In the book, "Bliss Of The Celibate," author Julian Lee makes the point that we did not "get expelled" from the Garden Of Eden all in one day in the past. Rather, we continue to see ourselves pushed further away from the garden gradually, day by day, as we indulge in sexual sin. The "expulsion" keeps going on. For most it deepens each day that they read another news story about overpopulation and ecological destruction, and see their town grow less familiar, and less pleasant. But he emphasizes that the real "fall" doesn't occur through any materia-logical, exo-mechanical cause like "human overpopulation." That is only an exoteric corollary of the real process. The expulsion from Eden really originates at a metaphysical level of one's own body, as a consequence of "vibratory pollution" that fills the body when we commit sexual sin. That sin occurring in your body dynamically manifests negative changes in your outer world, in the present.

I would call this the extreme NOFAP book (the NOFAP movement didn´t exist yet).
Julian Lee makes a really strong point on the importance of celibacy for self and spiritual fulfillment. He quotes great saints, sages, and ancient scriptures, to stress what can be achieved with celibacy (spoiler: you get superpowers).
What I found interesting is the way he explains how every time a man spills his seed he goes into a state of PMS where he is tired and emotional. According to him, we are at an age where men are basically on PMS 30 days a month while women have the advantage of only being one-day per month, thus women are starting to look down on men and taking leadership.
He also makes a compelling case on why pursuing sex is what makes us destroy this world to pieces by searching for things that are outside of us instead of using our sexual energy to improve it.
Even though this book advocates for complete celibacy (not even having sex). I´m not sure If I could not do it once in a while, but it convinced me to never masturbate ever again.
I give it four stars instead of five because the way he talks about women sometimes sounds more repressed than celibate.

The beggining the author explains that czlibacy is the way of saving energy as if the garden of eve is an metaphoric meaning it’s explaining that we create the garden but by failing to desire we destroy the garden.

Romatshaja means no orgasm at all saving energy only when we want to make a child

A woman who is a prostitue will gzt a very bad karma unlucky and will be a very bad animal as answer to it, as if she makes man desire to unleash the seed.

Romatshaja means selibacy in the words of indian language that pzrson was celibate from young age and was a very special person

Too extreme. While I do think unrestrained orgasm and masturbation can be unhealthy, I also think we shouldn't be judging our spiritual value based on the number of orgasms we've had in a given year. There are also views about homosexuality which I find disturbing, such as the view that homosexuality is caused by sex addiction and that one may be born gay if in a past life they were a sex addict. The author essentially compares being gay to the demonic.

If you dig a little into the views of the author outside of the book, you'll find him to be a "white European" supremacist who uses the excuse of having an affinity for the Kshatriya warrior caste to treats others unkindly.

Sex drive is a powerful force. And misusing it brings you down to the level of an animal. You must conserve and transmute this force to reveal your true gifts. Feeding lust makes you never satisfied, and spills over into all other areas in life. Giving a low rating because it's overly religious for my tastes. And says that if you have sex, then you won't have guy friends because you are afraid of being gay. Other than those two things, it's a decent intro on the benefits you can experience from controlling your sexual side.
