In the small coastal town of Fowey, Cornwall, a young outcast named Henry Hall finds both purpose and love through the joy of dance. Throughout the years, he overcomes life’s most trying times and goes on to be loved by the entire nation.
But tragedy strikes. Through sheer exhaustion brought on by an ongoing drive to be the best and provide for his family, he drops the love of his life, Victoria Delaigny. A young dancer from a well-to-do family who not only initially attracted him to dance, but trained with him to the point of world fame and helped him grow and mature as a man.
Crippled by guilt, Henry must learn to live with the consequences of this fateful night while Victoria attempts to push him aside, so that both of their lives may not falter.
