He's still wearing his boxers but it's pretty obvious what his hiding down there. "Maisie," he smiles as my hand finds his cock. I don't know what to do with it though. Even through the fabric it feels huge. Huger than I know how to handle. I mean, I guess a cock is a cock, but this feels like a baseball bat or a nightstick or a frigging tree branch.
When he first notches the big rounded head of his cock at my entrance, I have a moment of hesitation. There is no way that thing is going to get inside me without it hurting. He uses his weight to push forward and I feel my pussy begin to stretch.
"You gonna stand there all day looking at my cock or are you planning to come in and give me my breakfast," Jameson says and I nearly jump out of my skin. His eyes are still closed by he's obviously very aware that I'm here. I stumble into the room, trying to avert my eyes from his erection and find a place to rest the tray. Jameson makes no effort to cover himself or to sit up. Sorry," I say. "I didn't know." "That I'd have my cock out? Which one of those bastards downstairs sent you up here?" "Joshua," I say, staring at a poster of a girl in a cheerleader’s costume which leaves next to nothing to the imagination; currently pride of place on Jameson's wall. "That'd be about right." "I bought you coffee and pancakes, and I'm going to go now." I sound like a room service maid who's stumbled into a guest bedroom while they're having sex. Jameson's hand goes to his cock, pressing it flat against his abdomen, but unable to fully conceal it. He turns his head to me and open's his bright eyes slowly. "You sure stood there a long time," he says, his mouth quirking into a lopsided smile. You never seen a cock before, or just never one this big." I want to tell him that I've seen two that are just as big as his just last night, but that would be foolish.
A good story Great characters all with their own little idiosyncrasies , moods and temperaments. A stepmother to hate , an absentee father too . It’s also very very hot Steamy in the extreme. If you have an aversion to steam stay out of this kitchen . I thought it was quite good.😜
i knew this book would be so bad but yk sometimes the smut calls me. unfortunately the smut wasn’t even good they all came in like 10 seconds which yk pretty on par for men but yeah just not for rational me. and well slutty me also didn’t like it 😅😅
A steamy forbidden fruit reverse harem with a bit of enemies to lovers sprinkled in. There is actually a decent plot laced in with the steam in this book, although I wanted to deck the father in the book pretty much the entire time. "It seems like you hate my daughter" was a sentence that he utters towards the end of the book to his wife, the evil stepmother, and I wanted to yell, Duh dude, did you just now decide to wake up and pay attention? Have to say, I thoroughly hated the dad and stepmom, but then I think you were supposed to. The reverse harem was spicy, steamy and fun. Overall, a great read to forget about the world and get your temperature rising!
Maisie is on her way to college she is going to stay at her fathers who she hasn’t seen in 7 years and her 5 stepbrothers who like to make her life difficult. Jameson, Jessie, Joshua, Kyle, and Kameron look amazing but are still snarky. Maisie says she hates them but can’t stop fantasizing about them. They grow closer and start to have feelings. Can they be together? Great characters and storyline. Highly recommended. Great book
I love a group of cocky assholes I can hate in the beginning and then slowly have them grow on my. Is there anything better than a bad boy... oh wait 5. Well written, a read you don’t want to put down. Keep them coming girl I’ll take a few more like this one!
I voluntarily reviewed an ALC of this book. Maisie‘s on her way to college and about to move into her fathers house - after 7 yrs. of no-contact. Unfortunately, her stepbrothers who always pranked her are there as well, so that’s a big downer. Anyway, as the story progresses, sparks start flying, a video is leaked, parents freaking out and so much more. Stephanie Brother really knows how to keep you on your devices - and that’s not only bc of the horizontal action happening. Great story, beautifully narrated by Stephanie Rose.
Usually in books like these, the focus is all on the sex and the plot, character development and characters arcs are weak to non-existent. This book did a pretty good job of fulfilling Maisie's character arc, and there was more of a plot than in most of these type of books. While I wouldn't say these were entirely fleshed out, three dimensional characters, they certainly weren't one dimensional! I found this to be an easy, enjoyable read. It served the purpose that these type of books are made for and then some.
Having said that, there was definitely a need for a much better editor! There were a few sentences that had words in them that didn't belong, and at least three sentences that were missing words necessary to complete them. Then there was one sentence that flat out didn't make a lick of sense! It was, 'This gorgeously specked The backdoor is open, and the yard looks empty.' I have no clue what that means, and yes, the word 'the' was capitalized in the book; that wasn't a typo on my part!
Speaking of typos, there were several that I noticed. Tale instead of tall and take instead of taken. Then there were times where clearly the wrong word was used. Bring instead of bringing, and apologies instead of apologize. There were even instances of misplaced punctuation.
However, none of those mistakes were what bothered me the most. The author made a glaring error that I can only chalk up to lack of attention to detail and simply not knowing the characters and writing well enough because there's just no other explanation. In the beginning of the book, Kyle and Kameron are said to be sophomores to Maisie's freshman, and the triplets were seniors. It was an established fact. Yet little more than a week had elapsed in the book and Maisie's dad said to the boys' mom that she was just afraid of losing the triplets when they graduated college at the end of the year and of losing the twins the year after. In another year, the twins would be juniors, not seniors. How do you get something like that wrong about characters that YOU created? As a writer myself, I know my characters as well as I know myself, and I know the setting and time period of my books. I wouldn't suddenly forget my characters' ages or what grade they were in. My guess is that the author simply didn't take much time at all in character development and that's how a mistake like this was made. By the time the author was three fourths of the way through the book, she just forgot how old the twins were and/or what grade they were in. This same lack of attention to detail reared its ugly head again in much grosser, creepier way. At least I hope that's the reason for the following... When Kyle was trying to convince Jessie and Joshua of his plan for the five of them to all share Maisie in a relationship, and Joshua and Jessie balked, he called them out and said they were just as into her as he, Kameron and Jameson were. That they all talked about how much they liked her and how hot she was and how into her they were back before her and her moved away. Their supposed mutual attraction to her was the whole reason he was so confident that this relationship between them could work because apparently, they had talked about her in such away, so often, that he had no doubt they'd be all for it. Which is good and well except for the fact that it was a well-established fact by Maisie that she was eleven when she and her mom moved. The twins, who were a grade above her, would've been twelve, maybe thirteen depending on when their birthdays fell, making the triplets, who were two grades above them, fifteen or sixteen. While it's less creepy for twelve or thirteen-year-old boys to like an eleven-year-old girl, if fifteen or sixteen-year-old boys were saying an eleven-year-old was hot and they wanted to be with her sexually, that's disgusting! I hope to hell the author simply forgot how old the characters were when Maisie moved away. Oh how I hope that!
Yummy! Definitely another hot stepbrother read! 🔥🔥🔥 I've read the entire Huge Series and this was not a disappointment. Maisey has her hands full with these guys. Kyle, Kameron, Jameson, Joshua and Jessie bullied Maisey when they were younger and now she has to live with them as grown men. Only there may have been more to that story then she or them realized.
I really like these books and how the men are all really close and are looking for one woman to help keep them together. While that sound like a dream come true not everyone believes it is possible. Will it work out for this group? Expect some twists and turns to keep you on your toes and sweltering smexy times because I highly recommend reading this books.
This is the ninth book in the Hugh Series but can be read as a standalone. What is better than one man?, what about FIVE. Talk about hot, steamy and off the charts. This book will set your Kindle on fire. Five stepbrothers, one set of triplets and the other two are twins. Maisie's parents are divorced and she has plans to live with her father while she goes to college. She's not excited because of her stepbrothers always picked on her when she was younger. But my oh my she wasn't prepared for how much they've grown up. The chemistry is explosive and everything's a little taboo. Well written with plenty of twists, lots of drama, and some surprises. I read an arc via Bad Boy Update and voluntarily chose to review.
Get acquainted with Maisie & her stepbrothers Jamison, Joshua, Jessie, Kyle & Kameron as they embark on the taboo exploration of a lifetime. Can they make this work, without destroying the only family any of them have ever known? The boys vindictive & smothering mother does her best to make Maisie not feel welcome in her own home. While her father does his best to keep the peace by siding with his wife. Events that are out of their control, bring Maisie to her knees, when a video of her & Jamison goes viral. The boys step up to protect her, but is it already too late? This highly erotic, super steamy, extra sexy story just may set your kindle on fire! Facts! Enjoy!
Omg everyone needs this book in their lives. The fact that it's the right kind of stepbrothers, unblood related. The details to describing Maisie, the twins and the triplets and all their by individualities was enough to get anyone hot let alone the steamy. So well written down to every scene and every plot. Even the fact of describing the small detailed scenes and plots to keep the story so realistic and flowing but not needing to get I to depth on the unnecessary parts helps the story stay fresh and suspenseful.
One thing I'd love however is a book 2 to keep following their lives. See more of the 2nd drafting and the pregnancy, more with Sara and her life.

Masie was always being picked on by her 5 stepbrothers. When she goes to college and moves in with them after not seeing them for a few years she they all get a shock. They are not the kids they all remembered. After some picking on her and then some sweet scenes they all come to the conclusion that they all want her together forever. Stephanie did it again with her amazing writing of stepbrothers plus huge harems!!! She is amazing at it. HEA garuntee
Maisie was bullied by her step brothers when she was younger and she is back to live with them when they are grown. She is going back to college so moving in with her dad is the answer. Maisie also is not thrilled about her step mom who has made it obvious that she doesnt like Maisie. One of the step brothers gets hurt during sports and she is to look out for him. The brothers want one woman to help keep them all together. Interesting relationships forming and developing and they are steamy!
I had never read a book quite like this. There were some grammar mistakes (wrong words used, punctuation like missing quotation marks) but overall it was a fun quick read. There is a story behind it all, but I wish it had more individual character development (which means I wish it was longer). Overall a great book.
I absolutely loved this book! It’s taboo, yes, but it’s also romantic and I like romance that breaks the rules. I loved the brothers and I love that they have such a strong bond. I also love Maisie. The plot intrigued me from the start. I loved the the idea of the teasing brothers and them actually liking Maisie. All in all, a great book and I can’t wait to read more from the author
It's a standalone but seems to be part of a series, which I didn't know when I started reading. A few characters mentioned in passing which I think may be from earlier books but didn't impact the story not knowng this. I'll definitely be going back to read the start of the series. This was a great contemporary reverse harem and really enjoyed the book
I’m shocked at how everything turned out. There’s suspense and drama everywhere and shocking turn of events. I love how each character has their own issues but they eventually deal with each other’s issues together and live fully connected to their relationships and together is how they love.
Enemies to friends to lovers! So good! Maisie is torn, remembering her childhood with her five older step brothers. Teasing her unmercifully, she’s hates them for years. But now she has to live with them after years apart. Now they all still tease but in an entirely different way. Hot and steamy, sexy and so sweet!!
She has to live with her dad and his wife. But the thing she is dreading the most is the five stepbrothers who tormented her when she came for a visit. She knows her stepmother doesn't like her and she's okay with that. But she feels like a loner because her stepbrothers keep on with the same stunts they did when they were kids. But they have grown up a lot since then. They are hot and she notices when she shouldn't be doing that. Her newfound friends say that she has her own reverse harem of men and should take advantage of that. And oh, when she does things start to change. When the eldest triplet gets hurt in practice the coach askes her to look out for him. And so she does, the parents are away. She has already had extra fun with the twins who are looking out for her with the rest of the brothers. But now she has had some fun with the eldest too. Kyle wants to find one woman who can keep the brothers together. Because each of them having different women will only pull them all in different directions. One day they invite a few people over because their parents went to Jamaica to give the boys' mom some time to herself. So when she goes to school the next day everyone is looking at her and whispering. Until she finds out there is a video of her and Jameson while they were in his room. Jessie comforts her and takes her home. Letting her know that they are all there for her and will find out how this happened. However, one of the triplets gets arrested and she has to go and tell the police what happened because what he is accused of he didn't do. But they all forget to tell Jameson and he has been worried all night. They have a very deep and thoughtful conversation with each other in the room that night. And each one of them tells her their standpoint and she tells them what hers is. As they were in the room enjoying each other their parents walk in on them and then everything goes downhill. But they all stand up for her and her Dad asks is that what makes her happy. After a while, the Jameson is better but he is not picked at this time for the pros. The other two go to the pro but he will just try again when the twins do. Also, their parents have finally given their blessing even though they didn't need it. Because they still were going to be with each other. And now she gives them the best news of their lives.... (I'm not sharing) Read and then you will find out yourself.
This book was just so bad unfortunately. None of the guys really seemed into her at all. Then one of them propositions her, but again only because he’s afraid of losing his brothers, not necessarily because he likes her. Then she has three boring quickies with three guys that again aren’t really into her more than just sex. The two other guys are not into her all or even thinking about it, they’re still having sex with other women in their house. And then pretty much nothing really happens till 80% of the book. And then it’s all of a sudden, like the author forgot that she actually had to make anything happen and throws everything into the last two chapters. That’s not right all she does is have the guys have a sudden out of the blue epiphany that they should all date this girl because again they don’t wanna lose each other not necessarily because they’re so into her.
And then the book is just done, which is so random and out of the blue because it only started in the last two chapters. And then the author, crams everything , well, not everything because it was still lame as hell, into the epilogue where were all of a sudden two years later. And again there’s no real feeling to it. The leading lady is saying all this stuff but we as the reader can’t really feel it, it all just seems very superficial and fake. Especially when it comes to their feelings for each other and that has been the way for the whole book. And then the book is over. The way this book was written was just so bizarre and none of it felt Romantic or loving in anyway at all. It really fucking sucked y’all!
Every so often I pick up a book like this looking for a quick, steamy read. That’s exactly what I got here. It was a pleasant way to spend an evening, and I enjoyed it while I was reading.
The book begins with our heroine, Maisie, moving in with her father, step-mother, and five step-brothers in order to save money while attending a nearby college. It’s been seven years since she last saw her father in person. Her step-mother clearly doesn’t want her around. Her step-brothers’ pranks and jokes have always felt more like bullying. Basically Maisie is dreading the next four years.
Then Maisie’s best friend suggests she torture her step-brothers by showing them how much she’s grown up. Things very quickly heat up, especially after Maisie overhears one of the brothers suggesting that Maisie would be the perfect woman for the five of them to share. After that some random stuff happens to create drama and bring the five of them together. They all end up in bed together and decide they want a polyamorous relationship without talking about it much.
I don’t expect much plot or character development from a book like this which is good because there’s very little of it here. The brothers are basically interchangeable. There’s one who gets injured, and one who suggests they share. Other than that they’re all the same, they play football, they pull pranks, that’s the extent of their personality. It doesn’t help that their names all start with J or K. One defining characteristic for each of them would have been nice just to help me keep them straight.
There’s not much to say about the plot, because let’s be honest, I didn’t read this for the plot. I do have to complain about one thing though. If you know much about college football then everything related to that sport in this book may bother you. Seriously, don’t get me started on how much is wrong or just doesn’t make sense.
As for the sex scenes, they were okay. They were fairly simple and straight forward, but there were still some hot moments. I have to admit I would have liked a little more heat though. As I said at the beginning I enjoyed this while I was reading it, but nothing about it really stood out for me. The guys were completely forgettable, and the sex scenes were just okay.
Unfortunately I have to deduct part of the fifth star for the editing issues. Guess I’m one of those readers who gets distracted by errors such as “as” instead of “is” or “at” or “then” instead of “them”. Whether it’s caused by automatic word completion or faulty dictation to text, these errors should be caught by a human editor. It’s especially frustrating when the error occurs during an emotional or steamy scene. Now on to the good stuff…..
I like everything I have read that was written by this author, but this one was, for me, one that goes into my top two or three books. The development of the relationships between Maisie and her boys is interesting in that it doesn’t happen all at the same time. There is a lot of history that is implied in a sentence or two without having to be presented in detail — and this reader likes that. Of course the steamy scenes are hot enough to melt your reader or cause a weather heat alert. I also liked that topics of concern to women today are not glossed over such as revenge porn or abusive relationships. Not a spoiler dear reader; they do not happen to main characters in the story.
Obviously this book is highly recommended to all readers. It would be a keeper for a fan of reverse harem stories and a great first book for those new to the author or the genre.
