Randy Jernigan has been covering the comings and goings of the rich and famous for more than a decade as a freelance celebrity journalist and features writer.
Randy has freelanced for some of the entertainment industries most widely read magazines including The Star Magazine, In Touch Weekly, Life and Style Weekly, People, USA Today, London's Daily Mail, The Chicago Tribune, The Globe Magazine, and the list goes on and on. Randy has also scripted segments for some of television's most popular news programs including 48 Hours, 20/20, Paramount's Hardcopy, and Warner Bro's Extra. From 1996 to 1998 Randy hosted a radio talk show featuring writers, film makers, and musical artists. In 2001 he published his first book, a collection of love stories titled "This Thing Called Love" with fiction author Susan McCloud. Randy's second book, "Losing To Win! A Digest of Recipes and Tips to Keep You Fit and Healthy" contains the story of Randy's dramatic weight-loss of 158 pounds and the tips and recipes that helped him lose the weight and beat his severe health issues!
Randy will be publishing three more in the "Losing To Win!" series and is planning to release another collection of short stories and is currently converting one of his more popular stories into a full-length novel for his publisher.
