Dr Oolong Seemingly, a man of mystery and obscurity, scoured the past and future gathering odd, cautionary tales to repackage as his own. In 2077 he placed a collection of these writings into a reverse time capsule, which he sent back in time in hopes of gathering a future following as an author of some renown.
