I don’t understand the overwhelmingly raving reviews for this one. It’s only 16 pages, and in my opinion there isn’t that much happening (which in itself isn’t by any means bad, it just didn’t strike me much).

It’s a really short depiction of friends to lovers with a tiny bit of heat. It surely is a bite-sized story one can read in 15-30 minutes.

WOW.

I went into this just looking for a quick read to help reach my 2020 reading goal. I quickly found an actual and complete little romantic tale spun beautifully in just 17 pages. So much more than a quickie kind of strokefic like you might expect. I'm amazed. This story is cute with a nice bit of heat. No wasted words, no grammar issues. Characters and scenes nicely fleshed out for the short length. I can't believe I didn't read this sooner.
