoring the mating call.
Dhani's life takes some turns and now she is living with the pack. This puts a bit of a wrench in Kam's plan. To his surprise, Dhani understands and agrees. Both are at a crossroads in their lives, so they agree to figure out their individual lives before a life mated. The mating urge is riding them hard, so best laid plans and all that! ;)
Blade and danger are coming for the pack, specifically Dhani!! She and Kam have to figure things out quickly to survive and protect the pack!
I read this book in one sitting! I couldn't put it down. I love Talons and the Redwoods! I can't wait until Max's story!!

Through a demon forces, human discrimination and persecution, and now an attack from an egomaniacal alpha the Talon pack has had enduring strength. Kameron thinks his strength as the pack enforcer will be diminished if he has to protect a mate and the rest of the pack. Dhani has always had a "knowing", and she knows Kameron is her mate, eventually. Somehow nothing ever goes as planned for this wolf pack.

This tale is a mystery, wrapped in a sweet sexy romance, covered with a close knit family we already love. The story really explores Dhani and Kam as strong characters with so much integrity, but also having insecurities and doubts. With writing that sucks you in and takes you away on a wonderful adventure. A super summer read.

This is the eighth book in the Talon Pack Series. This is Kameron and Dhani’s story. Kameron is the Enforcer of the Talon Pack meaning it’s his job to protect his family, friends and pack and nothing else matters. He has no time for anything else, there is too many complications and problems they are facing and finding out that Dhani is his potential mate is just another issue he doesn’t have time for and doesn’t need. Dhani is friends with shifters in the Talon pack and plans on being around even if it means dealing with a grumpy enforcer that she can’t seem to avoid.

Overall it flows seamlessly and has a great storyline that is a page turner and I couldn’t get enough of and I loved Kameron and Dhani’s story! Highly recommend this book to anyone.

Action-packed storyline & unforgettable characters who drag you into their tale of fated mates. Each book in this awesome series is linked by an overall background storyline which flows through each one with the finale being revealed in the last book. These stories should be read in order so that the reader can gain the best knowledge of the Talon pack history. Kameron is the Talon pack enforcer. He sees mating as a distraction to his duty to his family and pack. When he meets Dhanielle, he is determined to ignore the attraction between them. Dhani has always been strong for her friends and she is determined that she will make her own choice of who to be with, not fate. Will they be able to overcome their fears and accept their fate before danger reaches them? I love this series.

This was a powerful installment of the Talon Pack. Kam was the Talon enforcer and didn't want Dhani to be his mate as he was afraid he wouldn't be able to protect her and his pack. When circumstances forced his hand, they mated before they were ready. Dhani knew things but didn't know how. Together, they would do their best to keep everyone safe. It was only a little surprise when her power came into being. She is going to really kick butt when she learns how to manage her power.
Blade was his usual nasty self, trying to take over the world. I hope they put an end to him soon.
I got this book as an ARC for an honest review. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars/

If you have been following this series as I have you were ready for this one. It centers around Kameron and Dhanielle this time with their story unfolding. You get deeper into what their path is and will be along what they go through. You get to see what she is all about and what mysteries lie beneath her. They will both captivate you in this one with when the drama seeps in you want to smack somebody. Selfishly I wanted more of just them but I usually want that about each couple she has written on. You will also by now want the drama to get taken care of in a big way. This one is so easily devoured cherishing every bit.

Dhani and Kameron did not disappoint! They were as broody, angsty, and hurting as I expected, but they were also hopeful, happy, and brave. Kameron worries that he will put Dhani in danger as his mate, as much as other mates are targets, the Enforcer's were always moreso. Dhani knows, she doesn't know why, but she knows she is his mate. She knows why he is keeping her at bay, but that doesn't stop them from being attracted like a magnet

Fate intervenes, then prophecies come to be, and the truth is revealed. Both of these characters are so strong, together, they will be unstoppable!
