Fallen for Alphas
Liam and Alec finally get their story!!!!!! Best friends, time and circumstances placed distance and events between them. Now that they have their chance, a little communication goes a long way, with a nudge from their alpha, in them working things out. Strong alpha wolves with an undeniable attraction, plus being fated mates, make for some playful and intense sexiness. The bond between them comes right at you, and the love they feel radiates from the pages. Perfect beginning for these two to start their lives together 😊
At Last Sight
So happy to have a story that sets Medusa to right! Poppy and Jonah haven’t had easy pasts, but that is why them being mates works to well. Loved the originality of the gorgon story, and the twist, and that Jonah and Poppy fit together so well from the start. While I’m not a fan of snakes, Poppy’s really didn’t bother me, because they are part of her, and the her that is, is wonderful 😊
Blood’s First Kiss
Yay, a new species to have stories about!!! Well, not new to legend, but new to be out and part of the conclave. Of course, our resident Mer-kin Caly gets to find her mate, and he her, and things move pretty quick. Loved the line by Misha when talking to his course, it sort of encases the whole story
“You were only gone like thirty minutes.” “And, in that time, I went to the Conclave, told them our demands, and I found my mate. It’s been a productive day.”
Reaper’s Song
I was a couple pages into this story and I had to stop, take a huge gulp of air as tears filled my eyes, could it be? It was, and it wasn’t, and the mist surrounding the story, the unknown, clung to the story even as it evolved, changed, and developed. Eva and Ashen, banshee and reaper, a bond that goes beyond fated mating. It was more beautiful than I could imagine, and I read it with tears in my eyes the entire time
I thought I need this continuation for Liam and Alec’s story, and I did. I was overjoyed that Jonah and Caly also got their HEA’s, and not with predictable mates or species. I didn’t realize how much I needed reaper’s story, and I am more than thankful for it. Dante and his circle, and the seven wonderful women, continue to bring such joy, sorrow, and completeness to the world around them, and this collection only added to the warmth my heart already holds for them. Thank you to the authour for giving us more in this wonderful world <3

If you are a Dante's Circle fan then this is the book for you. In this collection we get four new stories in the series. They are not super long but each one will bring you a little bit of nostalgia for the rest of lightening struck gals. I loved this collection of stories, each one giving me something to enjoy. I will say this about Liam and Alec...it's about time! Those two have been in a sort of limbo for a while. I loved getting some closure to their story. While you can certainly read this collection on its own I highly recommend that you read the other books in the series./ Each one is awesome and this will allow you to fully enjoy and appreciate these stories.

I absolutely loved this book, in the original book in this series we met some characters that were not part of the main group but we all fell in love with. We never got to read about their happily ever after or if they ever got one. So this book kind of ties up the loose ends, first we get to hear from Liam and Alec. We first read about them in Hunters book. Liam and Alec are adorable and are fighting the attraction but the fighting is causing issues in their pack. They need to find a way to work together or just move on. They also need to deal with a rogue wolf!!
Next is Jonah's story, we met him in Malik's book. Jonah spends his time working for Malik, protecting his child but one night he meets his mate. However, she's on the run and he needs to protect her.
The next story is Caly's story, Caly is Seth's sister and she was threatened by the Conclave to get info on the new species that has popped up. But it turns out the new mystery man happens to be her mate, and no one knows that his kind exists.
The next book was such a great story and it made me so happy, I'm not giving any spoilers away!!!!

Ok so this will be a review with a difference. Instead of reading the whole thing all in one and then writing a review I'm going to do a mini review of each story before moving on to the next. So here goes...
Fallen for Alphas - OMG its so good to be back in this world. Have a feeling im going to be rereading the whole series all over again once im done with this book.
I loved these two hunks of manliness, just wish it could have been longer. Still, that being said you can tell there is a much larger story to be told, one im guessing will span this entire collection... so im going back in. Hehe!
At Last Sight - Medusas???? ACTUAL MEDUSAS? Ok i can honestly say i did not see that one coming but OMG it was good. Can we please have Madeleine's story and a visit to the Medusa and Gorgons realm? Hell that would be cool. Right, now for the next story. Woohoo!
Bloods First Kiss - Vampires! Yes! They were the one paranormal race I always wished existed in this world. I mean a world where angels, demons, shifters and even leprechauns existed, how could vampires not.
Loved it. Now on to the final story. Oh how i wish it could go on forever.
Reaper's Song - A whole new paranormal species and realm to discover. Yippee! We didnt get to learn too much as they are secretive as hell, but still. So glad we got a HEA for Torrent and he was reunited with his family. And Eva was the perfect mate for him.
Is this truely the end of Dante's Circle??? I hope not.

This is a book containing 4 novellas that finish up 4 sets of characters within the series of Dante’s Circle.
1) Fallen for Alphas
Best friends Liam and Alec’s relationship has begun to get tense and fall apart when neither will act on how they possibly feel about each other. Dante needs to have one become a tracker and the other his Beta but first they need to track down a rogue wolf. Will working together push the men together or destroy their friendship all together?
This was a great book about figuring out what makes you stronger and how overcoming your weaknesses will only make you stronger. I thought both men were great but at the beginning I must admit I was rooting a little bit more for Liam as you got his side first and knew how much he cared.
I was definitely worried about the rogue wolf once we discovered who he was and how powerful he seemed to be. I was very happy when both Liam and Alec were able to admit how they felt about each other! I was very excited with the addition of Mili!
2) At Last Sight
Jonah is a jaguar who is attracted to the new bartender working for Dante. He doesn’t know much about her but soon he finds himself saving her from being attacked out in the parking lot.
Poppy is a medusa who is trying to outrun her past and when she realizes how strong her bond is to Jonah will she trust him or will her fear of him getting hurt make her push him away?
This was a super interesting story and I must admit that I like when two different types of shifters come together. I really liked that Poppy was a Medusa as I haven’t read any stories with one before.
I liked the chemistry between Poppy and Jonah and how Jonah was going to do everything he could to keep her safe. I understood why Poppy was so scared but I liked how things fell into place and Jonah seemed safe.
The end was a little tense and it was amazing how far someone’s jealousy would take them. I was definitely happy for Madelina sticking up for herself!
I was very happy for Jonah and Poppy at the end!
3) Blood’s First Kiss
Calypso “Caly” Oceanus is a mermaid and a member of the Conclave which represents different shifters/species. When she is late for the metting she is given the task to figure out who a mysterious stranger is and why they want to be part of the Conclave.
The mysterious stranger, Misha, finds himself being hunted and will this put Caly’s life in danger as well?
This another great quick story and I loved the introduction of another new species and how both Caly and Misha were caught initially unaware of the connection between them but Misha was going to do whatever he could to protect Caly.
I loved at how far Misha went to prove how much he cared for Caly and how she in turn understood that he was the one meant for him! I loved the end for Misha and his species!!
4) Reaper’s Song
Ashton doesn’t remember who he was before he was a Reaper but he is told this is who he now is and must accept his new job of bringing aid to those who enter their next phase of their life whether life, death or an existence. He feels like in his previous life he was a bear shifter but he is told to forget the past.
Ashton is given his first assignment and that is for Eva, a banshee. Yet nothing prepares him for when they meet and what happens next.
This novella really makes me curious about certain events that happened in the past and I really want to know what happened to “Ashton” to turn him into a reaper!
I was shocked at the initial meeting between Asher and Eva and what was revealed. I was super curious on how everything was going to go down considering everything that was at stake.
I loved how everything came together and how Asher and Eva got the help that they needed! I was shocked at the surprise at who Asher was!
These are great stories and will accompany the series really well and leave the reader wanting even more!

This was a great book about figuring out what makes you stronger and how overcoming your weaknesses will only make you stronger. I thought both men were great but at the beginning I must admit I was rooting a little bit more for Liam as you got his side first and knew how much he cared.
I was definitely worried about the rogue wolf once we discovered who he was and how powerful he seemed to be. I was very happy when both Liam and Alec were able to admit how they felt about each other! I was very excited with the addition of Mili!

Jonah is a jaguar who is attracted to the new bartender working for Dante. He doesn’t know much about her but soon he finds himself saving her from being attacked out in the parking lot.
Poppy is a medusa who is trying to outrun her past and when she realizes how strong her bond is to Jonah will she trust him or will her fear of him getting hurt make her push him away?
This was a super interesting story and I must admit that I like when two different types of shifters come together. I really liked that Poppy was a Medusa as I haven’t read any stories with one before.
I liked the chemistry between Poppy and Jonah and how Jonah was going to do everything he could to keep her safe. I understood why Poppy was so scared but I liked how things fell into place and Jonah seemed safe.

I loved how everything came together and how Asher and Eva got the help that they needed! I was shocked at the surprise at who Asher was!
These are great stories and will accompany the series really well and leave the reader wanting even more!

1) Fallen for Alphas
Best friends Liam and Alec’s relationship has begun to get tense and fall apart when neither will act on how they possibly feel about each other. Dante needs to have one become a tracker and the other his Beta but first they need to track down a rogue wolf. Will working together push the men together or destroy their friendship all together?

Ok let me just say that I would absolutely read the original series before reading this one. Otherwise you may be confused about a lot of things, and those original books introduce us to most of these characters as well.
Book 1 is Fallen For Alpha's
We finally get Alec and Liam's story!! I was slightly upset when the original series ended as I never felt like these 2 got their story. Especially after I was left feeling like their was a definite story there for us! And this one in no way disappoints! Alec and Liam are still trying to figure out what they can mean to each other, all while trying not lose each other in the end. They are not only best friends but they truly love each other and want the best for each other. And when their Alpha pushes them into an assignment together, it not only forces them to face what they are to each other but brings their story to life in a way that you can't help but love! Perfect for them! Loved it and how things end up for them!!
Book 2 is At Last Sight
In this one we get Jonah's story along with the full background for him. And it broke my heart knowing what truly happened to him! But his and Poppy's story is excellent. Poppy is running for her life for things that should never have happened to her. But she shows a strength of character that I truly wasn't expecting. Along with introducing a supernatural that I certainly wasn't expecting but I actually really liked! Another one that I loved seeing get a HEA along with showing that he will always be kick butt!!
Book 3 is Blood's First Kiss
I really wanted Calypso's story after reading her brother's story. And I certainly didn't expect it to take the turn that it does!! But WOW!! I loved the introduction of yet another new supernatural to this world!! Micha has been through so much and is just fighting for his people's survival, not expecting to find his mate. Another excellent read!! And shows us that the Conclave is still wrong about a lot of things!
Book 4 is Reapers Song
Ok so I don't want to say too much about this one because if you are like me and cried over this character in the previous book he was seen in, you will be beyond happy about this story!! And how everything comes about in it! A beautiful story about what you will do for a mate, regardless of your memory!
All in all, I loved every single one of these stories and it definitely tied up a lot of loose ends after the ending of the original series. But it also left me wanting the series to start up again! But you never know, it could happen!! Aiden Snow did phenomenal with his narration! I loved listening to his voice and he definitely brought these stories to life in a way that I wasn't expecting!

I had COMPLETELY forgotten how amazing the Dante Circle series was. It was the first series I'd read of Carrie Ann's and I'm always pimping it out to friends. When I saw that she was doing a final book in this series I WAS BEYOND EXCITED!!! I really enjoyed getting to see Dante and the lightening struck seven again. Reading this definitely makes me want to go back and re-read the series!
Fallen for Alphas: I definitely didn't remember Liam and Alec, but I very much remember Hunter. I adored getting to see him and Becca again. Liam and Alec were definitely a special pair. It drove me nuts that neither thought they were good enough for each other. There was a crazy event that brought these two together and I was super excited to see them finally take the next steps. Especially excited to see them take their places in the pack.
At Last Sight: I really liked this story a lot because it brought another paranormal in that I didn't know existed. I also loved how loyal Jonah is to Malik even though they are different shifters. Poppy was such an awesome surprise! There was definitely more to the eye when it came to her and I loved how the mate process brought a renewed sense of self to both her and Jonah. Also, I adored seeing Malik and Elaina be so adorable together!
Bloods first kiss: I think this story may have been my favorite. I really loved the paranormals that these two were. Caly being a mermaid and then Misha being someone that even they didn't think existed. Definitely a favorite. This story also had some serious fighting (always a big win in my book) and I really loved how it brought another sense of home. So many of these characters are just trying to find their place in life.
Reapers song: This story was the most sad to me. I don't remember Ashen from his past life, but it was heart breaking seeing him go through everything he did as a reaper. I also loved that reapers existed! This was yet another story where I didn't know these paranormals would exist. Eva was such a pleasant surprise and I really loved learning more about Banshees. Sadly my only experience was Teen Wolf!! The ending of this book was so super special though.
Dante is such a special person and I loved how he really helped every single person in this book become they best that they could. He is the glue to his circle, and I really loved what his circle represents.
Now to go back and start over =]

Liam and Alec are on track to be the beta, and tracker of the pack. Neither want it though. They are tasked with finding a rogue shifter who killed a human. They find out it is Alec's brother, Christopher. They find a baby fox shifter, and rescue her from Christopher, but he gets away. They regroup at the bar, Dante's Circle. They later find Chris and after he almost rips out Liam's heart, Alec kills him. Liam and Alec realize they are mates, but never acted on it before now, They have some sexy times, and go back with Mili, their new daughter, and fox shifter. They are named as Beta and Tracker for the pack, and are having a mating ceremony later.
Jonah, a jaguar shifter is the caregiver for Penelope, the daughter of Eliana the Phoenix. He loves taking care of her. He goes to the bar and meets Poppy, who is a Medusa, but glamoured so her hair looks normal. He looks into her eyes, and realizes that she is his mate. There are gorgons, lesser Medusa's, after her. She killed her human boyfriend when the Queen and her sisters put a spell on Poppy. They escape, but get found again. Poppy saves the day, and at the end they mate.

One of his kind shows up, and hurts Misha. He admits he is a Vampire, an Immortal, that can't be killed because they are already dead. She gives him blood to heal him, but gives too much. He gives her blood back or she will die. This starts their mating. She knows they are mates, and completed the bond with him, to save themselves. They petition the Conclave to be able to join, and are allowed.

Wonderful return to the world of Dante’s Circle, though too brief a taste. I’d love to see more and longer stories! Each story has both the romance and danger we’ve come to expect in this paranormal series.
Fallen For Alphas was definitely my favorite story of the bundle and I loved seeing Liam and Alec take that leap of faith and finally reach for happiness. The angst and the intensity of their love for each other made for an amazing story and I loved loved loved that they didn’t only get a chance at a HEA, but a chance at a family too after having longed for each other for so long.
At Last Sight was great, I especially loved that the heroine, Poppy, is so powerful and dangerous, and a kind of paranormal creature that I hadn’t yet seen in a romance. Jonah is amazing, I love his protectiveness and his acceptance of all Poppy is.
In Blood’s First Kiss we get a very unusual paranormal pairing, which was intriguing and different. Calypso’s a wonderful character, though she kind of gets upstaged by her enigmatic mate, Micha. I’d love to find out more about Micha’s people , as well as find out more about how he and Calypso make a life for themselves.
Reaper’s Song comes in a close second to Fallen For Alphas. It has so much emotion, what with Ashen’s mysterious past and his attempts to find out who he was before he died and became a reaper. I adored his soul mate, she’s strong and kindhearted, and perfect for him. They are also a very unique and original match as paranormal pairings go, which I loved.
Narration: I really enjoyed listening to these stories and I think Aiden Snow did a wonderful job with his narration of Dante’s Circle Reborn. He has a very pleasant, warm voice and he brought a lot of nuance and emotion to his performance. The pacing was excellent, and he did great in bringing to life all the characters, both the main and secondary ones.

A quick visit
I was a very happy lady when Carrie announced Dante's Circle Reborn, I started reading Carrie with this series and it remains one of my all time favorites. This book contains 4 different novellas taking a peek at characters you will remember if you have read the series. If you haven't, you can read Reborn but it might mean more if you read the series first.

Such a great pleasure to get more books in one of my favourite series.
Nice to get conclusions and HEA’S for certain characters, even if these are too brief for my reading pleasure.
Switched between listening in audible and reading at the same time.
FALLEN FOR ALPHAS
Not a fan of m/m books but enjoyed this even though it was a bit too easy the way everything played out.
Skipped the sex scenes.
But I enjoyed going back to revisit old friends, the little we get of them.
Was switching between audible and reading but kept laughing whenever Dante spoke. Just didn’t sound or speak like I believe he would, or how he was in my head, so finished that story by reading.
AT FIRST SIGHT
Enjoyable having a Medusa being a character and a leading one at that.
Unfortunately, this just wrapped up too quickly and felt rushed. The epilogue sort of gave us answers to what had happened.
Not sure I liked Jonah’s back story in what he tells us. Always feel the mate is second best in such circumstances.
BLOOD’S FIRST KISS
Interesting but just too short to do such a convoluted storyline justice.
Found Misha mysterious and intriguing but just don’t learn enough about his people. Is Misha the ruler, king, leader, what?

Such a wonderful feeling when I realised who this was about but also tragically sad. I remember crying reading the original story and though this is a good ending for now, we still have questions that need answering.

Dante's Circle Reborn is the eighth book in the Dante's Circle series by Carrie Ann Ryan. The book is a collection of 4 short stories and it can be read as stand-alone. I am not familiar at all with the series and I had no problem diving into this book. I liked how the lore contained many supernatural species and a lot of them were not the ones you usually see in a paranormal novel.
My favorite story was the last one called "Reaper's song". It was the most emotional one and the one I enjoyed the most. All of them were interesting and engaging of course, but this one stood out the most for me. I felt like it had the most impact on all the characters and it made the term happy ending mean so much more.
I would have liked a little more angst for the first story called "Fallen for alphas". It could have been grinded more since we have two mates who know they are fated to be and yet they are not acting on it. It's one of my favorite shifter tropes and I feel like it could have been worked on a little bit more.
The other two stories were also very good and I enjoyed reading them. For me, each story kept getting better and better and it was more engaging than the last one. The author did a great work with this book and I read it in one sitting. I didn't want for the stories to end and I plan on reading the rest of the series too. I think that the book is perfect for this time because each story is short, so you easily read one and be done and it was great so it can take your mind off things.

Though I am not new to Carrie Ann Ryan who I found last year and now automatically one click, I am new to her Dante’s Circle series. This was a great introduction to this series with four stories within this world. Narrated by Aiden Snow, I was quickly consumed by the stories and their characters.
In Fallen For Alphas, we meet Liam and Alec Their chemistry is intense, but there seems to be a lot of history between them. Can they find a way to work together and find their united future?
At Last Sight introduces us to Poppy and Jonah. Jonah was so protective, even as Poppy tried to keep at arm’s length. But he was immediately taken by Poppy and will do whatever it takes to keep her safe.
In Blood’s First Kiss we have Calypso and Micah. This one was a bit different A mermaid and a someone who was supposed to be a myth. Yet now here they are together and have to decide how much to trust. Will he trust his mate before it’s too late?
Reaper’s Song has a reaper doing the one thing he cannot, reap his mate. Ashen is starting to remember the life he had before becoming a reaper. When he sees Eve, he cannot do what is essentially his purpose now. What will happen next?

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "DANTE'S CIRCLE REBORN" Carrie Ann Ryan did a great job writing this terrific collection of novellas each story was unique, interesting, entertaining, passion, emotional, twists that kept you reading each story.

Jonah is protecting cubs under his care he's fought dragons, lions, anything in his way
but something far more dangerous lurks in the shadows. Jonah meets the new bartender at Dante's bar a beautiful redhead that turns out to be his true mate.
Caly is a mermaid and part of the Conclave gas to I cover the true lineage of a stranger Micha her job as a representative turns to be a supernatural being that shouldn't exist and he's found his mate Caly a very unique interesting read.

A return to our favorites with new matches in Dante’s Circle Reborn. I was a little confused at first whether I was going to be reading stories about characters I had already fallen for or new ones. And would I need to re-read the previous stories to catch up. These are new stories, and I didn’t feel that I had to catch-up with the previous stories first. The four were all easily read.
In Fallen for the Alphas, Alec & Liam were hot. It took being pushed together for them to even look at each other. The pack was surprised at the end by the roles each of them took. What was expected isn’t always the best and Liam and Alec managed to figure this out.
At Last Sight had Jonah as a strong protector but also looking to help Poppy. Poppy has a lot more she is running from and a lot more to hid in order to keep others safe. I really enjoyed the sweet story of Jonah taking Poppy along with her self-discovery.

This is one that you can binge with your heart in it right from the first one. Loving this series I was so excited. Each one captures your attention carrying you through a new adventure in this world. The characters will own you as they worm their way into your heart. In the first one we watch a struggle but to our delight we will see them overcome that battle but the bigger one will be the enemy.
In the second one eyes are the mirror in this one with the enticement that leads to seduction. But they can do other things and there is danger in that as we will see.
We are than given something that is unique but has the magic to weave us in the search. But secrets once again can cause trouble or danger depending on how and if they come to light. Mates are so special they always take me away in the search.
The last one is one that will have us hanging on ever so tightly. We know the job but oh no can it be changed. Only reading this one will the answers leap out at the reader.
By the time you are finished in this one you will have a minute or two before you want to come back to present time.

I absolutely loved this collection of stories!! I loved going back into this world and while it has been quite awhile since I have read this series it was easy to jump back in. I didn’t entirely remember all the secondary characters as well since it has been so long but it was really easy to jump back into the world and remember what was going on, big picture wise and did remember the characters once started getting those personalities though not all the details. I loved getting to do so. The stories are short and quick. As mentioned in the very beginning we don’t get all the moments that I would have liked but we do get the important ones and all of the stories are complete. I do wish that the stories were longer and we got more of these characters since I truly enjoyed them and getting to come back to this world. Great entertainment! It was just a lot of fun and well written. I loved the little episodes in time where these characters find their mate and figure out how to take that leap to build it into a solid forever relationship.

Dante’s Circle Reborn is a collection of tiny glimpses into the lives of a handful of secondary characters from Carrie Ryan’s Dante’s Circle series. At the end of the series, all of the main characters had their HEA, but there were a few characters with unknown endings. These four shorts are a quick peek into how their stories ended.
The writing was crisp and dropped the reader right back into the series with familiar characters. The unique element of each character is quickly touched upon as they are thrust forward at an intense speed to wrap up their loose ends.
The familiarity with Dante’s Circle almost felt like coming home, but it was ripped away as quickly as it came. While I enjoyed the peek into their lives, I wish there was more. Six chapters felt incredibly too short and left me feeling disconnected from their stories. I was left with more questions than answers. If you’re a fan of Dante’s Circle, you’ll love reading about familiar faces again, but be warned you won’t have very long with them. Be prepared for a quick goodbye.

The familiarity with Dante’s Circle almost felt like coming home, but it was ripped away as quickly as it came. While I enjoyed the peek into their lives, I wish there was more. Six chapters felt incredibly too short and left me feeling disconnected from their stories. I was left with more questions than answers. If you’re a fan of Dante’s Circle, you’ll love reading about familiar faces again, but be warned you won’t have very long with them. Be prepared for a quick goodbye.

A few pages in, I had to take a side-trip back to re-read the original seven books to this series (highly-recommended). I’m glad I did because it allowed me to fall in love again with the characters that originally introduced me to this author. She is as deft at writing paranormal romance as she is contemporary and it is an aspect of her writing that I have sorely missed.
Dante’s Circle Reborn brings us back to the world of the Lightning-Struck and the supporting characters we had grown to love. Calypso, Liam & Alec, Jonah and above all, Torrent get their stories told and their own HEA’s. It was fantastic if not ironic to find that even myths among the Paranormal’s truly did exist, alongside being introduced to new beings I would have never thought to be main characters. But, come on, this IS Carrie Ann Ryan and she would do the unexpected! I love that she left open the possibility of even MORE books to add to the series/world and fingers crossed she makes the decision to do so.
Now, if only she would dip her toes into the Sci-Fi romance genre...

Four stories in one fantastic book.
Fallen for Alphas-Nice quick into to the group. Liam and Alec are the best. Just reading these few chapters had me wanting to dive right into more stories of the others and finding out how they got where they are in this story.
At last Sight-Medusa and a Jaguar nice. This one was good because it put a whole new spin on the stories of Medusa.
Blood's First Kiss-Mermaids and Vampires it was intriguing for sure. Loved how Caly was a high up on a council. It was nice to see that change instead of damsel in distress.
Reaper's Song-A Reaper and a Banshee really this book just keeps getting better and better. Loved the twists and turns this story gave the characters.
All in all, I really wish I had more on each of these stories. Incredibly unique take on the shifter paranormal realms and characters. Nothing was a given like some stories. I cannot wait to go find more of what Carrie has written.
