When the Vows Break #3

When the Vows Break 3

Rate this book
After the broken hearts, crushed promises and shattered trust caused by sin and fleshly lust;
Came pain, forgiveness and the chance to start over but is it too late for some to recover?

The Bible says in 1 Peter 4:12-13, "Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy." But how can you hold on when it seems everything is fighting against, what you're praying for?

These six friends have endured a lot and it doesn't seem like an end is in sight. With more storms and broken hearts, more shattered trust and crushed promises; some are on the verge of giving it all up.

Will they hold on, long enough, to go through God's process of recovery and restoration or will it be more than they can take? Find out in the finale of When the Vows Break?

Restoration

Oh my God!!!! I didn’t expect some of the things that happen in the book. The turn of events made the book relatable and I couldn’t put it down. I can’t wait for the Camille and Lyn book.

"When the Vows Break 3" by Lakisha Johnson

My Opinion:

I will say that this last part 3 didn't disappoint me in any way as this author brings out this well-written story to the reader. Be ready for plenty of twists and turns and, yes, bumps in the road of this rollercoaster ride for these six main characters. I enjoyed how this Christian part was well portrayed in this story that did add so much to this novel. Definitely, the prayers and scriptures and sermons were right on time for these characters. It's good to know more of Camille and Lyn's story that will be played out in the next series, Shattered 1 and 2. I will also say that I did enjoy the read of 'When the Vows Break 1-2 and 3.' You will have to read all three to truly understand what this author has put out there for the readers by giving us a good read.

Good Reading

Kerri was too easy on Michael in my opinion; simply because if my husband's mistress showed up to my job letting me know that she miscarried, there would have been some smoke in the city. I think Ray and Andrew are going to make the distance and have a happy life simply because the kids approve and they have real chemistry I hate that Shelby lost Brian but I think her and the doctor are going to pick up where they left off. I'm anxious to find out what's going on between Thomas and Chelle. I agree with Cam when she says he's unfairly holding her mistakes over her head. This back and forth between Lynn and Paul are just a hot mess. I don't think Paul is being completely honest with her about his relationship with his child's mother. I'm tired of her being hurt and am ready for her to have some happiness. I look forward to reading the next series Shattered.

Awesome!

I enjoyed the "When the vows break" trilogy. Prayer and scripture is appreciated to teach and preach. I follow with my laptop bible app to have my bible study while reading your books. Now I will read other books that I own that you have written. LaKisha, if your sermons are as dynamic like your writing, I look forward to visiting the church in Tennessee to hear you speak God's word.

When the Vows Break Trilogy

I loved the books they were fantastic!! I love how God is intertwined in the lives of the characters. I like no matter was the characters are going through I understood and rallied around them even in their darkest hours, laughed through their joys and cried though their pain. At first I thought this was a married couples book but really it’s an all people s book. There were so many lessons to be learned

This book definitely didn’t disappoint me at all. It continued right where the last book left off at. This book had more twist and turn it was if you thought this was going to happen nah it went in the other direction. I love how it was a lot of representation about god in this book. I really hoped that people caught how these women stuck together through thick and thin. Slot of women would love to have this type of friendship like they did. They showed so much love in each ones life in their time of need. This was by far a phenomenal series. Please read this you won’t be disappointed at all....
