The Impostor Syndrome is a real thing and even after years and years, I still feel it. This book has some good suggestions for overcoming this and lots of comparisons of how men manage to avoid it. Being the only woman in a male dominated field really brings this to the forefront.
This is something I maybe should have read in my 30s, but not most of it is familiar to me. I could have skipped half the book and gotten the same thing out of it.
