Very useful read. Well researched, well documented, accurate, insightful and razor sharp in its observations. Also, compared to what else I have read so far on this subject, this book does a much better job at taking into account the relevant studies and doctrine.
I would teach this in schools. It would spare people decades of pain and distress if this kind of education were largely available and practiced.
I strongly recommend it.
