Really contradictory

I really wanted to like this book and was keen to follow the advice and guidelines and cook the recipes. However in one section it says avoid low fat foods, but then advises to only drink low fat milk, but then a recipe calls for full fat milk. Or it suggests to limit processed meat, but then has multiple recipes calling for processed meat.

couple of new recipes to add to the recipe box

I don’t like to give spoilers on the books that I read. I believe the blurb on the back is enough for you to decide if you will read the book or not. If you choose to read, enjoy!

Disappointing. Many mistakes in the text and recipe portions. Way too much work for my lifestyle. Poor production quality as well.
