Just finished this second book by Mark Vernon. The style of writing is the same and just as great but the quality of writing is so good now. The story is much different from the first book he wrote but still quite a page turner and a must read. Once again absolutely loved this book. Sex, murder and a cynisim that is so refreshing in this day and age. Must read !!!!

Nice job again Mr. Vernon. I lurched through your book laced with unhealthy, yet enjoyable amounts of suspense and violence. Now I can't put a hand in my pocket without thinking about finding a finger in there. Is it a thing with you that people lose digits? I sense a theme.
And who would have thought that I'd be going 'awwww' at the end of one of your books rather than 'ewwww'.

I wrote this book and by mistake gave myself 5 stars. I would feel more guilty but seeing Amazon have been taking down my reviews I hope it stays up, not that I know how to remove it LOL
