ஒரே ஒரு துரோகம் 1983ல் ‘சாவி’ பத்திரிகையில் தொடர்-கதையாக வந்தது. உண்மைக்குப் பிரயத்தனப்படும் ஒரு பெண் பேராசிரியருக்கு, சுவாசமே பொய்யாக வாழ்க்கை நடத்தும் டகல்பாஜி ஒருவன் கணவனாகிறான் என்பதில் தொடங்கும் முரண்பாடான சுவாரஸ்யமான கதை, 25 வருடங்களுக்குப் பிறகு இன்றும் இளமையாக சுஜாதாவின் எழுத்து வன்மையில் வசீகரிக்கிறது.

About the author

Sujatha was the allonym of the Tamil author S. Rangarajan, Author of over 100 novels, 250 short stories, ten books on science, ten stage plays, and a slim volume of poems. He was one of the most popular authors in Tamil literature, and a regular contributor to topical columns in Tamil periodicals such as Ananda Vikatan, Kumudam and Kalki. He had a wide readership, and served for a brief period as the editor of Kumudam, and has also written screenplays and dialogues for several Tamil movies.

As an engineer, he supervised the design and production of the electronic voting machine (EVM) during his tenure at Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a machine which is currently used in elections throughout India. As an author he inspired many authors, including Balakumaran, Madhan.

சம்பத் ஒரு sociopath. ராஜி கல்யாண வயதைத் தாண்டிய ஒரு காலேஜ் ப்ரொபஸர். சம்பத்துடைய பொய்களும், ராஜியுடைய உண்மைகளும் மோதினால்...?

சாவி வாரப் பத்திரிகையில் தொடர் கதையாக வந்த ஒரே ஒரு துரோகம் விறுவிறுப்பான கதை. "ராஜி - பின்குறிப்பு" அத்தியாயத்தை சுஜாதா மேலும் சுவாரசியமாக, இறுக்கமாக எழுதியிருக்கலாம்.

சம்பத் இப்பொழுதெல்லாம் பொய் சொல்வதில்லை. பேசுவதுமில்லை. தலையில் பட்ட அடியின் காரணத்தினால் ஒரு வித பிரெய்ன் டாமேஜ் ஆகி, வீட்டின் ஒரு ஓரத்தில் வெறித்துப் பார்த்தவாறு உட்கார்ந்து இருக்கார்.

சுந்தரி மீண்டும் ஸ்ரீ வத்ஸனுடன் விளையாட அடிக்கடி வீட்டுக்கு வருகிறாள்.

நானும், அவளும் சம்பத் முன் நடந்து போகும் சமயம் அவருடைய கண்களில் லேசாக பயம் தோன்றுவது போல் இருக்கும்.

Typical sujatha ... Taken a normal story between two people and written it in two perspectives.
Some how sujatha makes me read his stories that fast that I finish the books in two days.
The end was fitting and well thought through for characterisation explained in different places thorough out the story.
Go for it will be different read... not many novels talk about the same incident in two perspectives ... for the uniqueness that this novel provides it is definitely worth a read.

Awesome novel... A scene will be said in two different angles (husband & wife) and it will be logically perfect ... If you are a fan of Sujatha then its a must read for you...
