The Secret Love of Hades and Persephone

Rate this book
L. E. STARDUST retells the legendary greek story with fresh eyes. Many people who know about the Greek Gods, know about the story of the kidnapping of the Spring Goddess by the King of the Underworld. However, was that what really happened? Who is the real Hades and what is the Underworld like? Was Persephone truly kidnapped as the mythology in history explains? The Secret Love of Hades and Persephone gives a different perspective on the ancient tale that many fans and worshippers of the Greek/Roman Pantheon had heard so much about. ( This version of the book is a 5.5x 8.5 format with size 11 font.)

The love between Persephone and Hades is both passionate and authentic. While the pair faces celestial problems such as maintaining power and control, they also face human problems such as first fights and familial approval. Through a series of obstacles, the couple is able to grow their relationship in a way that rings true to the reader. It's fitting story for any fan of star-crossed lovers and those who believe we are destined to be with one specific person.

I fell in love with L. E. Stardust’s story of Hades & Persephone. The romance between these two Greek Gods as well as the trials they encounter. Especially with Demeter. It’s like the old saying, “it’s never too late to change.” Demeter certainly changed when it came to her daughter. Persephone proved to be a benevolent and powerful Queen of the Underworld. I especially loved how everyone learned that Hades isn’t the evil, dark God of the Underworld they made him out to be. Such an amazing story of Hades & Persephone, thank you.

It was a good book!
It was sometimes slow and I really needed to push myself into reading it.
But the middle of the book got hot and steamy!!
I did feel like the battle was short and quick. Nothing too major.

I love this telling of Hades and Persephone! The only things that bugged me while reading was the errors in the grammar department. Other than that, I really did enjoy this book
