For Casey Shaw, a night of drinking at O’Neill’s was a pretty regular occurrence. But when he literally bumps into the woman of his dreams, a sexy, little bobcat shifter, the night is anything but ordinary. There's just one problem - the delectable bobcat skipped out on him before he could even get her name. He wants nothing more than to see her again, and as his thoughts and dreams are increasingly dominated by her, he starts to suspect just how important she is.
Deanna Hardison went to O’Neill’s to let loose. To enjoy one night of celebrating before returning to the responsibilities of her job as a Sheriff’s Deputy and taking care of her family. She didn’t expect to meet a dreamy wolf shifter and completely lose her inhibitions, nor did she expect just how much her bobcat would pine for him afterwards.
When they are finally reunited, Casey is thrilled to have his luscious bobcat back, but Deanna has a few reservations… She has trouble trying to come to terms with Casey’s past and her own fears of rejection, while dealing with the fact that her errant mother has just rolled into town, dragging with her a new boyfriend a whole, heap of trouble.
Can Casey convince Deanna that they belong together before he loses her forever? And can Deanna get over her own hang-ups before it’s too late?
Please note this novella is approximately 47,000 words in length (short and sweet right!) But I must advise caution! This novella contains scenes of a sexual nature with m/f interaction intended for mature readers. (And there’s a bit of swearing too!) Cheeky bobcat!

Liked it but didn't love it! One of my least favorite in the series. Part of it's because of Casey's immature attitude and the other was because Deanna seemed to be a little judgmental of Casey and her friends pasts. I get that her mother's behavior plays a role in her character but something about the way Deanna acted annoyed me.
Grey Wolf Pack Romance Novellas Book 9 - The Wolf And The Bobcat - By - Elizabeth Ann Price
Book nine in the Grey Wolf Pack series and it centres around Casey Shaw one of the younger wolf shifters of the Pack who is known for always getting into some hot water with the sheriff's department and also being a bit of a ladies man. After a chance meeting with Deputy Deanna Hardison who is a Bobcat shifter he has no idea how quickly his whole world is about to change. I really enjoyed this story, Casey trying to find his feet and learn to grow up, Deanna trying to find herself after devoting herself to her family and working and learning to relax and to maybe let someone into her life. The journey these two take to be together is super sexy and will definitely have you smiling at their antics and banter. Another great story by this talented author. Happy Reading.
It's New Year Eve at a party at a local bar. Casey is going to the bathroom and bumps into a bobcat female who is drunk out of her mind. He realizes she is his mate and they slip into restroom and have amazing sex and the she disappears. No name, no phone number and no address. Their search to find each other is is so funny at times. I enjoy this series so much. It helps me relax and escape into a fun world.
I enjoyed the book but it wasn't my favourite in the series. In the other books the attraction between two shifters is instant, they know their true mate straight away. With a human and shifter pairing, the shifter knows straight away but the human doesn't. In this book they are both shifters and don't recognise their true mate straight away, which was a bit odd to me.
Then there is the fact that Casey is slightly immature, he goes from drinking underage, breaking into rich people's houses to swim in their pools and sleeping around a lot. I just didn't think oh swoon with him. I just didn't feel the love between the two characters.
It's still a good series, and I like how the other characters pop up.
It was a great book. I liked because it was funny and mention the characters from the other books. Recommended highly to my friends and once you start reading,it's hard to put down.
I love every single one of these books! Again Casey's story was no exception! I couldn't put it down, and I can't wait for the 10th book to come out! I highly recommend this series. For the price and the story lines they are all awesome books!
3.5 I was a very annoyed at the end, he was the one flirting and dancing with another women who happened to be her mom. I don't think she should have appollagized & he she should've made him earn her trust back!
This story is another from the Grey Wolf Pack series. 7th bobcat shifter is from a dysfunctional family whose mother and Her boyfriend is in trouble with his book. Great read. S. Otto
Please, no more books with immature, drunken, criminal, horndog MCs. That type can be okay once they've grown up and grown out of that behavior but only dumb, teen girls would want to be with one of them as is.
Now, this is the only one of these stories that I give a four star to. For some reason I didn't enjoy this one as much as the others but it was still a good read.
It was a cute nice story. It was easy reading, the characters were very confusing with most beginning with a D. Initially I groaned getting to grips with who was who & who had been with whom.
