The Viking's Wedding

Rate this book
Big, gruff, dominant… and utterly dangerous. Einarr Thor is a beast of a man. A beautiful savage. The fierce Viking Warlord wants me to be his bride. And there’s nothing he won’t do to have me. I should fear him, resist him. Yet, I want him, and I crave his touch. The wildest part? I ended up saying “I do”, and vowing myself to him. Marrying a brutish warrior is insane. He’s fearsome and wild. And not to mention we’re different in every way. But I know there’s more to him than just a killer. He’s a man that will do anything for me and our unborn child. A man that will guard, protect, and defend his family, at all cost. This is a full-length romance novel and can be read as a standalone!

Appalling

This was an appallingly badly written book! Badly constructed sentences often lacking verbs, for example "I better" instead of "I'd better" (all right if intended in dialogue to portray characters who speak bad English but unforgivable in general narrative). "Alright" instead of "all right". Many sentences made no sense whatsoever because of the use of entirely wrong words - displaying a very poor grasp of the English language - use a dictionary for goodness' sake, most of us have to at some time! There is absolutely no sense of time or place - from the title we are led to believe this story was about the Vikings but they had become the nations of Scandinavia by roughly the late eleventh century, yet we are bombarded with references to things like potatoes, forks and many other objects which did not exist in that time! As mentioned above there is no sense of period at all, but it certainly was not any time when Vikings were around!
All in all so illiterate and poorly constructed that I could not bear to attempt another of this writer's books.

Fall in love with Einarr and Thyra in the The Viking's Wedding. Einarr is a strong alpha male Viking Warlord who is lonely and scarred with darkness inside and out until he meets Thyra who is looking for love. When the two meet its love at first sight but Einarr will have to win over Lord Troy, Thyra's father. But, with every good romance there must be a villain, and Jessica Knight has created dastardly villains, The Jackals. I was totally swept away with sigh-worthy romance of Einarr and Thyra. A heart pounding story with Delicious Sizzling Passion, plenty of drama, a few giggles, suspense, action, deceit, trials and tribulations, and the gamut of emotions from despair and grief to joy and ecstasy. It's a story of Love, faith, and to triumph over all. This is the one that will keep you turning the pages until you discover what happens. I also enjoyed visiting with old friends and meeting new ones! Can't wait to read about Wulf and Lilith's journey!

This is an action packed story with sweet, vulnerable and likeable characters. Einnar is scarred, both physically and emotionally, and all his life he has been violent and alone, with the exception of Grim. The scars on his face and body turn people away, and they call him a heartless monster. Thyra is insecure when it comes to her weight, but Einnar loves her body. Unfortunately, Thyra's father hates Einnar because he's Scottish not Viking, so each believes that there's no chance for them to ever be together. The castle battles a rogue band of psycho's. And Einnar finds that he feels more than he thinks he's capable of.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.

This is the third book in this series and is the story of Einarr and Thyra

Einarr may not be Viking by birth but he has proved himself over and over again and his large body has the scars to prove that he is a great warrior He is a totally different man when he looks at Thyra she brings out the protective caring side of him. He wants her but her father doesn't approve Thyra is also attracted to him but as he good daughter she should do as her father commands or will she takes what she wants When danger threatens this warlord will step up to protect the woman he loves and their child.

Einarr, the warlord for Lord Grim, has longed for Thyra since the first day he saw her. The story tells of their struggle to be together especially when her father is so opposed to their union. There is another story and it involves the Jackals and their ruthless determination to destroy all that is good. There is a lot of danger and excitement in the story which makes it an interesting and entertaining read. There is a cliff hanger regarding the Jackals. I would recommend this book.

Just read both book.(The first one being The Viking's Bride.) I enjoy both books, but if you are looking for a historically correct viking story. These are not the books for you. The story is contemporary in some way. With viking attitude and good character for you to fall in love. So if viking attitude and romance is your thing, then these book are for you. Can't wait for the next one in the series.

Einarr and Thyra had a very interesting and exciting journey to get their HEA. They had to fight family and fight battles. Along the way they gained two children to make their family before their family really started growing. Good read

Nice

I liked it. I wasn’t sure what I would be getting into but it actually flowed pretty well. It was a little too sweet for me, for the most part, but I read the whole thing. Worth buying. Especially if you like the sweet stuff.
