After finally getting a divorce from her cheating ex, Jo is not ready to start a relationship, so when her best friend introduces her to the president of the MC club in town, she’s not interested in anything serious. But there’s no denying the attraction she feels toward him.

Doc uses women. He has no reason to have them in his life other than to fuck them. The moment he sees Jo, he wants her, and what’s more, he knows she wants him.

There’s no one stopping them from having a bit of fun, pure fucking, nothing complicated. But Doc’s not used to enjoying a woman’s company. Jo doesn’t take any shit, and before long, he wants to keep her all to himself.

For Jo, she’s terrified. She’s pregnant with the biker’s baby, but how can she tell him? This was about using each other, not about commitment. Is there any chance they can find love and not just for the sake of the baby?

Sam Crescent is passionate about fiction. She loves a good erotic romance and so it only made sense for her to spread her wings and start writing. She began writing in 2009 and finally got that first acceptance in 2011 by Total-E-Bound.

When she’s not panicking about a story or arguing with a character, she can be found in her kitchen creating all kinds of havoc. Like her stories the creations in the kitchen can be just as dubious but sometimes things turn out great.

"Using the Biker" is the story of Josephine and Doc.

Our recently divorced heroine decides to have a no barred fuck fest with our ex-playboy biker hero. Their bunny romps lead to development of feelings, and soon a bun(s) in the oven. And they have their HEA.

I love the curvy woman series!! This one starts off as friends with benefits slowly falling in love!! A fast quick pace read!!

Jo finally divorced from her shitty ex husband is now a free woman living it up and can date and do all the things she wants to do. Her best friend Mandy (she needs her story..) has been hinting to her Boss Doc that Jo is single and looking for some fun.

These two hit it off and have a steamy one night.. that turns into two and into a friends with benefits but they both start falling for one another Doc more since he is the one who said he doesn't do relationships (glad he didnt fuck other chicks he was faithful to his girl which is rare for biker books)but the more he spends with her the more he falls. And well a suprise happens lol Jo gets knocked up she does freak since the whole relationship is lets have fun.. and i love Doc didn't act like a jerk he wanted a baby!! 😭😭😭 he loves his girl..

I really wanna see Dale and Mandy have a story.. i want Mandy to make Dale work for it.. he needs to earn that heart. (Hopefully when Sam writer this they just mention he slept with club woman and not have mandy see it.)

A quick read that was packed with emotions and lots of sexiness! I loved how Jo just went on with her life after a cheating husband. Her friend Mandy was a hoot. Doc, what can I say about him. Their relationship started out as just one night but turned into so much more. It was fun to read about their journey to their HEA.

Using the biker is book sixteen in the curvy women wanted series. I really like this series of stories but this book is one of my top favourites of the series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters loveable and the storyline enjoyable. Jo is a recently divorced woman. She isn’t looking for love, she doesn’t want to get hurt again. When her best friend drags her to a biker party, she is set up with Doc and sparks begin to fly. Doc is the president of the nowhere men. He doesn’t want love and isn’t looking for it. All he wants is carefree fun. When he meets Jo, he is instantly attracted and soon finds himself falling for her and chasing her.
The chemistry between Doc and Jo was clear to see and I really liked them together. The passion they had was through the roof. They really were good together.
I really liked Mandy. She was a good friend to Jo. I liked that she spoke her mind and gave Jo the push she needed.
I wasn’t a fan of Mitch. He didn’t want Jo but he wanted to keep his reputation squeaky clean. I was glad that Jo didn’t put up with his bullsh*t.
I really liked the ending and epilogue for this book.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for more books from this series.

I'll be honest I've never liked tgis authirs writting, there are too many huge grammar problems and spelling mistakes and her stories are all.lacking depth and seem churned out too fast with no effort out in. So I wouldn't have read this if I'd known it was by Sam Crescent, because I prefer deeper, more complex, better written stories than she produces. But this was an alright read, if you take it as a basic, quick to happy ending, short novella.

But I prefer Brill Harper's quick HEA'S if that's what your after because the writing still isn't great here with grammatical errors and scenes aren't painted well. This author doesn't show the characters nature, to the read she only states things like "Jo has a wicked sense of humor", but she doesn't write a scene showing her being wickly funny etc.

It all makes this more of an outline for a story, with no depth to it or the characters. So 2.5 stars is probably generous, especially as this ends at 75%, with a small epilogue to 80%, making an already short story even shorter. But it is better than the handful of this authors other books I've tried and it was free on KU, so I guess it's alright if you're stuck for a quick filler.

I loved the story and the characters. It was nice to see Jo come out of her shell and Doc to grow a bit. It did not matter about size – it was the beauty inside that attacked Doc. You can feel the love between each of the characters. The reader will be on the edge of their seat waiting to see how Doc reacts and what happens next.

Jo is not looking for love or even a relationship, just some fun. She just got out of a bad marriage. Doc has listened to Mandy talk about her friend for weeks and decides to take a chance. Jo is beautiful and he would love to just have some fun but it becomes so much more. I love that Doc persues Jo and not only makes sure their sex is mind blowing but he gets to know the person she is. Yeah Doc is the Pres of Nowhere Men MC but he is a man in love with a woman and he doesn’t let Jo go. I love it. We also have a side story with his son Dale and Jo’s friend Mandy.

Jo just recently divorced from her douchebag ex and now her friend is wanting to take her out and showing her how life can be fun again.
She meets Doc, president of the mc and immediately feels an attraction to him. From there they both are in it just for the no strings attached sex. Well until Doc decides that he likes having Jo in his life and maybe this relationship isn't such a bad idea.

I loved. Sweet, sexy, hot and very steamy... I think a good addition to the Curvy women series :-)

Another great read by the author. This short story takes you on a wild ride of romance, a second chance at love for a young independent woman, and a first chance at love for the biker man. I thoroughly enjoyed the characters and their story, I can't wait to read more from this author.
