A Reverse Harem Science Fiction Romance

Mesha has lived with one truth: Dragons are the enemy. Sure, they’re sexy as hell and their touch makes her weak in the knees, but they are the aggressors in the centuries-old war between their people.

Aarush, Divit, and Hiran have a truth of their own: Humans can’t be trusted. And Mesha swears she’s human. A human who works for the Agency. She’s their enemy. But something about her calls to them.

Unfortunately for them, love and war are complicated, enemies and alliances aren’t set in stone, and sex is never simple.

*This is a fast-burn reverse harem that has explicit, and sometimes group, sex scenes. It is intended for those who are 18 or older.

Dragons and humans are at war. They have been for hundreds of years. Dragons are the enemy. They are ruthless. All humans know this. Mesha is a human on assignment for the Agency. Her job is dragon surveillance. But when her target Aarush confront her and actually invites her to go home with him, she somehow finds she can't resist him. Aarush and his close friends, Divit, and Hiran don't trust humans. Humans lie. All dragons know this. They have plans to turn the table on this little agent and get information that the Dragon Council can use in the war. Except they aren't sure if Mesha actually is what she believes. They definitely know they want her and that means trouble.

This book was recommended to me by someone I trust so without hesitation I picked it up. It did not disappoint.
*I am not sure why it was called a space opera or even what a space opera is and that was a little concerning. I have now seen the google definition; think soap opera set in space, not an Italian melodramatic singing tragedy.
Anyway, back to the book. The premise is great. I love how the book took a direction half-way through that I did not expect. Now the story has multiple levels; romance, old war, new uprising. The future is wide open. The world building is well-done. The Dragon-Human war details are fantastic. The main characters are wonderful. Divit with his sometimes brutal honesty, Aarush with his sexiness, and Hiran with his gentle caring way are all good mate choices. Mesha is a fiesty human that grows into something quite special as she finds her true perfect self. She can hold her own with dragons and humans. Their sexy times were plenty steamy and there's the right amount of suspense and humor thrown in. The side characters were an added bonus and appear to set the stage for the next book. I look forward to it.

Pleasantly surprised

So I have to say I wasn’t too sure about this book going into it. The title, the whole space opera thing, just put me off a bit. I don’t even know why. But I’m so glad I picked this up and read it. One, I love Dragons. Two, there’s some serious hotness going on in this book. Three, the story was really good and kept my attention the whole time.
This is a story about humans and dragons in a war. Mesha was raised as an agent to fight against the dragons. When she finds herself in a predicament with three dragons though she learns so much of her life has been a lie. Mesha, being an agent, is a pretty independent and BA woman. The three dragons she finds herself with are all sexy as hell. They are all special in their own way and Mesha finds herself drawn to each of them.
Again there was some super hot sexy times going on in this book but there was a ton for story action to even it all out. Pleasantly surprised by this book and can’t wait for the next one.
