Natalie Ann – Christmas Love – Former model, Noelle Bennett has decided she wants to be behind the camera instead of in front of it. Just her and the woods around her little home, snapping pictures of the winter landscape and historic Inns. Joanne Jaytanie – Christmas Chemistry — It's nothing but an old tavern. But to the Jamersons and Brocks, it's a treasured history, a precious legacy. Can Gina Jamerson and Owen Brock meet in the middle or will their families ruin any chance of compromise?

Kim Hornsby – The Christmas Challenge--A hermit blogger attends a destination wedding as part of a Christmas challenge and meets someone who gets her heart racing again only to discover he has a game-changing secret—about her.

Lauren Gayle – A Southern Lights Christmas--When a rare winter storm covers their Christmas getaway with bone-chilling snow and ice, two strangers are challenged with the reality of winter in a southern town.

This review is for Mission: Impossible to Wed by Jacki Delecki. I have purchased this romantic anthology but only read this one yet. I will amend my review once I have completed the others.

Ms. Delecki has written a sweet romance about two people who definitely fit the definition of an "opposites attract" couple. Lauren is a city bred woman who is an "in demand" fashion designer in New York. Gabe is an Army Ranger who has traveled the globe in service to his country. He's considering a career change while home for his brother's wedding. The story is not only about Gabe and Lauren but about family, relationships and trust. A heart warming Christmas story.

This is my review for Christmas in Snow Valley by Tammy L. Grace. This is a sweet novella included in the Christmas at Mistletoe Lodge collection.

Snow Valley is a beautiful place that captured my imagination and the magic of preparing for a Christmas celebration. Snow Valley Resort is a destination vacation spot especially attractive in the winter months. This is where Emily grew up with her sister, Sara. It holds many memories for Emily, mostly fond ones, but one memory that she can't forget. Her old beau, Nick. The reason she has not returned to Snow Valley.

When Emily's sister, Sara, calls and really wants her to come to Snow Valley for the holidays, Emily gives in. She hasn't seen Sara in a very long time and this is a good time to go. When Emily gets there, Sara tells her that she and her husband, Mike, have a fantastic opportunity to go to Europe over the holidays but they need someone to run their coffee shop, Latte Da and be in charge of organizing the annual Christmas Tree Party at the Lodge. Emily can't let her sister down, so she agrees to take on the challenge.

It was a great read going through all the preparations for this party. I felt a part of the holiday spirit with all the wonderful characters in the story. It was a beautiful setting I experienced and it really got me in the spirit and mood for Christmas. Then there are the two pups that just make the story complete with how much they make a place a home. I loved reading about decorating the trees in the Lodge, the snow falling and blanketing the pines and mountains, the lighting of the Christmas tree in the square, making gift bags for the children and the excitement of Santa showing up. It was a holiday party wrapped between the covers of a wonderful book.

I loved going to Snow Valley with Emily. The descriptions and atmosphere of a snowy, mountain resort were perfectly written to make me escape into the magical wonderland of this novel. It's a HEA read that made my heart feel good. Thank you, Tammy L. Grace for kindle copy of this book that I had so much fun reading. A festive five stars that shine so bright!

This review is for the Christmas Challenge by Kim Hornsby.

Tori has been humiliated. Not only was she left at the alter by her fiance, but someone captured her calling to him on video and posted it. The video went viral and Tori has been holed up in her apartment for a year, not wanting anyone to recognize her and taunt her.

She is a psychologist and has a popular blog. Tori posts about a Christmas Challenge for her followers to take a step by step approach and she follows her own advice.

Twice she runs into a gorgeous man, but she tries to avoid him. Then he turns up where she can't really escape.

Kim is a fantastic story teller and I've enjoyed all of her books. I have pre-ordered the entire collection but I received this novella as an advanced reader copy. This is a free will review of this story.

The book is sweet and poignant, and it can be read by any reader.

Cooped Up For Christmas by Sabrina York is a fun Christmas read. This is a fairly quick read, perfect for those with limited reading time. Ms. York has played Santa and delivered a well-written book and stuffed it full of quirky, oddball, funny characters along with some normal folks. Darcy gives up her Christmas vacation to direct the workers at Eden's Mistletoe Lodge. Cooper arrived at the lodge with his team to entertain the clients with extreme sports. Darcy and Cooper's story is a second chance romance filled with drama, mishaps and mayhem, smokin' hot sex and laugh out loud humor. I loved this story and look forward to reading the rest of the books in this collection.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I read The Christmas Challenge by Kim Hornsby.

I think Tori has a lot on her plate. Life just really isn't going the way she planned. I think she really had problems with moving on because she is a psychiatrist. She had a life plan that went out before she could live it. Once you get stuck in something it is hard to get out of it. I am glad she had her blog and that kept her moving in the right direction. You will do just about anything for a friend and she has great ones that have stayed by her side through it all. I know how it feels to be left alone by people that I thought was friends but when they seen I wasn't going to be the person they needed me to be they left. I am so glad she found that she could get things together and go to her friends wedding. I think bumping into Matt is great. She needed him and with him being a doctor he understood more about how to help her then a lot of men would. He was sweet and took his time with her. Just what she needed. You could see the love grow with them. I wish this book was longer it was so good I wanted to see more. I think this was a good little Christmas story and it hit all the right notes you need to feel the love and holiday cheer.

I read the book "Christmas In Snow Valley". High praise for Tammy L. Grace. Once again this author does not disappoint. She has such a talent for painting a picture with words. The Christmas crafts and games listed in the book sound like so much fun I want to incorporate some of them in our celebration this year. Fix a cup of coffee or latte ahead of time because her descriptions of the different coffee flavors at Latte Da, the coffee shop in the story, were so vivid I had to pause halfway through and get a cappuccino for myself. This is my favorite book of hers so far and to date I have read nine with five more on my shelf. This inspirational holiday romance will warm your heart.

I received a copy free from the author, at my request, and am under no obligation to leave a review. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and am freely sharing my opinion.

Cooped Up for Christmas by Sabrina York

It was supposed to be an easy gig--working as a concierge at a luxury lodge for the super-rich over Christmas--but then he had to show up. The boy who broke my heart all those years ago. But former Navy SEAL Cameron Cooper isn't exactly a boy anymore.

“There was another level to our desperation, something that had nothing to do with sexual satisfaction at all. It was a connection of souls…and it was fabulous.”

Sabrina York delivers once again all the things I love about her writing style in this sweet and snarky second chance romance! Loved and highly recommend!

This book is a thoroughly enjoyable romp through Christmas. A Five Star Read. Here are my reviews of each story.

Cooped Up for Christmas
Eden's Idyll Book 1
Sabrina York

When an employee quits without any notice, VP of Hospitality Victoria Walker gives up her holiday plans to save the day for Mistletoe Lodge's Holiday guests.
Cam Cooper has been hired to be the Adventure guide for this group of guests and he is hoping to reconnect with Victoria, in more ways than one.
This is a fun read with spoiled guests, a rekindling romance and a touch of sizzling heat!

A Kiss Under A Christmas Blue Moon
Daydreams & Dragonflies Rock ‘N Sweet Romance Book 4
Tamara Ferguson

This book goes from the past to the present. Mia and Noah have a connection not only as a couple but also as musicians. Mia helps Noah's band Blue Moon, become better performers with her choreography as her relationship with him grows. Mia's father on the other hand has other ideas and works to sabotage her romance with Noah. It's Noah who backs out of her plans as he prepares to ship out to Iraq.
In the interim Mia's father has been setting her up with several of his business partner's sons, hoping for a match. Mia doesn't buy into it and works to pursue her own dreams.
Another fun read with a daughter who won't give in to her father's whims and a connection to a man she gave her heart to and hopefully he's kept it.

Alaskan Christmas
A Mistletoe Lodge Novella
Jen Talty

This is just another delightful read. I can see how hard it would be for Flynn to take this trip to Alaska without her mother. It was something they were going to do together.
The Mistletoe Lodge is run by her Flynn's mother's best friend and there had been a bit of plotting going on. Seems they thought Colton and Flynn would be the perfect couple little did they know these two had something going on they hadn't let on about.
Plenty of ups and downs, some twists and turns, some sizzle and lots of romance.

Christmas Love
Love Connection
Natalie Ann

Noelle has retired from the grueling world of modeling. Now putting her efforts behind the camera instead of in front of it. She's given no explanations as to why she's left the business and of course reporters would love to scoop something.
Chase is the veterinarian in town and he also runs a no-kill shelter. Finding homes for abandoned, abused and neglected animals is one of his passions.
Sparks seem to fly between Chase and Noelle when she asks if she can help by taking photos of the animals and the shelter set up. She also assists with the shelter's website. Of course on that initial visit Chase convinces her to adopt a dog.
The photos Noelle takes of Mistletoe Inn are part of her first Gallery show and a big hit, even as the relationship between her and Chase goes through some ups and down.
A fun Christmas read with plenty of heat, to warm you up.

Christmas Makeover
Pam Binder

Lured to Mistletoe Lodge on the pretense of his parents renewing the wedding vows, Jake arrives to find them gone with a promise to be back for the celebration. Also leaving much to be accomplished both inside and out for the occasion.
Miranda is pretty much coerced into planning a vow renewal by her Aunt Bell, her condition is that Jake wouldn't be there.
Ah but that's not how these things work. This is all a carefully planned out conspiracy to get Miranda and Jake back together.
Lots of laughter, fun, revelations and sizzle.

Christmas in Snow Valley
Hometown Christmas Book 1
Tammy L. Grace

Emily is a freelance journalist who hasn't been home for a very long time. Her sister Sara and her husband Mike live in the family home, albeit with many upgrades. This year she decides it's time to visit, she owes her sister that much.
When Mike has to take his bosses place at a conference overseas, he needs to take Sara with him on this fabulous trip. The problem will be convincing Emily to manage the coffee shops and make sure the Christmas Party for the children is as magnificent as the previous years.
Sara forgets to mention that the current mayor is Emily's ex, the man she hasn't forgotten and still loves.
I loved the way this one plays out, both wanting but avoiding. So much interaction builds into something that never should have ended to begin with.
Emotional with laughter, tears and sizzle!

Mission: Impossible to Wed
Impossible Mission Series
Jacki Delecki

Lauren designed her step sister's wedding gown and is to deliver it to the venue days before the event.
Gabe is the groom's brother and he is trying to convince his brother to not go through with the wedding to this selfish individual. But first he has to escort Lauren to the Lodge with the gown. With a blizzard they won't be flying.
Lauren and Gabe get to know each other on the way to Mistletoe Lodge. Both have their doubts about the sincerity of Tiffany's love and feel the wedding shouldn't happen.
Plenty of surprises in this one, including a blossoming relationship between Gabe and Lauren.

Christmas Chemistry
Forever Christmas in Glenville Book 3 series
Joanne Jaytanie

Gina just got a promotion, one where she would have her own place now that her mother is back to work. As General Manager of Forever Christmas she would have free rein to grow it as she sees fit, the promotion even includes a rescued Doberman named Angel. The perfect foil to the owner's Doberman Holly.
Something is up with Owen's mother, and his sister is being very cryptic about it. Leaving his law practice in Phoenix, Owen travels incognito to Glenville, more to prevent his sister from bothering him than anything else.
Gina uncovers a bit of a mystery while purchasing antiques for the Victorian house she was now in charge of. That mystery also intertwines with Owen's family.
Lots of family drama, suspense, emotions and sizzle.

The Christmas Challenge
Kim Hornsby

A viral video is what has Tori hiding in her apartment to the point she is borderline agoraphobic. The video was taken of her in her wedding gown watching as her fiancé runs off with his ex.
Now Tori has a successful blog and she encourages baby steps, a challenge a day to build self confidence. She herself has decided to do those challenges as well. It's time to move on, and being her friend Maddy's Maid of Honor will be the turning point.
Matt's first meeting with Tori is the result of a collision of sorts. He bumps into her as she's about to take a drink of her coffee and it spills all over. Insisting on buying her another he rushes off and Tori ignores his existence. They meet again in the same way a few days later. But the ultimate meet is at Mistletoe Lodge when Tori has a panic attack.
I love these two together and the slow build is perfect for the situation in which Matt's dog Diesel plays a major role.

A Southern Lights Christmas
Southern Lights Book 1
Lauren Gayle

Mack is looking forward to a Christmas without snow and ice. Whereas Natalie is at the Mistletoe Lodge to escape from well meaning family.
These two have chemistry but are reluctant to move on it. After all they live states away from each other.
Mother Nature decides to play a wonderful joke on Matt by sending a blizzard and record cold to this warm climate.
This is a fun read with laughter, tears, surprises and some sizzle.

While this collection was a bit of a disappointment, I found two diamonds hidden in its pages. Although I have read all of the stories in this collection, I am reviewing CHRISTMAS CHEMISTRY and THE CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE. Giving both of these wonderful stories 5 stars. Great job ladies.

CHRISTMAS CHEMISTRY
Joanne Jaytanie has done it again with this sweet holiday romance set in one of my favorite places....Glenville. Gina is on a mission to find out as much as she can about the Victorian she manages. Owen Brock, Attorney at Law, comes to town for several different reasons. He and Gina hit it off immediately. Steeped in history and mystery, this story has all the feel goods you want in a holiday romance...and an adorable Dobie puppy named Angel.

THE CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE
This was the first read for me from author Kim Hornsby. A delightful story about Tori, an online blogger, who issues a challenge to her readers and followers. She'd become a bit of a hermit and only communicated with her online contacts. An internal life review challenges Tori with her own words. There is romance, but for me, this story is more about a woman finding herself and pushing herself to do what has become uncomfortable.

I was fortunate enough to read an early copy of Christmas at Mistletoe Lodge and I completely enjoyed it.

The characters were great! They were realistic and down to earth, the type of people I'd like to know. The story basically centers around the preparations for a large celebration at the lodge and the people involved in it. The descriptions of the lodge, the decorations and the community had me imagining that I was visiting, which is always a great way to read a Christmas story.

The small town and the people had the typical small town spirit of caring for and helping each other yet also knowing all the gossip and history on everyone. Pluses and minuses in everything, yes? *smile* To me that's what living in a small town is all about.

If you enjoy Christmas stories at all, then Christmas at Mistletoe Lodge by Tammy L. Grace is the book for you. You'll feel like you were put down in the middle of a Hallmark Christmas show.

Thank you to the publisher and author for an ARC at my request. My thoughts are my own and happily given because I loved this book.

This turned out to be a wonderful collection that also went for a good cause if bought. I got some I knew and also few new to me. I do not read alot of holiday novels but this one had story lines that caught my attention. I can not resist a Seal with this having one that I got to follow in. You also get a war returning getting a second chance one that shoots straight for the heart.
What holiday would not be fun without one in Alaska and all it has to offer at that time. Another one to tempt the heart involves a puppy but behind that is a doctor trailing with it. How about a Medieval wedding to woo the sights and warm the heart, it is in here.
Can not leave out one with the magic of the season to work its way. Then there are two families that someone from each that have the struggles that families will bring even when not invited. Lets not forget the blogger whom a lot of us can relate too. Ending with one in the dear ole South this wraps up a gracious collection that tingles the toes with many smiles.

Reiew for Jacki Delecki's Mission Impossible to Wed

Sweet and spicy romance for the holidays! Part of the Christmas at Mistletoe Lodge box set, Mission Impossible to Wed pits Bridezilla and her loudly dysfunctional family against the groom's all American close and loving clan of parents and 5 brothers who serve in the military. Great character sketches and moving emotional interactions between characters are the heart of this hot holiday romance between Lauren, maid of honor and step-sister of the bride , and Gabe, best man and brother of the groom. Moments of laughter and lots of holiday magic - great addition to the set! This is a voluntary ARC review.

Christmas and Mistletoe

Each Mistletoe Lodge is unique and magical. The authors have written books that end with HEAs and bring just enough of the "how did they get here and where are they going" to keep you reading.

In Sabrina York’s Cooped Up for Christmas, Victoria Walker is enjoying her work as a concierge at Eden, Inc., until her former lover, SEAL Cameron Cooper, arrives to introduce the guests to extreme sports. In Tamara Ferguson’s A Kiss Under A Blue Christmas Moon, Mia Michaels is reunited with Noah Erikson, her boyfriend in high school before he left to join the for the Air Force. In Jen Talty’s Alaskan Christmas, Flynn Wagner visits the Mistletoe Lodge to honor her mother who recently passed away. When Colton Granger shows up, they both remember the amazing week they once spent together. In Natalie Ann’s Christmas Love, Noelle, a former model has had an amazing run with her career but now wants a more normal life with her photography. Dr. Chase Martin, veterinarian, helps her adjust to her new life. In Pam Binder’s Christmas Makeover, - in the past, Miranda Gale breaks up with her boyfriend, Jake Avon, so that he won’t give up his scholarship – in the present, Jake and Miranda are reunited at the Mistletoe Lodge. In Jacki Delecki’s – Mission: Impossible to Wed, Gabe Griffin, brother of the groom, is escorting Lauren Hamilton to the Mistletoe Lodge with the wedding dress she has designed for her sister. When their flight is cancelled, the drive to the lodge will give them time to get reacquainted. This book has 10 books in it some are hot romances and some clean ones too. This book benefits
St. Jude Hospital . I do a lot of ARC'S so have had a hard time reading a lot of the stores but have finished
Three . Mission: Impossible to Wed by Jacki Delecke is a hot, steamy winter romance with lots of crazy and fun characters in it. Lots of family drama as Gabe who is brother to Tyler the groom and also dated the bride, Tiffany for five weeks in collage. Tiffany's half sister, Lauren who is a designer and also had a crush in high school on Gabe. Told you lots going on in this Christmas tale, it funny, sad, romantic, steamy.
Gabe and Lauren try to stop the wedding , them keep it on track, and fall in love even with all the family
happening. A great way to start off the Holiday reading. I would give it five stars.
2nd one I read was "A Kiss under a Blue Christmas Moon" by Tamara Ferguson
is a clean love story between Mia Michaels and Noah Erikson. Both have lost their parents. Mia mother died and her father's turned his life into work and never sees Mia. Noah lost both his parents in a car crush and was lives with his grandparents. Both love music and we get to see how they find each other, learn about each other and fall in love. This is a love story with a surprise ending. It was a little too much history for me, the story seen to be to long till we got to happens, and the 2nd chance. I would give it three stars.
It seemed more like a young person story, with the way they feel .
3rd one was Cooped Up for Christmas, by Sabrina York
Victoria Walker is the VP of Hospitality for Eden Properties who clients are the wealthy who expect people to give them whatever they want when they want it . Most are spoiled and nasty. Also at the Inn will be her ex-boyfriend, Seal Cameron Cooper. The one she never wanted to see again, cause she had never forgot him and him her. This is a sexy hot romance filled with spoiled rich brats, young team members willing to learn, 2nd chances, and a love that holds it all together. Snow, surprise, fun, tears it has it all.
I would give it five stars was a fun read set in a really pretty Inn.
I think this book would be a great gift for any reader, it seem to have something for all. Plus it is for a good cause. I will be going back to read more of the stories when I have time.

Overall this was a fun box set to read and I was able to be introduced to a few new authors as well. All the stories included in this set were sweet, funny and enjoyable in their own way with great characters and interesting storylines. This would make a great rainy day or snowy weather read. You could curl up in a favorite chair, enjoy a cup of tea and escape into these authors’ engaging worlds of holiday romance.

I read and enjoyed all the books in this set, but my review in for Jen Talty’s Alaskan Christmas. Talty has become a favorite of mine for her writing style, character development and engaging storylines, especially in shorter style stories. I never feel cheated when I read one of her books, regardless of the length.

Flynn and Colton had a whirlwind, emotional fling they kept hidden from their families and after years are reacquainted in an unexpected way. Once the shock settles, both realize the feelings they had previously developed were not gone but just buried and with the nostalgia of coming home, family, and sweet memories they realize how good it could truly be if given the chance. At the beginning of the story, I was a little put off by Flynn, her overall attitude and the way she carried herself annoyed me. However, once you learn more about her, what drives her and what she was dealing with on the work front, you get a better understanding of why she was the way she was and when she finally started to open up I enjoyed the character she became. Colton had the cocky, little bit arrogant bad boy attitude working for him, but in this instance, it worked. It was fun to watch the two of them together as they navigated their buried feeling and dealt with the issues keeping them apart. What started out as an annoyance and unwelcomed surprise for Flynn ended up being the crossroads for happily ever after, if she was willing to take a chance.

All the stories in this box set are endearing in their own way. If you enjoy holiday reads, you definitely want to give this box set and their authors a try. Who knows, you might end up finding a new one or more to enjoy in the future.

*I received an ARC of this box set from one of the authors and I am voluntarily providing my honest review.

Imagine a dispense of Christmas drinks – hot chocolates, hot chocolates with heat, cinamonny surprises – and you’ve got this anthology. They’re all worth reading, and I read them all, but I’m going to dip in here to review my favorite, Alaskan Christmas by Jen Talty. I love it when an author is able to get character development even in a really short story, and Jen Talty’s done it again. Flynn starts off an unpleasant, self-obsessed career woman who thought nothing of blowing off Colton when he wanted another date. And then we see another side to her, pressured and unfairly treated at work, afraid to lose control. And, we see her back story, her fear of loving someone and losing them. And we watch as she realizes who she was meant to be. And yes, we also have Colton, who is fabulous, but the focus is on Flynn, and it’s a good one!

Read the others too – they’re worth the time, and have a snack because they talk food – and you will be hungry!
