She is left once again but he is going to be there to pick her up and make her feel better forever

Devotion At The Spa is the third book in the Eden Spa Series by Avery North. This time the story is about the sweet and every loving Raven Sampson and sexy and sweet Samuel Rivers. Raven works as a window dresser for one of the local department stores in town. She is not what you would describe as being luck in love. Yes she has had boyfriends and even a few that she thought were "the one" but nothing has worked out and they have all left her, giving the same version of excuse. For the last three months she has been in a relationship with Roy when she suggests that they go to the Eden Spa for a weekend couples getaway. Roy is not to enthusiastic to say the least but she convinces and cajoles him into going even going so far as to say she would pay for it. When they arrive on Friday morning Raven is all excited but Roy is complaining. He can't even walk into the spa and instead leaves Raven on the front steps as he drives away. Instead of turning tail and running back home Raven decides to take the weekend for herself, after all she has paid for it so why not enjoy it.
After unpacking in her room Raven goes downstairs to get some breakfast and there she first encounters Samuel when he serves her coffee. Later that day he talks with her while she is lounging by the pool and suggests that he come back when he is finished working at 4:00 pm to hang out and then have dinner together. Raven figures why not and agrees. They have a great time together with easy conversation, a bit of flirting and a nice amount of attraction. After dinner they hit the hot tub with a bit more wine and then end up taking things back to her room for the night.
The next morning Raven awakens with the realization that something happened and then turns over to find a naked Samuel in her bed. This is way more than she can handle with him thinking she is kidding but when she kicks him out of the room he knows she is serious. But after he has a talk with his cousin, the owner of the spa, he realizes that he needs to go after her as he is already in love with her and does not want to let her go. But with a misunderstanding he may be the one to leave. Thus when Raven realizes she overreacted and he made her feel good with their connection she may end up being brokenhearted once again before things could even get started.

This is a fast-paced, entertaining and romantic short story. There is a slight amount of sexy but nothing graphic. I liked this story of Raven and Samuel as it has a great ending and a wonderful Epilogue.

Avery North has written a 5-star book that is about Raven and Samuel. Raven has convinced her boyfriend to go away for the weekend to the Eden Spa that everyone has been talking about. Once they get there Roy tells her that he can't do it and that they are over and then he leaves her there. Samuel was working outside and he heard everything. Raven decides that she is going to enjoy her weekend so she goes and checks in. After she puts her things away so goes down to the pool and someone asks her if "she would like a coffee?" She looks up and it is a waiter and he tells her he is Samuel Rivers and then asks "if she would like a mimosa while she waited for her breakfast?" She tells him yes. There is an attraction between them but after what just happened with Roy, Raven is done with men for a while. Samuel sees her at the pool and tells her that he heard what Roy had said to her and he is sorry. He tells her that he gets off at four and if she wanted they could hang out at the pool and then have dinner together, only if she wanted to. Raven tells him that sounded good. They hit it off and enjoy each other's company and end up spending the night together. The next morning Raven is upset over what happened between them and tells Samuel it was a mistake and to leave. She does this because she thinks she has gotten to close to him to fast again and she doesn't want to be hurt again. While at the pool, she meets Jim, he is there alone and just wants someone to talk to. He tells her about his wife and then gives her some good advice that she takes to heart. She goes to look for Samuel but she can't find him. When she checks out the next morning, she has a note to leave for Samuel but is told he may not be back for a while. The clerk asks if she wants to leave the note and she tells him no and then throws it away. She looks so disappointed the clerk gets the note out of the trash, reads it and then calls Samuel. Raven tells her friend Iris about what happened and she tells Raven to research him. Raven tells her she would not know where to start so Iris tells Raven that she would do it but comes up with nothing on Samuel. Raven thinks that they were not meant to be together.
Will Raven get over her feelings for Samuel?
After getting called will Samuel go after Raven or will he let her go for good?
This was a wonderful book and I would recommend it to anyone.

I need a hot-tub

This was book three of the Eden Spa series. It’s another fun, instalove alpha man/curvy woman romance read. A wonderful story about Raven and Samuel.

Raven goes to the trouble of planning and organising an amazing, weekend spa trip for her and the new man in her life (Roy). This was all part of a plan to get to know each other better. However, Roy gets cold feet, and leaves her stranded. He needs to grow a pair!

As a strong and independent woman, instead of wasting a great weekend away, Raven decides to brave it out, and stays at the spa to enjoy herself, and nurse her broken heart/spirit. (I would LOVE to do that myself actually!)…

Whilst she does try to immerse herself in the wondrous offerings of the spa, she does feel alone. Enter Samuel. He will make her forget about what’s-his-name ;) They steam up the pages of this book, but will they regret what’s happened? Will they have any kind of future together outside of the spa?

And now I want to go back to Switzerland for a holiday… maybe check out a spa ;) I give this book four and half stars.

Raven Sampson is in a new relationship with Roy, so she sets them up for the weekend at the Eden Spa to get to know each other better. To her surprise, Roy says he isn’t ready for their relationship and leaves Raven alone at the spa entrance!

Raven decides to go it alone, but with the focus on couples, she isn’t sure that she can deal with the loneliness anymore. Samuel Rivers notices her and offers her friendship and company. As their feelings progress, Raven feels guilty and distances herself from Samuel. Was there short time together enough that he will want to pursue her and change her mind? Or will Raven give up on love completely?

This series is really excellent at providing wonderful stories that pack so much emotion for the reader. The reader feels everything along with the characters and is filled with compassion. Will Raven try to forget her weekend? Is Samuel nothing but a guilty memory now? Grab your copy and see if they are meant to find a HEA together.

It is Raven time at the spa. Upon arriving at the spa her boyfriend decide he can not do this anymore and dumps her. Raven is going to have a fun fill weekend without him and decide to check in and enjoy herself. Raven decide to put time in on herself and has sworn off men for a while. Samuel was there when Raven and Roy arrived. He heard everything. Guess who is Raven waiter? Guess who has sparks flying all over the place? Samuel wants to tell Raven he is sorry about her situation and he heard it all. Samuel trying to be a good guy offer Raven dinner and hanging out with him after he gets off work that day. Will she go with him? See where things will lead to? You will have to read the book. You will not be disappointed in the book . All the books at the spa have been great thus far. Great Job!!

Raven is going for a couples' getaway weekend at the spa with her boyfriend, but he ditches her on the steps of the spa. She decides to stay and try to have a nice time anyway. Samuel is working at the spa that weekend as a favor to the owner, and overhears Raven being dumped. Raven and Samuel have a wonderful time together after he's done working, but she wakes up the next morning regretting the night spent with a stranger, and sends him away. This is the next installment in the series, and it's a nice one. Raven's friends are so supportive and caring about her feelings. I'm glad Raven gets her happy ending, but she tries to rush relationships just a little. Samuel's a really good guy, and obviously doesn't mind being rushed.

Raven Sampson asks her boyfriend, Roy, to accompany her to the Eden Spa. He agreed to go because she was going to pay, but he dumps her before she checks into the spa. She decides to stay and treat herself.

She meets a worker, Samuel Rivers, who is filling in for a call-out as a favor for the owner. They agree to meet up after he gets off work. The talk, chat, share a hot tub, and then things get heated. Morning brings regrets; Raven tells Samuel their connection is a mistake.

He leaves at her request, tries to reconnect, but sees her talking to another man. It is time to cut his losses.

What happens now? Who will Raven choose? The old boyfriend, the new man, or her one-night hookup? Read and find out?

This book is absolutely fantastic! A wonderful story about finally finding your one true love when you least expect it! Raven is looking for love but seemingly in all the wrong places. All her boyfriends leave her for being too needy and clingy. She just feels she loves with all her heart. A weekend scheduled at the Eden Spa with her latest boyfriend starts out horribly. She ends up meeting a wonderful man, Samuel, while she's there. Things seem to be great between them until Raven panics. Just when she realizes he might be the one, he's gone. She heads home, saddened, but it isn't long before Samuel shows back up in her life, leading her on towards her very own happily ever after.

Characterizations: Detailed. Believable.

A good original story that smoothly flowed along and was easy to read (quick read too!). The characterizations were detailed and believable. It is amazing how we act when we ant something so badly. This was the case of the plight for the main female character. Along the way both the main male and the main female characters jumped to conclusions, without first checking with each other before going off half-cocked. Bit of a bump along their path towards true love. They did receive a wee bit of help to their happily-ever-after.

I voluntarily received an advance review copy of this short story from Booksprout and I am leaving an honest and unbiased review. I have no affiliation to this author.

We start off with a rather pushy and I think desperate Raven who wants (more like demands) to take her boyfriend Roy to Eden Spa. Roy says several times he can’t afford to go and he really doesn’t think it’s a good idea they haven’t known each other for long.....and well she talks him into it and pays for the trip. Then as soon as they get there Roy decides it’s too much and leaves her on the stairs! Well that’s where we start out.....I love this series just well thought out so cute and a quick read. I love a book that can make you feel good at the end.

This is the third book in the Eden Spa Series. Its the story of Raven and Samuel. Raven's a window dresser for Macy's and Samuel owns his own company and helps out at the spa when needed. Samuel's there when Raven gets dumped by her boyfriend at the bottom of the stairs to the spa. Samuel hates seeing Raven alone and up set so he offers to have dinner with her when his shift ends. Things go up and down from there. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

HEA is so popular - always! This very short one is just so romantic somehow. The characters are mostly so sweet - and then there is the as...hole.... It is amazing how all that was in this story fit in all these very few pages but somehow the story managed to not feel incomplete which I always think is amazing when that happens in stories that you can read through a bit extended lunch break... But this story overall is quite good and sweet and really deserves four stars.

Beautiful love story.
This may be short but it is a wonderful sweet love story. Raven's friends raved about the Spa so she booked for her & Roy to go but being the pathetic boyfriend he left her as soon as they go to the Spa. Although had had he stayed she would never have met Samuel the love of her life who had seen everything that happened & offered to keep her company. Although they were meant to be together it looked like she may have pushed him away, thankfully she had her friends to help her.

Quick read. If you need love and romance in your life, head to the Eden Spa. The author continues to give us characters that we can connect with. Raven convinces her boyfriend to go to the spa for the weekend. Once there, he dumps her on the steps and takes off. She does not understand why she keeps getting her heartbroken by men and vows to not let anyone else into her heart.

Raven was havin bad luck with boyfriends as she tended to show her feeling too fast and strong. When she got dumped at a spa for a couples weekend, she swore off men - and then she met Samual. They really hit it off, but she thought it was too fast.. I really liked the characters and how Samual stepsped up to the plate to find her. An HEA Very sweet

Raven is having the worse luck with men when her new boyfriend leaves her on the steps of Eden Spa which she booked thinking this would be a romantic weekend and Roy decides he is not ready for anything serious. Raven decides to stay since she paid for the weekend but feels out of place with all the other couples until she meets Samuel. They hit it off and have a wonderful night together but she panics the next morning telling him it was a mistake. Will Raven and Samuel get back together?

Loving all of the stories so far.

A quick sweet story. Raven is off to Eden Spa with her boyfriend of three months until he drops a bombshell and leaves her there. All alone she puts on a brave face whilst all the other couples enjoy themselves. From there we are introduced to Samual and then it’s full steam ahead. A wonderful sweet quick read but who will be next at the Spa?? Loved the story and the characters.

This is the third book in the Eden Spa Series. Another weekend away to fall in love. However, what is not on the agenda is Raven's boyfriend, Roy, bailing on her and her staying at the romantic getaway on her own. She meets and has dinner with Samuel at the spa. Is this just a weekend fling or can Raven and Samuel make it into something more? Another great short story in the series. Enjoy!

This is the third book from this series, they are stand alone short stories, but have some characters in common! I like this book. The fact that it is short makes what happens à bit fast and unbelievable. But that being said it's a sweet read.

After being dumped at the entrance of the Eden Spa, Raven feels humiliated but decided to spend the weekend there even if she is alone. Sam sees the scene and after seeing her alone, he decides to approach her. Little they imagine what was about to happen.
