This short romance just didn't do anything for me. It didn't give me the feels. I don't even have any highlights and if you know me, you know I highlight sooo much. That means the romance fizzled out without much passion or butterflies in my stomach. This series has been pretty hit or miss for me, it's not what I'm used to with Liz Fox. I usually get some good stuff out of her writing. But on to the next one!

Want to bite a boob?
Always Right is a wonderfully written, sweet, romantic, insta-love short story about Izzy and Liam. Well actually make that Dizzy Izzy and Irish. Izzy is a young woman who started her own natural remedies company named Tender Tulips. Her first contract was with Cassie to supply Intimates & You with all manner of things from massage oils and creams to lubes and other things. She is getting ready to attend a meeting of investors in a few days time and plans to bring samples of her products with her. But she needs fresh, organic peony flowers to use for one of her pain relieving balms. So she heads to the grocery store instead of her usual flower girl, as there is just not enough time, to find one last bunch of the flowers. As she is smelling them deeply, as we all know peonies have a wonderful scent, she hears a man asking is she is done communing with the flowers as he wants to purchase them. He even tries to shove a bunch of bills at her for them, as he needs them to give to the hostess of a dinner party he is going to that evening. Izzy is not impressed with his rudeness and not inclined to hand over the flowers, instead telling him to get something else. However, when she literally runs into him at the checkout and sees he has red roses she takes some pity on him and gives him half of the bunch of peonies, wrapping them artfully with a scarf.
Liam is a tall, red haired, blue eyed, strong jawed, plump lipped and sexy bodied man. He is also thirty years old and has worked hard with a focus on making money and getting invited to the most exclusive investor meeting, the Oakwood Investment Dinner. What he does not expect to see is the curvy woman from the grocery store at the same dinner. It seems she is looking for investors to help take her business to the next level. As they talk she test a massage cream on him for pain, with him popping a couple buttons of his shirt and her letting her fingers do some walking. Afterward Izzy quickly leaves as she knows that there are no investors at the dinner who are interested in her product or business, as they just don't get what she is doing.
A few days later they once again cross paths at a birthday party for Cassie that is thrown by her husband Kace. It is also a celebration as Cassie is pregnant. Not going to lie as it is amazing what one ditzy woman can do with a cupcake and pink icing, and also a sexually charged man with his tongue.
This books is well written with a funny, romantic, interesting and completely engaging story-line that grabbed and then kept my attention. The characters, both Izzy and Liam plus the various supporting characters, are well developed and completely believable. The banter between the two is great as is the simmering chemistry that finally ignites and explodes over and over again. Plus as in a great Epilogue and you have a wonderful book that I can only recommend!

I loved this story. The characters were well developed and easy to relate to. I really liked Izzy's snarkiness.
Izzy is a successful businesswoman but wants to grow her business even more. She is looking to get investors for her personal care product line. People don't seem to take Izzy seriously and she believes it's because of her frizzy hair and curves. She runs into Liam and is instantly attracted even though he acts like a jerk during their first meeting. Izzy and Liam continue to bump into each other and their attraction grows.

Always Right: An Alpha Man Curvy Woman Romance is the fourth book in Liz Fox's The Right Man series. In this book we are introduced to two dynamic characters--Izzy and Liam. Izzy is an entrepreneur of Tender Tulips, a personal care products company. Liam is a successful financial investor. At first glass, these two seem to be total opposites. However, they have an attraction to each other. Fate keeps bring these two together in three separate chance encounters. Since Destiny keeps throwing these two together, will they ever find happiness together?
This short story is well written and is definitely a character-driven plot. Fox's characters, both primary and secondary, are well developed. She does a remarkable job with literary devices such as dialog, point of view and descriptive language. I adored her skill in craftsmanship in developing dialog. Her use of witty banter pulls the reader into this story. I also enjoyed her use of a dual POV with Izzy and Liam to reveal their true character as she tells their story. Additionally, her descriptive scene allows readers to feel they are first hand witnesses. I found Fox's writing style easy to follow and her characters are truly likeable. So if you enjoy love-at-first-sight romances and you want to curl up with a delightful read then I recommend this HEA romance. Happy Reading

How many times do I need to be wrong in order to be right? Liam was wrong when he ran into Izzy at the store and he demanded the peonies she was sniffing in the store. Liam was wrong when he had a fall type of voice when you going to the investors get together. Liam was wrong about a couple other things that is in the short story. The problem is is that Izzy who is a little wrong in her own right is more or less did see them wrong. Or at least her hair that is frizzy makes her be seemingly dizzy. This is a crazy opposite’s match and because Liam now has to aLiam was wrong Wyn he had a false type of voice when going to the investors get together. I was wrong about a couple other things that is in the short story. The problem is is that is he who is a little wrong in her own right is more or less ditzy and wrong. Or at least her hair that is frizzy makes her be seemingly ditzy. This is a crazy opposites match and because Liam now has to admit things from his Epiphany regarding his behavior things are a little awkward. Short story in need of some love and being right at least once. No cliffhanger

My least favorite of the series by far. I didn’t feel connected to these characters and found them both kind of blah and slightly unlikable. But I gave it a 3 because it was well written and I’ve enjoyed this author and this series so I didn’t think a 2 was fair even though I didn’t particularly like it.
Also, if you’ve read my reviews of the previous books in this series you know that the likability of the characters is a major reason I like the books because the heat factor in these books is extremely low and I tend to like steamier reads. This book had the same issue. For whatever reason, this author only puts one sexy scene per book and they’re not very long or very descriptive. Along with that, every single one (this book included) the sex has ZERO foreplay and almost immediate completion. They’re always so hot for each other that they go straight for sex and a few sentences later they’re done and somehow satisfied. No sexy goodness to work their way up or to work me up unfortunately. A quicky is fine if there’s going to be additional sex in the book but if it’s a one and done you better make it a little more memorable. I’m starting to get frustrated.

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the story of Liam and Lizzy. Liam is an investor in businesses and he feels like he needs to be successful to matter. When he goes to buy flowers, he meets Lizzy who is buying the flowers he wants. Liam has a dinner with a client and his wife only likes a certain flower, but Lizzy is buying them to use to make her personal care line. Liam comes across as a jerk, but Lizzy does offer him some of the flowers, along with a scarf as a peace offering. A few days later they meet again at a business function where Lizzy is looking for investors in her business. Liam wants to get to know Lizzy more and when they keep meeting, he knows he needs to win her over, but he goes about it wrong. I enjoyed this book, i liked Lizzy and thought she was strong and determined to make it on her own. Good one.

I adore this series! The women are strong and sexy, the men are utterly fascinated with everything about them. Even if on the surface it looks like a strange match, beneath that is a world of compatibility. In this book, Liam has worked hard his entire life and has lost sight of his initial reasoning. He's become somewhat pompous and a bit of a jerk. Izzy is looking to expand her business, a line of all organic lotions and balms, but not the expense of her vision. While their first meeting is rocky, ultimately Izzy reminds Liam of who he wanted to be and Liam shows Izzy the kind of devotion she never believed possible. A fun and sexy read, touching on some deep issues. Hoping there's many more in this series!

This was a fun short romance that was a perfect quick read. It was short but told a complete story. Izzy and Liam met under fun circumstances in a store and you quickly got to know them both. They meet again at several events and a fun relationship begins.
The story was short but you got to know and like both Izzy and Liam and hope they have a HEA. I especially liked the epilogue that completed the story for me.
I loved this book and can’t wait to read more of her stories.

Izzy and Liam are perfect together even though they seem to be complete opposites. Liam is a bit of a jerk at first but it doesn't take him long to realize what he wants and he turns on the charm. Izzy is a smart, independent woman starting her own business. Their connection is instantaneous and well written.

An absolutely fantastic fast pace engaging page turner that will draw you in from the first page! It is well written, funny, witty, emotionally deep, and quite enjoyable. Likeable characters; the chemistry between them is instant and amazing. A recommended read!

This is my least favourite book of the series. As I just couldn't connect with Liam and Izzy, and I didn't buy that they had fallen instantly in love, in fact it all just felt a bit bland. But saying that it was sweet, and there was some heat and humour and the storyline was there, it's just a shame the romance didn't match up.

A nice end to a wonder series of stories
Love the way Liz brings the couple together. You can visualize the areas they are in, the friends and family, etc. I have enjoyed reading her stories. I started over the weekend and I am still looking forward to for more from her. BTW today is Tuesday :)

Great story
I've loved each one. Liam and Izzy are perfect characters. I loved the connection from other characters in the books. I wish I had found and read these before I found The Bad Boss and Bad Bosses. But nevertheless it still makes my heart warm. Thanks for the great Series.

Well worth reading!
If your looking for a quick happy story, this is a great one! It has all the components of a sexy, feel good story. I love a book that leaves you smiling at the end. Has a strong leading lady and a man that knows what he wants. Well worth reading.

Love this author. I have several of her series. You can’t go wrong getting any of her books. This series shows some alpha males who will go to all kinds of lengths for their ladies. And some awesome women who stick up for each other. Highly recommend this series.

Starting out wrong can sometimes turn out right
You could almost feel sorry for Liam when he kept trying to do a good thing but in the wrong way. He really is a romantic though once his eyes are opened.

Liam was a rude arrogant jerk and kept putting his foot in his mouth because he was trying to be somebody he wasn’t and Izzy opened his eyes to the fake person he was being.

I read all 4 of the Curvy Girl Romance books. I look forward to reading more. Even though wished books were little longer in content. As a curvy gal myself, loved how u had each of them meet a strong, bulky, handsome man, who love curvy women.

Liam thought he was on the right path until he meets Izzy and realizes his life is missing something. Liam is Izzy's complete opposite but she still find him intriguing in this sweet story.

I did not feel the chemistry between the main characters. I just didn't buy them as a couple so the whole story fell flat for me.
