Good ol' classic 101 book. Also really pretty to look at. Oh, but that Cauliflower full moon pasta dish is a game changer and we eat it pretty much every week now.

I really loved this book! It really was well rounded and encompassed a lot of different ideas much like a 101 style book - just enough information to get your feet wet on each topic and inspire you to deep dive. There were a lot of concepts that inspired my practice in this book and I loved the style of writing and organization. 5 /5✨

Good beginners guide to magickal self care for those just getting their feet wet. Recipes only vegan and a little too fancy for me. Definitely should be accompanied with other books. Felt there needed to be more examples of different tarot layouts.

Self care is important but you lost me at magic, crystals and astrology. It's probably a good intro to these things (if you believe in them) but just not my thing.

General (good) self care ideas and a Lot of recipes, includes a lot of standard correspondences and then some outdated feminine/masculine energy info
