She says she doesn't remember me and doesn't know who I am, but it won't stop me from claiming her again.

Five years ago, Allie and I were young and in love. Giving into our crazy passion.

As the son of an MC Pres, her uptight parents hated my guts, but I didn't give a damn.

I was ready to wife her up and start knocking her up with my kids.

But a brutal accident almost killed her, and her parents ripped her from my grasp.

I searched for her to no avail. Her family disappeared, dropping off the map.

Years have passed with no word from her.

Years that have hardened my heart and turned me into the Bastard I am.

And now she's back in my town, back with a kid that looks like me.

She doesn't understand why I've taken her.

Or why I've locked her up and won't let her out of my bed.

And that's fine with me.

Because the one thing she will come to understand is that she's mine and I'm never letting her go again.

Second chance MC romance with a secret baby and amnesia tropes. It was alright, a smidge long (IMHO), a bit gory, and the safety might bother readers that are stricter, but fairly tame for the MC genre.

The blurb sets it up, Allie and Coy were HS sweethearts. She had disapproving parents that left town after she was in a near fatal accident. Five years later she returns fleeing from an abusive situation with a mini-Coy and no memory.

I read a lot with anti-H’s and didn’t find Coy bad. He’s super pushy and rough, but Allie was constantly overwhelmed and wanting to run with no money or plan, and I’m almost positive had he allowed her to take off, she would’ve been killed with their 4-yr old, so I couldn’t totally blame him.

There’re several cameos from other series including Simon Breaking Meredith and Jude Possessing Eden.

Bottom Line- It was ok. I didn’t mind Allie or Coy and thought the other biker dudes were entertaining enough there just wasn’t enough going on to fill that many pages and the main part of our book sandwich became the endless relationship drama of Allie and Coy. And the cycle of freakout, argue, sex with her crying because she couldn’t remember went on for too long for me. It got old, and I got bored. It ends with the hint of a war coming and set up for Poster Boy, but I can’t see where his book ever came out.

Safety-

New series and new set of characters and ill be honest wasnt my favorite in izzy series at all.. reminder this is my dislikes.

I was on board with the series until i saw him getting a BJ from a club girl.. then my rating went down alot he was faithful to Allie when he found her again. He did tell her he slept around but always thought about her. 🤢🤢🤢 lets get back to the rest of the story.

Allie and Coy are high school sweethearts and he loves her and her him, shes leaving for the night and gets in a accident causing him heartache when he tries to find her. But her parents make sure she isnt found. For the past 4/5 years he been working as president of the club and well fking club girls (blah) until he gets a call from one of his brothers telling me he sees a girl who looks like his girl. Confused and alittle pissed off but happy his woman back.

The drama and emotional drama is alot. Now the mystery is what happened to his woman, why is she acting like she doesnt know him also she has a kid that looks just like him. We get some charas from Lucifers gang ;).

Ill be honest i dislike when the MC dont believe in memory loss.. this is the 2nd time a author made the hero think it cant happen. Like how many times does one person have to say "i don't remember you" like really? She said 729291 times even her old friends she doesnt remember.

Angst, No ow drama (but we see a club whore giving him a BJ) slight om (her ex husband), no cheating, drama, sexy times, no Virgins was a manwhore after she disappeared.

Recommend- ehh

This book started off good... but as the book went on, it just went down hill for me.

Here is why I personally didn’t care for it.

The hero not really on board with the heroine losing her memory is a major issue in the book.
How is the hero different than the abusing mafia husband of the heroine?? The only thing the hero didn’t do to the heroine was slap her around.
The husband/OM/mafia bad guy... raped the heroine continuously.
The hero/ MC good guy..... forces himself on her the first night he finds her, he forces himself on her when she said numerous times that she did not want anal.
The husband/OM/mafia bad guy... beats her all the time.
The hero/MC good guy.... chokes her, smacks her in the ass, hard enough to leave marks, kidnaps her and gives no explanation. (You my woman,.. to me is not an explanation)
Then there is the whole torture thing through out the book. The descriptive scenes of mutilation is a wee bit much for a romance novel. I thought for a few minutes I was reading an actual police report with some of the overly detailed scenes... makes me wonder about the mind of this writer,

Anyone who’s read a book by Izzy and Sean know they know how to write an amazing story. This one though? This one takes the cake. The range of emotion in Allie and Coy’s story is gripping. You feel the love, loss, anguish, fear and rage so deep that you find yourself tuning out the world just to turn the pages.

I am a huge fan of Izzy and Sean, to begin with. So for them to be part of this collection I was so excited. Broken Wings is a second chance amnesia story. I have to be honest and tell ya I am not a fan of either kind of story troop. BUT I LOVE this book. Izzy and Sean didn't dwell on either of those problems. They brought the characters back together in a way that made them have to need each other and then made the mystery, twist, and turns, and love come together. I will never doubt Izzy and Sean with their stories ever again.

Nonconsensual/forced sex between main characters, even tho they try to make it seem it’s not. Also it feels like the author is a 5 year-old who learned curse words recently, there are so many unnecessary cursing and it’s irritating.

No me llegó.

Young love!!! How sweet it is until you loose your memory and your parents are manipulative and move you out of state and try to keep your real memories away. This is the bones of this book and it's awesome... I loved it.

Allison is running for her life and the life of her child. Her Uncle gets her away and sends her back to where she grew up but she doesn't remember growing up. When someone from the Royal Bastards MC sees her and let's the new President know that she is back. Coy, Allie's high school boyfriend who has never recovered from her disappearing and now the MC President, takes her and keeps her locked in his house. He wants his girl back but she swears she is not his girl.

Can old love turn into new love? What's going to happen when the trouble she was running from finds her?

This isn’t your usual MC type of book. And I am usually not a reader of MC books.

Coy and Allie have that kind of connection that withstands all things, and you will understand when you read their story. There’s a cute little kid and lots of interesting guys to round out the cast. You would never know that this is written by two people.... it flows that well.

Give this book a try if you like second chance romances, with some spicy times, and a bit of illegal activity (well it’s an MC book!!).

Sean Moriarty and Izzy Sweet did a great job on Broken Wings, it was a great story. The plot was strong, it was packed with many emotions, action, suspense, twists and turns. The story was written well. Coy and Allie's relationship was a rollercoaster, they've been through so much. Nothing about their journey was an easy one. Both have been through so much in their lives but both were fighters. They made a strong pair, their connection was strong, if anything it was stronger than ever when they came back together. They were drawn to one another, their chemistry was off the charts. These two were made for each other, they were great together.
I enjoyed this story, it was great. I'd suggest reading it.
Thank you, Sean Moriarty and Izzy Sweet. Great work :)

I LOVE

This couple. And not just the book couple because yes I like Allie and Coy but Izzy and Sean are easily becoming my favorite duo. I live for DOV books but sometimes the male parts you can tell are written by females. With this duo the balance is perfect and it shows.

Now I know, I know way to lay it on thick because there are here and there things but over all I'm sticking to this writing is exactly what I want every time.

The story was sweet but definitely had blank spaces in the plot I wish there would've been more on. A lot was cut out that would've helped make the whole more interesting. Or honestly the whole marriage could've been left out and a few things tweaked to have the same ending. But all in all it was a sweet second chance at love MC book.

Equal parts boring and frustrating with some occasional comic relief thrown in from side characters. The main characters are so emotionally immature they border on being petulant, there’s a promise of interesting drama that fails to deliver after it fizzles into Jerry Springer levels of absurdity and cheapness, and the second chance romance with an amnesia plot line felt ridiculous in having the MMC refusing (for no reason) to believe she lost her memory until he suddenly switched gears out of nowhere.

I held on hoping it would get better but by 70% it was clear the story was doing the same thing over and over. I kept going because I was almost done anyway and figured I’d finish it out. The pace really dragged. They reunite around 20% in and between then and 70% very little happens in developing their romance besides a bunch of back and forth that doesn’t progress much in the end (unless you count abrupt changes in their personality/dynamic that seemed to come out of nowhere). Around 80% in things definitely picked up but the ending wasn’t spectacular enough to compensate for the drag that most of the book was.

Full disclosure: I am a sucker for a good 2nd chance romance and this one seems to hit all the spots. H and h have a sizzling hot forbidden romance going on until she gets ripped away from him. Five years later she appears again, not remembering him. But one look at her son is all the H needs. H is intense and full on but oh so dedicated and deliciously JP alpha. Also hot sex scenes didn't hurt this story. As far as triggers go: mild OW drama because of course he slept with OW while she was gone (he believed she'd died) but he it totally faithful once she is back in his life. And very gruesome and graphic torture or description of torture.

I've really enjoyed these authors in the past, and I think the highlight of this whole book for me, was seeing Simon from the Disciples series. And Levi, I wish we could have seen more of him as well. Nothing else really worked for me. There was too much swearing and hate-filled gore, which I'm sure were part of setting the stage/story, but it's not something I need or enjoy in my books.

One of the BEST stories of the Royal Bastards series. I have already have my favorite couple: Coy and Allie.
High school sweethearts, they count the days for Allie to turn 18 to be able to get married and start they own family, so that they can finally be together after Allie’s parents have done everything to separate them.
Allie’s parents are a family of upright Christians and they don’t want their daughter to hang out with bikers, especially with the Prez’s son. By Allie is going to fight them.
One night when Allie was leaving the clubhouse to go home, Coy is called for a job and asks one of his brothers, Horse, to drive her home. While at work Coy receives the news that Allie and Horse have had a terrible accident: he is dead and she is in a coma. For days he tries to visit her at the hospital but her parents prevent him. When he finally manages to get to her room, he finds a empty one. He thinks that Allie has died. Later he finds out that Allie’s parents have transferred her but he never manages to find her again.
5 years later he is now the Prez of the club and receives a call for one of his brothers; Poster Boy(which also appears in “rotten apple”, although in that book not come out as well as in this one), he tells him that he thinks that he had seen a girl like Allie in her old house. He runs to see if it is true and he comes face to face with the woman he thought was dead, the love of his life and with a child who is the spitting image of him. At that moment Coy swears to himself that no one will ever separate him from his family. Only there’s a little problem: Allie doesn’t know who he is. The accident caused her amnesia erasing the memories of a couple of years ( forgetting about Coy and her life in Kentucky).
Allie has fled Miami from her abusive husband, Mihkail( an important member of the Russian Mafia, the Bratva). Her husband has killed her parents and has abusing her almost since the beginning of the marriage, she knows that if she didn’t get away from him, her life and her son’s life would be in danger.
When she arrives in Kentucky, she is terrified that her husband will find her, but when is Coy who finds her the feeling of worry is still there, bc she thinks Coy is working with Mihkail.
When Coy tries to tell her that he loves her, that she is his woman, he keeps repeating to him that he is mistaken, she is not that woman.
But after spending some time with him and seeing how her son Levi relates to him and how her body responds to Coy’s caresses begins to doubt everything.
It’s a long road for this couple to get back to where they were 5 years ago. It doesn’t help either that Coy is in the middle of a war with the Scorpions or that Allie’s husband has managed to find her. But together they will face everything, bc as the club’s rules say, if you mess with and ol’ lady, you mess with the whole club.
It is one of the love stories that I have liked the most in this world of tough and dangerous bikers, I would❤️to read more about this couple in future books.
When Allie Cat pulls out her claws, it is capable of making any biker tremble. And Coy? He hates contact but he can get enough of Allie, he doesn’t miss the opportunity to put his hands and his whole body on top of Allie.🔥🔥🔥🔥
You will ❤️❤️❤️❤️it.

“I want my son!” Coy roars back at me as he stops in front of me. “And I want to know why you disappeared!” “What?” I flinch and gasp at him. What the fuck is he talking about? Does he somehow believe I’m hiding his kid? Is that why he’s doing this? Is that why he’s so pissed? Chest heaving and face darkening with anger, he snarls, “Don’t play dumb, Allie. Don’t.” I shake my head because none of this makes sense. “I don’t know where your son is. I think you got some bad information because we just got here…” Coy clenches his jaw and grits out, “He’s standing right behind you.”“But… I don’t even know you… it’s impossible…” “He’s mine,” Coy says as darkness closes in on me, “and so are you, Allie.”

“Five years, Allie. It’s been five long fucking years when you told me two weeks.” The dark, hungry thing reawakens inside me and I glare up at him, pissed because somehow he’s turning me on again. He gives my hair another tug and I almost moan as his gaze warms and fresh tingles spread across my skin. “You’ve got a lot of fuckin’ time to make up for in this bed.”

“You can’t bully me into it, Coy! I don’t remember you. I don’t know you. Do you get that? Do you understand that? You’re a complete fucking stranger to me!” Coy’s fingers dig into my ass, squeezing and kneading me as he insists, “You will remember—” “And what if I can’t?” I gasp at him. “I’ve tried, Lord knows I’ve tried. But that girl, that girl you want, that girl you think is sitting in the tub with you right now, she’s gone, Coy. She died in that accident and she might not come back.” Coy freezes for a split second, like I just hit him. Then he shakes his head in denial, and all it does is piss me off more. He’s still not getting it. He still wants to believe whatever stupid fantasy he has in his thick skull. The stupid fantasy of me being her and coming back after all these years. This won’t end in a happily ever after…“The girl who loved you is dead. I’m not her! How many times do I have to say it? How many times? She’s fucking gone. Gone! And me? I don’t fucking love you! How could I? I don’t fucking know you. And after all the shit you’ve put me through, I don’t even like you! I don’t like you, Coy. Not only do you scare the shit out me, I think I’m starting to hate you because you’ve trapped me here and won’t let me go.”“You said your piece, now it’s my turn, and you’re gonna fucking listen, Allie.”Then he leans in like he’s going to kiss me but stops a breath away. “I’m only going to say this once, though. Once and that’s it. Don’t fucking try to leave again and don’t try to take my son away from me.”“I fucking mean it, Allie,” he says harshly as he rubs and works his cock against me. “Don’t fucking say or do shit like that again because you will not like the consequences. You think things are bad now? This ain’t nothin’ compared to what I’ll do to you if you pull that shit again.”

Somehow finding the air for words, he pants out between thrusts, “I love you, Allie.” All at once the strength I had to hold on is knocked out of me with those four little words. Something opens up inside me, and I feel Coy’s hand slap over my mouth as I start to scream. I’m ripping open, my very soul being ripped to shreds. Feelings… too many deeply buried feelings are slamming into me at once. Affection… happiness… Love. A love so strong, so sharp, it’s slicing me to pieces. And I feel like I’m falling apart. But Coy’s right there with me. Falling with me, he roars and furiously pumps me full of the warmth I need. The warmth I’ve always needed to survive Together, we’ve always been stronger. I don’t know how I know that, but I accept it as truth. A truth I desperately need to believe because I’m so fucking tired of being broken. I’m so fucking tired of hurting. Before either of us is done with our release, little orgasmic tremors still coursing through our bodies, I burst into tears. I’m still not her, no matter how much I want to be. I may never be her again, and for now that’s okay. Because when he told me loved me, in my heart and soul, these echoes of feelings started to come back to me. I remember what it was like to be with him. To be loved by him. There’s enough, just enough, to remind me, I’m his. I’ve always been his.

“Allie, you need to know this, you’re mine completely now. Any chick I ever fucked while you were gone? I was imagining it was you every single fucking time. Every. Single. Fucking. Time,” I growl out at her. My hips push my cock deep into her ass and hold it there. Pulling at her hair, I turn her face to me. “It’s always been you.”I can’t help but finally let go and feel my own nut coming so damn hard that I shout out and slam a hand beside her head. Each thrust pushes out every fucking ounce of myself, only to do it again when I pull back and then thrust back in. Like the tide of the ocean, each brings me back and forth through oblivion. Fuck, my orgasm is so fucking intense, when I’m finally able to open my eyes, I still see stars and lights twinkling around me. Bending over her tiny, shaking body, I rest a hand on each side of her and say, “Fuck, Allie… You’re the only woman who could ever literally make me see fucking stars when I come.” Still panting and shaking, she looks over her shoulder at me. “Don’t you ever fucking forget it.”

Feeling like I’ll die if I don’t put it out in the universe and tell him, I moan into his mouth as he starts to rock his hips against me. “I remember I love you so much, I fell in love with you twice.”

Hygiene matters OW same day? ick factor!

I’m around 60% and I just had to stop and post review. This book sounds great, loved the blurb started great. Didn’t even mind the requisite club bunny scene giving him a very very sloppy blowie in MMC office the same day of reunion with his love lost love. I mean it’s been five years, she’s been married during that time they both been with others etc. BUT what the heck author??? You had him semi force himself on FMC the same day as sloppy blowie with NO shower in between???? Wtf?? Author describes the sloppiest blowie I’ve read (dude couldn’t get off so extra effort involved lmao) with literal trails of spit as pulled off (without completion at least I guess) and no shower before getting it on with his love? Within hours? Like what in the Petri dish 🦠 is that???
Just common courtesy you don’t stick a spit slobbered knob in ya princess’s palace ffs. That literally makes me furious to read. It didn’t matter how much the MMC loves her, missed her, obsessed over her he didn’t even care to wash it off!!!!!!!!!!! I’m throwing up here. 🤮 totally unnecessary, ruined the book. Not sure I’ll finish. If there’s ever an edit please please have the MMC shower with FMC because she had fainted and all. Would have maybe saved the book (even though same day sex with OW is a book killer too)… seriously neither character has had it written so far that they’ve had a shower and they’ve had 1. MMC had A sloppy blowie by club bunny 2. FMC cleaned house making her sweaty as heck 3. Then they both had marathon sex both dirty as heck all night before next morning they both just pulled on clothes for the day……. Hygiene matters people! Ruined the book…………….

Heavily skimmed by the end & when I got to the epilogue I’d lost all interest and didn’t bother to read. I hate immature biker books. My fav biker books are where everything feels mature, it’s biker lite (so not too gritty) with an older hero and believable. With Broken Wings I had to suspend my disbelief quite a lot. I’m sorry I cannot take a 23 year old president of a biker club seriously. I just could not. The guy is a baby, a kid, how tf is he leading men and men that are older and more mature with more experience taking orders from him? Look I know age is just a number, however in this case the hero felt soo immature I couldn’t believe his president status. I wished the father was still the Pres and this was about the Pres’s son and him earning his worth in the club, that would’ve been more believable. He was also too angry and volatile, every time he roared or screamed or lost his anger I was cringing. I am more attracted to alpha male leaders who are more calm (in a lethal kind of way) and in control of their emotions except when they deliciously loose control in front of the heroine. The H’s anger was not delicious because he was angry all the time.

And the main reason I read this book, for the secret baby + amnesia trope. But it played out so wrong and not at all how I wanted it too. The storyline in my head was cooler. I wished the big reveal of her having amnesia was actually that, a big emotional reveal with shock, anger, heartfelt tears, sadness etc. No this… the back and forth is she lying about not remembering him, surely she is lying, the heroine thinking the hero is lying that he knows her, like I just wanted ONE scene where everything was realised all at once. The way the author did it was so messy, I didn’t like it.

Also, the entire book was messy. I grew bored of all the biker action secondary side plot, I skimmed through those parts so if you asked me what happened I would not be able to tell you.

Another reason I couldn’t take this biker club seriously was because all the members we got to know where the young ones, so again it all felt like this MC was being run by kids. If we had met more of the older ones and they were more involved rather than letting the kids run the show, I would have believed it.

This book was meh

Man this book was so intense. 😳
It had me intrigued from the beginning and I couldn't put it down till I finished it. I was hooked. 🎣

The books in the Royal Bastards series that I've read so far have not let me down. I'm loving them . ❤️

This book was Broken Wings by Izzy Sweet and Sean Moriarty

This was Coy and Allies story .
One filled with a deep burning love two people who loved each other with every fibre of their being . Until tragedy struck and Allie and Coy were seperated for five long years. 😭

Coy who's one hell of an over bearing ,crude , rude Alpha to the core president of the Royal Bastards MC living day to day in body but in spirit he was with his Allie cat . He never showed his emotions a piece of him was broken never to be healed again or so he thought.

Lies , minipulation and interference surrounded his relationship with Allie and when she comes back into his life again he swears nothing will ever become between them ever again . 🤬

Allie is lost , hurt , broken in more ways than one. Believing that the love of her life was dead and having lost her memory and raising a son on her own is alot for anyone to handle . 😭
But being minipulated into a marriage she didn't want and then suffering at the hands of abuse for so long took its toll and she ran with her son only to end up back where she came from but with no memory for the past five years she is just bearly keeping her head above water.

When Coy finds out that Allie is not only back but has a son his world is tipped right open and he takes back what he rightly believes is his and Allie has no say in the matter.
I loved the push and pull between these characters and how Coy deals with Allie's amnesia . Not to mention having a son he didn't know he had .

I loved how the MC brother's reacted with Allie it was quiet funny how they were afraid of her and her temper in the beginning, big strong alpha men afraid of a little Allie cat was hilarious.
I really enjoyed this book and can't wait to get stuck into the next one. 😉

Sweet and Moriarty always seem to be hit or miss authors for me specifically when it comes to the dialogue they write. Sometimes it works and sometimes it's just so painfully over the top that it pulls me out of the story. Broken Wings tripped over the line of over the top a few times, honestly. It wasn't the worst I've come across, by any means, but there were just a few times when Coy was convinced Allie was lying about her memory loss. But that's not why I'm not head over heels for this book, because frankly it has all the tropes that I love: secret baby, amnesia, second chance.

No, my issue is with Coy as a character. First, the way he spoke to Allie and treated Allie upon finding her again was gross. She was missing for 5 years. They were so in love with each other that she was going to marry him and start breeding for him in 2 weeks (her 18th birthday, gag.) I'm not sure how old Coy was in regards to Allie, but there were mentions of him being at school with her at the same time so I'm assuming maybe a year's difference at most. Regardless, Coy was convinced that Allie was lying about her memory loss the entire time. I don't think he really ever came to terms that she really didn't remember anything, it just stopped getting mentioned.

Coy was also aware that she was taken out of the hospital while in a coma. He, at first, thought that she died due to a nurse's weirdly worded information but Gremlin told him clearly that she was dead. So why the fuck did he spend 5 years fucking her high school friends and thinking she was dead instead of, I don't know, looking for her? She wasn't hiding. She was being beat to hell by her husband.

It just didn't make sense. And the fact that there was that continuity error was enough to kill any warm thoughts I may have garnered up for Coy. Like, of all the people to mess around with, you needed to go through the "love of your life's" high school friends? Gross.

Overall, I see the appeal. I like Sweet and Moriarty's writing usually. This was just a miss for me.

Broken Wings, the 1st book in the Royal Bastards MC: Louisville, KY series by Izzy Sweet and Sean Moriarty is the 1st book of theirs that I've read. If I didn't enjoy the Royal Bastards MC series so much I'm not sure I ever would have stumbled onto their books but I'm glad I did. This book is built out of tragic events that happened that were out of the H & H's control and changed their lives. This book takes place in the past and present.
Coy and Allie were high school sweethearts, destined for each other, ready to get married and live a life together until a tragic accident occurred killing Coy's club brother and putting Allie in a coma. Her parents couldn't stand the thought of her with Coy so they saw their chance to change that. When Coy snuck into the hospital to see her he found her room empty. He searched everywhere he could for her but couldn't find her or her parents. It turned Coy into a heartless asshole, to be honest, but understandable. Allie's parents had moved their family out of Kentucky and when Allie woke from the coma she had memory loss and couldn't remember Coy or their life together. Events happened in Allie's life that led her and her son back to Kentucky where Coy found her. And her son looks just like him. He doesn't believe she has memory loss from the accident and takes them both, locking her away until he can force her to remember him and what they had. It makes him an asshole for not believing her and for the way he decides to make her remember. Allie didn't come without trouble following her either. Can Coy make her remember? Can they finally have the life they both dreamed of and planned?
I gave this book a 4-star rating and a 4-spicy rating. I loved that they were just destined to be together but didn't necessarily like how he went about making that happen. The other characters in the book were awesome and I hope we get their books soon. This was a great start to another Royal Bastards MC chapter.

Allie and Coy were two weeks away from being together forever until a deadly motorcycle accident separates them for five years. On the run from her abusive husband, Allie returns to be parents house with her young son. After five years of believing that Allie had died in the accident, Coy is stunned when he gets a call saying that Allie had been spotted in a Walmart. Now Coy's more determined than ever to claim Allie and never let her go.

Really enjoyed this read and the second chance/amnesia trope. This story's hidden baby trope was done well. I usually don't read that trope since I never agree with the reason for the dad not knowing. But this story had excellent ones. I loved Coy's intensity and OTT possessiveness. Allie pissed me off sometimes with her irrational behavior but tbf she still suffered from a traumatic head injury. Usually don't enjoy kids in my stories but Levi was such an adorable sweetie. Simon and Jude from the Disciples series made appearances. I just love when authors have their worlds cross over like this. Jude was hilarious, can't wait to read his book. I did have some issue with Coy's treatment of a sweetbutt in the early pages. I know MCs are notorious for their shitty treatment of women but that blowjob scene was tough to read. This book was on the way to being a 3 stars but the ending when Allie became a total bad ass won me over. Loved that she got her revenge on her ex for his abuse. I was right there with her curb-stomping his balls. Warning though, this story had a few gory torture scenes that were a LOT but seems to be common for these authors. I'm disappointed that Posterboy's book hasn't been written yet after all this time.

Coy & Allie. High school sweethearts. Her parents are super religious and his is the leader of the Royal Bastards MC. 2 weeks prior to her 18th birthday (making her old enough for him to marry her) she gets in a motorcycle accident. Homie was driving way too fast to get her home so he could get back to the club for some booty. Well he ended up dying and she was in a month long coma. Her parents take her away.

5 years later and she's on the run from her Russian mafia husband who likes to beat on women (he's a winner). She has no memory of her life prior to the accident and her parents lied to her. She was pregnant (Coy's baby) and they tell her that he died in the accident. She runs to back to Kentucky and her parent's old home and is spotted by one of the members of the RBMC.

Coy gets her back and is struggling with her having no memory of him. He wants his woman and son back with him and she's fighting him because she doesn't know him. After her husband finds her and is torturing her uncle, he starts beating on her. She pulls out a gun and shoots him in each foot. Then goes at him with a crowbar before stomping the crap out of his junk. She was a little mad at him.

Coy shows up to take her home (after they use 4 motorcycles to pull his limbs off his body). Yummy! She's been freaked out about getting back on a motorcycle but doesn't know why. As he's driving her home she remembers everything that happened and remembers everything about Coy. Seriously gave me sigh moment.

Enjoyed this but they introduced characters that want to read so hopefully they will have books come out on them.

Ain’t nothing as sweet then to read a new books from The Sweets (sorry Sean lol)

First off I will start by saying I do not care for MC books could never get into them but when I saw that the dangerous duo was cooking up something new I said ima read this for d**m sure. I was worried at first that I would be a little lost since I have read the other books in the series yet but this was definitely doable as a stand-alone.

Coy M*** F**** Pres is a bad boy wet dream I’ll tell you what, from the start you can tell he is loyal and in love and a force to be wrecking with. When he is separated from Allie you can fill that pain and root so hard for them.

Allie is a true fighter every twist and turn is a new challenge for her and she fights tooth and nail all the way for everything and everyone never backing down and a girl after my own heart with the quick comebacks

The journey of there story is bumpy but it’s a hell of a ride. I love that even tho the story was about them the authors gave plenty of spotlight to the background characters to making it more realistic and enjoyable with their commentary and playful bickering and i shockingly want to to read their stories as well.

Warning it is a dark romance so be prepared for roughy language, horror movie level destruction and violence, very graphic and descriptive gore and abuse and subjective sex scenes

But all in all this is one I highly suggest you read and then go and read all there other books because their writing is a level of crack you have yet to sample
