Aurora and Malcolm will never imagine that they could fall in love since the circumstances that they met where awful but the connection was made and nothing will change their future, although there is people interested in ruin this couple life.

The Lion and the Lamb

A lion does not love a lamb that he hunts for his next meal, nor does the lamb have affection for the animal which will ultimately devour it. However, Bella Winters’ My Dad’s Billionaire Enemy, is a tale in which twisting emotions and desires of a powerful dominant/submissive relationship are explored and where the hunted comes to enjoy and relish not just the chase, but also the capture and the gently seductive handling.

Because Aurora Kline’s mother died when she was young, she and her father have always been close. So, when Malcolm Astor kidnaps Aurora, explaining that she is a bargaining chip needed to influence her father’s actions, Aurora is stunned to learn that her father is a hitman of great skill who has currently been hired by Liam Hawthorne, an LA drug lord, to kill his rival, Malcolm. But the greatest surprise of all is the palpable pull that the older Malcolm feels for the young, beautiful and charming Aurora which she unwillingly returns.

Bella Winters weaves a tale of love, revenge and family that leads the reader to the desired result of happily-ever-after.

This a story about 2 men who are criminals and each control different areas of town. Liam is not a very good guy and he wants what’s not his and hires a hitman, Samuel to end Malcolm his rival. Let’s say that Malcom has 4 guys that they all live together and run the business to the point the protection will make it hard for Samuel to harm Malcolm. Malcolm thinks he finds a way to stop Samuel, by kidnapping his beautiful daughter, Aurora. Once the guys gets this done things go sideways with the attraction Malcolm has towards Aurora and then how Liam and Samuel try to fight back. Aurora can not believe the feelings she has developed for Malcolm and once she thinks things are good they fall apart only to have Malcolm do what is necessary to protect her. No one really knows what Malcolm does with his business so when Aurora over hears what’s really going on she finds herself respecting Malcolm. Liam does what’s good for him and Samuel is in the middle and Malcolm does what is necessary to keep Aurora safe against what anyone else wants! He will protect her even as he kidnaps her

My Dad's Billionaire Enemy is an interesting story that you don't quite get from reading the book description. Aurora is kidnapped by an older Malcolm in order to use her to influence her father. It seems dear old dad, Samuel, is actually a very skilled hitman who has been hired by a rival of Malcolm's, in the drug trade so don't feel too badly for him. Aurora had no idea what her father did even though they were very close ever since her mother had died. As Malcolm keeps Aurora he is more and more drawn to her and she is to him also, even as she tries to escape from him.

The story has several different elements to it - mob story, older man/younger woman, protective Alpha and virginal woman, and a bit of D/s along with some kidnapper to great love. As always Bella Winters has written a good story with well developed characters and a lot of sizzling chemistry between Aurora and Malcolm. What could be dark and foreboding has been written with a lighter hand but still contains intrigue, suspense, danger, and some grit.

I received a free ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.

Aurora had no clue what her father really did for a living. She just went on about her life oblivious to everything but what she did in her work. That is until Malcolm shows up at the shelter and sparks fly between them. Later that same day he also kidnaps her to try and stop her father from carrying out the hit on him. He doesn't plan on hurting Aurora he is just hopeful that she can help him stop her father. However what neither counted on was how attracted to one another they are and once they give into it Malcolm knows that he can't lose her. When the people that hired her father snatch Aurora back but not for the good of her or her father what will Malcolm do? Can they get her back before anything bad happens?

This is a great story that will have you on the edge of your seat while reading it. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Fantastic story full of drama, lies, sexual chemistry & love.
I loved this story & it's wonderful characters it had me hooked from the start. Samuel Kline has been ordered to kill L.A drug lord billionaire Malcolm who is in charge of a rival gang. In order to save himself Malcolm comes up with a plan which is to kidnap Sams's daughter as a bargaining weapon. However, he did not plan on becoming attracted to her & although she knows it is wrong that she shouldn't be feeling like this about someone who has kidnapped her she does. The sexual chemistry between them is off the charts but he has to fight against this to carry on with his plan to save himself from being killed. It is full of drama, suspense & love that had me glued until I found out if he survived & whether there was a happy ending. Another great book by Bella Winters.

Not for me, I guess

I’m just not as into mafia hit men, drug kingpins, kidnapping, and mayhem as most ‘romance’ writers seem to be.
If that’s your cup of tea, you’ve found it, in spades here.
I prefer a little bit more ‘real people’ romances. The odd billionaire, or Prince looking for love, I can handle. And maybe in somebody’s weird world, somewhere, mafia troubles are a real issue. But not in my life. Nor the lives of anyone I know, have ever known, or am likely to ever meet.
Scooby Doo Mysteries aren’t for everybody, I guess. But, if you are a Scooby fan, I strongly recommend this little mafia, mayhem, mystery. It covers all the bases. To a fare-thee-well.

Malcolm and Liam are the heads of rival criminal gangs and they can't stand each other Liam hires a hitman to take out Malcolm so Malcolm kidnaps the hitman's daughter Aurora for protection. The one thing he never counted on was falling for her. This is an interesting story filled with action, danger, drama, passion and twists that kept me turning the pages. I really enjoyed reading this story and hopefully the author will be writing more books like this in the future. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

My Dad's Billionaire Enemy. This book was definitely how fairy tales end. I am a big fan of fairy tales. I enjoyed this book! The characters blended together so well. I was captivated by the suspense and drama that Malcolm and Aurora had to work through to find their happiness. Every girl dreams of this kind of fantasy and having her dreams come true. Loved the book! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. *** I voluntarily read a Review Copy of this book. Aurora should hate Malcolm as he kidnaps her, but she falls for him as he’s not really a bad guy and does his best not to hurt her. These two have chemistry off the charts. Although Aurora is feisty, she is a pawn in this story and has a lot to learn about the person closest to her. It’s a really great story that had me intrigued after reading the blurb and the book didn’t disappoint. It’s my first time reading this author and I’m very happy I chose to read this book.

This started off promising and then it left me a little at odds, it lost pace in the middle and then had rushed ending where we were thrown every storyline possible for the two characters. Whilst I was happy with their happy ever after ending it just lacked something for me.

Malcolm was a strong alpha male at the start and then he kind of lost his darkness and became a bit soft towards the ending. For a ruthless drug dealer leading his group of friends it just left me a little confused with how his personality just changed midstream.

It was great story. I didn't like there was not much on the "true bad guy". He just feel like he was just place in the story. I felt the ending was rushed. Besides that it was great ending. I loved the characters interaction with each other. Besides that it was great story. I love the bad boys story and this didn't disappoint me.

This well-written storyline has chemistry, secrets, drama, opposing gangs, a hitman, a naive submissive daughter. Our heroine is kidnapped as an insurance policy against a hit. Our Hero is part of the opposition. This is an entertaining read.

A story that has a nice storyline and plot. Characters well defined. It goes from bad to dull. A mafia bad boy ends up being a normal guy.
A story where the kidnapped gets attracted to her kidnapper. Socalled Stockholm syndrome. A sweet story that is a bit too long because it has filling in it.
Nice read and recommendable.

I really want to give it 3 1/2 stars.

I enjoyed this story. It is lighter than most kidnapped by a mob boss stories. I like Aurora and Malcom. There were times when both characters irked me, but overall it is a good story.

Enemies or Friends?

This book went from mob bosses and drug lords with unsavory daily routines to a sort of normal life. Malcolm and Aurora became parents hoping to begin a more normal life with her father and Malcolm making up.

Frenemies

This book was never without trouble. With the many problems arising there was a time the reader wondered if Aurora and Malcolm could end up as a family. Loved how Bella tied it altogether without being too sappy
