While I knew of Von Braun as a father of V2 rockets and was aware of him being shipped to the US, I did not know the whole story. Reasonably well written, not too technical for a layperson, but has slightly annoying fixation on protagonists involvement in SS. Perhaps it did play as important role in Wernher's life as it was given in the book, but the author himself says that most of the other biographers tend to avoid the topic. Chapters are of convenient length for ~half an hour commute :)

A disappointing book -- the author is incredibly biased against Von Braun. This has all the marks of a hit piece. Would not recommend this title.
