His deep knowledge of the Bible and its sources can inform and stimulate someone who seeks to understand a life grounded in Christian Quaker practice. An excellent introduction to how many modern liberal Quakers in Britain today view Jesus and their Christian roots.
A well organised anthology of Michael’s earlier books which takes you through what it might mean, Christian or not, believer or not, to become ‘fully human’ in this 21st century. Buy it!
