Lincoln has moved into town and has been making his bar into a hit, but he also been keeping his eye on Presley a woman that comes in with her group of girlfriends. But he was more focused on work then dating trying to get his bar up and steady, now it's been months and when he sees her he's done waiting he is making his move now. As for Presley I love her and her group of girlfriends they are really good group of close friends, makes you wonder their stories as well. Now Presley has the man of her dreams going on dates with her, sharing babysitting duties & family outting..Lincoln is a great boyfriend and they just mushed together so good.
I wonder if Devon end up with one of Presley friends?? Mmm hopefully his drama doesnt bite him in the ass.

I love going on these journeys each and every time. -neither virgins (I don't think) no mention of either past -dual POV -no cheating or abuse or OP drama or angst -love how h/H love each other -epilogues 9 months and another 3 months I see myself going on a Tory Baker binge read here in the very near future. I just 💜 her stories.

Three families. Three daughters Best friends all around This is Presley's story Lincoln is new in town. he bought the local bar, turned it into the hot spot. Dancing, drinking and all around letting loose good time place. He left his family's business moved across country and found a place for himself. They found each other literally across the dance floor. Six months of waiting to claim Presley. So worth the wait. Lincoln and Presley complement each other in life. She is a kindergarten teacher with a heart of gold. With low key dates hot kisses and 3 am phone calls they are on the way to forever. Lincoln comes from money and not all the women out there are out for love. His brother can attest to that. As the days and weeks pass, getting to know family and friends is easy loving each other easier. With a spring break trip to meet the parents they do something impulsive. With apprehension and the Vegas strip. Home is wonderful friends and family come together and celebrate. Little did they know they had more coming.

Presley and Lincoln have been eyeing one another for a while but neither has made a move. They each have stable, loving families and happy pasts. I love Lyla and Callie and Bella as well as all the aunts, uncles, moms and dads. I like Devon. I am glad there is not a lot of drama or angst in this story. I like the way it flows and moves logically. I like the backstories. I like the writing style. I wish we knew a little more about Callie and her job and her situation with Bella. This is a very satisfying read.

If you are looking for a pick me up quick read, you can always rely on a Tory Baker read. You will love and enjoy Lincoln and Presley's story just as much as I did. It was wonderfully written with heart, as always with a Tory read, and honestly a good pick me up. You will love this couple from the first page to the last. Also the best friends are so fun and so happy that they get their stories. So overall, if you are looking for just a good read that will leave you with a feeling of having read a good book, here you go!!!
Lincoln Anderson knew that he wanted Presley Stevens but he wanted to establish his bar Maverick's Place before acting on it. Now the time has come and although Presley has had a crush on Lincoln, she didn't believe he felt the same. She couldn't be more wrong though, will she take the chance at following her heart.
I thought this was cute. I liked that it was not wham bam they actually had a bit of a friendship first and built on it. I also liked that Lincoln had his priorities straight, Presley is an adorable match for Lincoln.
A Love story done more than right! Lincoln and Paisley meet in his bar one night both are interested in the other but too shy to make a move. Once they finally go out their relationship moved at a lightning fast pace! A very Happily Ever After
This story is completely safe and free of any kind of abuse, cheating and any other drama! I can't wait to see what Tory Baker comes up with next! Fingers crossed for Devon's story!!
Disliked how she kept looking down, being all shy-like. Disliked how he kept saying she didn't know how beautiful she is. Like, we get it, you think she has low self esteem.
Liked how they got married. And oddly liked how they said screw it to protected sex. It's fiction! Of course wrap it up in real life.
Read it cause I couldn't find anything better at the time.
I loved this story. The characters were interesting and relatable. I loved the friendships and supporting characters. I wish there was more, but that's just because I loved it so much that I didn't want it to end.
Presley has a great life with a job she loves as a pre-school teacher and two best friends in Lyla and Callie. All three women are as close if not closer than sisters having grown up together. They have monthly girl's nights out to keep in touch. A lot of those girl's nights end up at Maverick's Place, their favorite bar. Presley enjoys going to Maverick's Place for another reason, Lincoln the bar's owner and the warm feelings that he gives her.
Lincoln is the owner of Maverick's Place and while Presley doesn't know it yet, he's decided that she needs to be his. He had to get things situated before he made a move, but he's been keeping his eye on her. Now that he has made sure his bar is a success, Lincoln feels like he can move on and let Presley know not only is he interested, but that he is going to keep her.
The way they kind of flirted for months and then went to dating and building their relationship was wonderful. That their family and friends were aware and on board with their relationship was great. There wasn't really any angst other than the usual how will so and so feel about this, which was nice. The way Lincoln was with Clairabella was so sweet and made me want to keep him. I loved their happy ever after. I definitely recommend reading this book if you want a smile on your face when you are done!

You know you’re guaranteed a happy ending, with a couple madly in love without all the drama and angst you see in other books 🥰 “𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨 𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭,” 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘥𝘴 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘳𝘮𝘴 𝘶𝘱 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘓𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘪𝘤𝘬 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘶𝘱. - Awwww I loved Lincoln with Bella 🥰 A man who is good with kids is always a plus 💙 Lyla seems to be the biggest mystery so far out of the girls and I feel like Callie’s story may involve her boss 🤔 I was thinking his brother maybe for one of them but what a cluster fuck he was dealing with 🙈 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐑𝐂 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤, 𝐈 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 😘
Loved Presley and Lincoln Lincoln Anderson has wanted pre-school teacher Presley Stevens since she first walked into his bar 6 months ago. He was just getting his business off the ground, so long hours, and his focus on it's success. Seeing Presley tonight and how the guys are looking at her, he makes his move. Maverick's place has been Presley and her girls place since Lincoln Anderson came to town. Presley can't keep her eyes off of him. She is younger, on the shy side and a bit of a homebody, and can't see what Lincoln might see in her, even when he gives her the eye. Tonight, he has his hand on her back and is asking for more. Loved Presley and Lincoln's story. Sweet and steamy with a great epilogue. Loved their families. Looking forward to Lyla and Callie's stories and really hope Lincoln's brother, Devon is the man for one of them. Love Tory's books, they are an automatic buy for me. I know I will get a great story.
Another cute storyline from Tory! Presley and Lincoln are a perfect match, but it takes a little bit of time for them to give in. Once they do though – it’s game on and moving at the speed of light! Lincoln owns a local bar that Presley and her friends frequent, and one night they give into their feelings and their relationship starts from there, becoming inseparable. Different from most books is that although their relationship progresses extremely fast, they take things one step at a time and discuss things through instead of making assumptions or coming to conclusions too quickly. The way they talk through things shows a healthy relationship and it was enlightening to read! Can’t wait to see who’s next! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
I adored reading this book, and I'm probably going to read it again really soon! This is an awesome start to a new series. While it is instalove, Presley and Lincoln dance around each other for six months before Lincoln decides to claim his woman. He's determined from the start to show her how much she means to him. That means taking it slow, no matter how much it kills him to do so! Lol! Presley has two close girlfriends, almost sisters even. And I love how this story heavily features not just her friends, but both of their families. And it doesn't end with a proposal, though one does happen! Can't wait to read more, about the girlfriends and, cross my fingers, Lincoln's brother Devon!

Lincoln has had his eyes on Presley for awhile but he wanted to get his business up and running before he did anything. Yet when he sees how other guys are looking at her he can't stop himself from making his move. Sparks fly between them and soon they can't stop touching each other. Presley can't believe that Lincoln has finally taken a chance with her. Will they both finally get the happy ending they've wanted?
This is a great story and once I started it I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

3.5 stars This is the first book in the new Finding Love series. The book was a face paced and fun to read. The series is about three best friends and their search for love. The characters were great and the book was well written, but there didn't seem to be much of a story line. Lincoln had admired Presley the first time she came into his bar. One night he decides it's the right time to ask her out. Their relationship grew from there and went straight to marriage. I would have preferred the characters to have to work together to have their happy ever after. The story didn't seem realistic since there was no obstacles for them to conquer.

♥️🌼🔥I LOVE LINCOLN & PRESLEY🔥🌼♥️ Young, sweet, school teacher, Presley, along with her best friends, Lyla and Callie, have a ladies night at a local bar, owned by wealthy, sexy Lincoln who has been dancing around with Presley for a while...Up to this point, Lincoln hasn’t made a move, but when he sees Presley and her girls in his bar, Linc sees his chance to make his move...and he takes it....This is a hot little story about a HOT couple...♥️🌼🔥 I expect 3 things from Tory Baker...(1)Strong characters with hot chemistry, (2)a good insta-love story with a good, believable...well, story and (3)an HEA that I’m never ready for...♥️🔥 Tory Baker has picked hot, insta-love, stand-alone novellas for her lane, and lucky for us, she‘s staying in it...♥️🌼🔥
Lincoln has been covertly eyeing Presley every time the gorgeous preschool teacher steps into his bar with her two besties. Hesitating to make a move on Presley until his business is established, Lincoln’s held himself in check -- until he bumps into her one night on his way to his office and stakes a very public claim. He’s soon all in and even Presley’s overprotective dad and uncles don’t faze him. In A Love Like Ours, Tory Baker ramps up the heat and delivers a book that’s pure pleasure from start to finish.

Unexpectedly entertaining with Lincoln, the ideal man, as he made his move after six months of noticing Presley in his bar. Quite a number of romantic scenes as he controlled his passion for her by waiting and not jumping on her bones as most OTT romances do these days. It was still an instalust/instalove romance but full of feels and fairytale like relationships throughout. With both Lincoln and Presley surrounded by intact and loving families, this was by no means a dark romance. Refreshingly sweet and equally sexy as their relationship grew and flourished.

Lincoln has had his eye on Presley since the moment he saw her walk into his bar six months ago, but he has yet to make a move. Presley comes to his bar for ladies night with her friends and he knows its time to make her his. These two love big and it was sweet to read their story. It was a whirlwind from beginning to the end and the secondary characters were just as fabulous as Lincoln and Presley. I can not wait to hopefully read about them in the future. This book was low angst and no drama just love and forever. A wonderful book.

This little bundle of sweetness should come with a cavity warning! So dang sweet, Presley and Lincoln are a perfect match. Watching them fall was exactly what I needed to escape reality. That is what I love about Ms Baker's books. I can pick up one of her stories and just enjoy the couple and their evolving relationship. Any conflict or drama that would appear in other stories is handled like adults. They talk and listen to each other. That is what true romance is all about. A Love Like Ours has all the sugary goodness of a glazed donut with none of the guilt. 5 stars for Lincoln and Presley!
I liked this one, didn’t love it. Would I recommend? Yes. This author writes solid romance with great characters and some good hot scenes. I loved the first couple chapters, especially the first meeting of these two on her girls night out. I just felt like it go a tad bit awkward after that and couldn’t get why there was a need to wait, the introduction of his brother and his side story felt weird. I’ll assume it’s to set up a series and if so, I would read the next book.

Received as an ARC for an honest review. Presley and Lincoln had been attracted toward each since the first time they saw each other. Lincoln wanted to make sure everything was perfect before he went after her. He finally makes his move and it couldn't have been more perfect. Presley and Lincoln are perfect for each other. This book is a quick read with the insta-love sweetness that we love from this author.
Presley, beloved little schoolteacher, felt so attracted to the rugged bar owner, Lincoln. Looks and hype from friends kept her wondering. Lincoln patiently waited for the right moment to enlighten his woman to his feelings. And when he sees Paisley sashaying down a darkened hall, he makes his move. He quietly but effectively marks his territory. A slow and sweet romance leads this couple to their fairytale ending.
