2.5 stars!
I was sooooooooo annoyed with the way the mystery was kept in the dark for the longest time. I felt like being dragged on - on the road for miles and miles. It was super irritating. It was simply maddening. I felt like banging the Hero's head over a wall for the way he kept his replies short and so full of innuendos.
Did not really feel the chemistry between the couple. Yes, they were attracted to each other physically, but due to the huge amount of distrust, I could not feel their connection. There was no honesty between them at all. It was a bit sad, actually.
However, I did finished the book because I was curious to know who was the murderer.

This was another winner even the second time reading this book. The first time in the 80's and the second time now. I love the love story and mystery of this this series of books. I highly recommend all her books to everyone who love good romance and mystery together. Diana Romano

DEJA VU

This book must have been written in the late '70's or early '80's because it really was like the books I was reading at the time.

First, the beginning of the book was ALL over the place. The lead female consistently acted like a complete moron. Poorly written.
