This book offers practical information that you can actually use in your business. I found this information very useful and it actually is sage advice.

Great book by the guys at Hugo. Not only was Hugo the best product I came across on product hunt this year but the team has written an easy and quick read that covers multiple topics for building a better culture.

If you are interested in the company culture, this book is for you. Hugo is a remote-first company who takes the culture seriously and this book shows their strategies to make things happen.
I learnt a lot from the book and you will too.
