Bullet Review:

I'm not impressed. If you are already something of a runner, these training bits might help with endurance or speed, but unless you are really fast, this isn't meant to be playing with running a full 5K. Couch to 5K this is NOT - and if you are just only beginning to run, I can't imagine this being anything but disappointing.

Supposedly, you use this to run outside, yet often the trainer will say things like "grab some water" (I have never run with water) or "don't pay attention to anyone else" (I run alone?) or "check your pace" (I'm fortunate to have an Apple watch, but what if I didn't?). Also, it's hilarious that the trainer goes "I'm there with you", when it's obvious she is NOT running alongside you.

Lastly, if the area you run in has hills, god help you. There are hills in every direction from my house, and they always seemed to coincide with the sprint sections.

This set of 20 audio workouts at under 35 min each are meant to be completed over the course of 5 weeks leading up to a 5k run. While this was good for getting myself into a groove, I never made it to 5k during the course of these workouts. These are for training, but none of these are actually supposed to be meant for listening to WHILE running the 5k, which I found rather confusing. Due to pandemic limitations, I completed most of these indoors, but trainer Rochelle says it's supposed to be meant for outdoor running. Sometimes the background music really hit and pumped me up, but sometimes it would either die down or ramp up at times in conflict with when we were being told to run faster or ease up.

Overall, this is good and did help me improve some of my fitness levels, but it's not perfect and I would have preferred a better structured and better produced product that delivered on its promises.
