Oh gee, an issue of a comic where a character(s) fights to protect their home and species, and shenanigans ensue. Never seen that done before.

Also, this series is over now, so what is the moral lesson of the day? That retelling the first movie from the perspective of another character is stupid, and it shouldn't be done again. That's it, I got no other joke, just stop doing what you are doing.

This is the perfect companion to the movies! The parts they didn't include are in here. When Tsu'tey was shot out of the plane his hunters found his body. Jake & Neytiri said their goodbyes and Tsu'tey gave Jake the leader position 🥹 the comics really helped fill in any plot holes. The ending was beautiful and made perfect sense - really felt like it wrapped up the movie/comics in a pretty bow! I HIGHLY recommend to fellow fans 💙

This entire release could have been so much better. I wasn't a big fan of the drawing style, it didn't do the beautiful world justice. And I think I would have liked a better story like for Tsu'tey. Adding in a lost love felt really bland. The scenes are jumpy and don't transition well. And some of the dialogue changed from the movie, which doesn't make any sense to do.

I was disappointed.

"Tsu'tey of the Rongloa, son of Ateyo. I stand before you, ready to serve the people. You're Olo'eyktan, and you're a great warrior...I can't do this without you."

"Toruk Makto...I will fly with you."
