Daisy Robertson has a past, a secret. She’s determined to live her life alone while she is getting atonement for her past. She will never let anyone get close to her. She doesn’t deserve to have family, friends, or happiness. That all changes with a chance meeting on a plane.

Ace was immediately intrigued by Dr Daisy Robertson from the first moment he met her on a military transport plane. She was a mystery; he became determined to solve. Why would anyone, especially a female doctor volunteer to go into the combat zone? Not once, but several times? Did she have a death wish? Ace was going to find out this woman’s story and save her from herself if any way possible.

Daisy however had no interest in being saved must less getting to know the very nosey Marine Special Ops soldier. Daisy has a past that she isn’t ready to share with anyone. That past directly affects her choices in everyday life. However, as hard as she tries to deter him the man won’t give it up. He keeps after her until she finally gives in and answers his messages.

Before long, Daisy finds herself looking forward to his silly messages and learning more about the man. He isn’t all that bad and in reality, they have a lot of things in common. Months pass and Daisy’s feelings for Ace have grown. She is beginning to look forward to returning Stateside and perhaps begin a real relationship with Ace. However, the effects of her past come back to haunt her and causes her to risk losing any opportunity at ever seeing Ace again.

Can Ace save Daisy from herself destructive behavior? Can he show her there is so much to live for? Destiny once again intervenes to send a strong Alpha male into the path of an equally strong female so that they can both find love and happiness into their previously lonely lives.

Ace had totally given up on a life with a wife and children. He was content being happy and supportive of his teammates and their families.

Daisy was determined to wallow in guilt she felt from an unfortunate accident that occurred 20 years ago.

Who know Ace and Daisy would meet on a mission and the rest is history. The chemistry between these two is incredible. Each balance each other out. This story is filled with suspense, lust, mystery, and learning how to forgive. It was an action pack story and I so loved Ace's team, as well as the secondary characters, and don't forget the cameos made by Susan Stoker's characters. Happy reading. This is book 3 in the series. I highly recommend reading from the beginning.

Daisy: Special Forces Operation Alpha: Finding His Destiny Book 3 is by Angela Rush. This is a wonderful book concerning the Navy.
Daisy Robertson was thrilled to be invited to the bonfire that night. So far, her school life had been done in isolation. No one paid any attention to her except to bully her and make fun of her. She didn’t have a Mother to care enough about her to get her dressed nicely. Now, at sixteen, she was invited by the popular girls to join them that night. She asked her brother Luke to go with her; but he had to work. He tried to talk her out of going; but she went anyway. That night, she found out that the girls were setting her up for ridicule. She was supposed to make out with John, her brother’s best friend. That was the night her brother was paralyzed from a car wreck while coming to pick her up. It was her fault.

Years later found her in the medical corps . She was a trauma surgeon and went where the work was- the front lines. How long could she last on the front lines? Luke wants her to stop trying to be a martyr and quit volunteering for front line assignments. This time, she meets Ace as he is here on a new proposal, He knows she is something special in his life and wants to keep her. Will he convincer her to stay as well?

We have a female Navy doctor who goes on numerous missions and puts her life on the line for the wounded right in the field. Does she have a death wish? Many years ago she blames herself for her brother Luke's accident and she can't forgive herself. Ace meets her on the military plane their leaving on for a mission. They can't believe she has a death wish putting herself in harms way. This story turns into a rescure mission of the doc and the crew she went to save. Action, daring and bravery. Excellent book. HEA

Daisy feels she isn't meant to be happy. She ruined her brother's dreams. She joined the Navy and is a surgeon. She is on the way back overseas again when all these men get on the plane.
Ace and the team are on their way back overseas again. He had come to terms he would never meet the woman meant for him. Then he sees this woman and knows he has to know her better.
Ace has made it his priority to prove to Daisy that she is it for him. She can't believe how much her life has changed since meeting Ace. While he is on a mission, he goes missing. While helping her brother, she ends up getting kidnapped while trying to help her brother's girlfriend. Will they find each other again?

A tough journey for Daisy

After years of living with survivors guilt and punishing herself, risking her life to try to save others, Daisy takes her toughest journey yet. She is faced with her biggest regrets and the constant state of fear her family live in each time they get a knock on the door... realisation of her own selfish behaviour brings her to a screeching halt and we see a new Daisy slowly emerge. She is no less fierce, she is still determined to help those who need it, but she also realises her own mortality and the impact her death would have. The steamy Ace helps her on this path to self discovery, but he also has his own journey to take and lessons to learn as he becomes the man worthy of loving Daisy.
There is heartbreak and fear, but there is also so much strength, positivity and love. This is not as good as book one, but far better than book two, I love the team and the great dynamics they have both as a team and as a family. I was hoping we might get Luke's story as a spin off.....please!
I read this on Kindle Unlimited.

so good

He is a bit bossy, she obviously had a death wish to keep volunteering to go into the hot spots to give medical assistance as a doctor for troops on the ground,
They end up together never realizing that they met their person sparks fly and love grows between them, he goes MIA while on a mission and she gets kidnapped by a terrorist group. Will they find each other and start the dream life they both want.?
Read and find out. It’s an awesome story and very difficult to put down

Same story for 3 different books

So I read Luke and Marley then Bo and Shelby. As Daisy factored into Marley and Luke I wanted to read her story where I found a whole different series. I like this one because it actually centered on Daisy and Ace and it let the others fade into the background despite Marley's situation being a huge factor in the story. This author is not a bad writer but she literally used one storyline for 3 different books and it became a little annoying. I am just thankful their were no icky pet names in this one like with Luke and Bo, book.

Outstanding

I enjoyed reading this book. The writing flowed easily and effortless and the characters were amazing, well developed and compelling.I liked the Daisy was a badass female, strong, smart and vulnerable. The lovemaking was off the charts and close and caring dynamic of Ace's team was heart warming.Overall an outstanding book. You will not be disappointed by selecting this book.

As much as I liked the premise of the book , I could not really get into it because of two things. First the syntax, ,grammar and spelling was completely distracting. Secondly there were too many story lines that didn't seem to have cohesiveness or full development.

I would not recommend this book or author ,and definitely a new editor is needed. The book just seemed very rushed a d haphazard.

Favorite in this series

Daisy is a stronger character than the other females and her storyline was more developed. The action and relationships were more present compared to the others with instalove. The team all worked together and hung out together more. Wolf and his team and Tex were also more present. A quick read and one that had me enjoying the development of the team and couple.

Great read

What a great story. It’s nice to read about an independent woman struggling with life. The men that enter their lives just make them stronger. Daisy and Ace get their HEA. Very interested in reading the next book. Can you say stalker. Keep writing and I will keep reading. Thank you.

It was alright, I liked the character line up. There could of been more development on Daisy's part, it felt like she did a 180 after meeting Ace. Lots of stuff moved really fast, which they acknowledged. I know it's a romance so it's not going to be totally realistic but I found it a bit harder to buy in sometimes. A fun, quick story for summer.

Good read

Daisy met Ace on a plane to Afghanistan. She was wanting to sleep and he just wanted her. He took one look and knew she was the one for him. It took her a little longer. But every time she runs into to trouble Ace is there. Really enjoyed the book.

Good storyline.

I like Ms Bush's stories, action packed, and readable. Errors in usage, verb forms and use of pronouns are problematic.

I really liked Ace and Daisy. Ace persevered on wanting Daisy and was able to help her to quit blaming herself about the past.
