She, her husband, and their cats love to spend time curled up in their recliners watching old Cary Grant movies. Well, the cats sit in the people's recliners. Not that the cats couldn't get their own furniture. They just choose to shed on someone else's.

Ruth, a left-handed, cat-herding, farmhouse-dwelling mystery writer uses her goofy sense of humor as she writes tales of klutzy women who find trouble without even trying. Ruth's husband and best friend, Garry, reads her manuscripts, rolls his eyes at her weird story ideas, and loves her in spite of her insistence that all of her books have at least one cat in them.

I would have given 6* if I could have, except that you SPOILED an excellent story which included a demented blackmailer, with your abuse of Almighty GOD's Word "Holy" this is unacceptable and loses you 1*

Cute story about a woman searching for puzzle pieces to use to locate a clock owned by her great aunts. Author has a good imagination, has created interesting characters, and situations.

A fast-paced, nonstop story of a young woman, her best friend, their clock repair shop, and her two eccentric aunts. Wonderfully written storyline. Great, enjoyable characters. I was turning pages until the end. A great way to spend an hour or two on a lazy afternoon!
