The Dance
Sophie Warren wanted to make a change in the world.
One thing needed changing to Sophie, was her high school's prom event.
For years, Mason Ridge High School, had a segregated prom. The black and white kids weren't allowed to dance together. She thought it nonsense but it's how things were in that town.
This year, Sophie Warren had a plan to make the last dance of her Senior year a special one for all her classmates to enjoy.
Sophie knew there would be hurdles in front of her but finding out secrets from the past will make Sophie more determined for an integrated prom.

Jamallah writes about heroines who are full figured women since the fact that whenever she would read some of the stories she liked so much, she always wondered why there weren't many women like herself as the main character. So she started to write about heroines such as herself, full figured women who only wanted to be loved and show their love to the right man.
In Ms. Bergman's spare time when she isn't writing, she enjoys cooking and collecting cookbooks as well as Cobalt Blue Glass items.
She resides in Atlanta Georgia with her teenage daughter who is very artistic as well and loves draw and make little movies as well.
