This is a book I've written for all you adults who have ever said, "I wish I knew more about history." It's very concise--145 pages of text--and contains the essentials of Western civilization. It's written in a clear and conversational style, a style I honed in my many years as a high-school and college history teacher.

Spare Me the Details would also prove helpful for students taking a Western civilization class....Enjoy!
