I was delightfully surprised with all the nutritional informational, so helpful and reassuring! Mocktail recipes are easy to read, ingredients are simple and honestly, I have 90% of these (how?!) and laid out in a v attainable manner.
This book gave wonderful detail for the reasoning behind the ingredients used in all the recipes. I eat primarily plant based and try to stick to healthy options, and I was excited to see the ingredients used for these drinks tend to be healthy alternatives. My husband and I have enjoyed many recipes so far and plan to try more as my pregnancy progresses. After pregnancy, these recipes will still be able to be used during breast feeding. My husband has already experimented adding alcohol to his drinks on a couple occasions, so there is always that option later. I’m so excited to try the sangria at my baby shower! Highly recommend this book to all expecting mamas!
While I am not pregnant now I don’t drink alcohol, finding nonalcoholic drinks has been a nightmare for me. This book has 45 recipes- many of which I shall be baking for myself because they sound delicious! I’m so happy I found this book at my local library and I’m already going to put this on my to buy wish list as having a hard copy of a book you’re going to be using a lot comes in handy- even if no baby in sight! Lol. Anyway, really excited to try so many of these recipes, I’m so very happy! Thanks authors for writing a godsend to those who don’t drink!!!
