I’ll admit, I’m a sucker for short, sexy insta-love stories and Royally His by Clarissa Wild (writing as Gigi Thorne) certainly ticked all those boxes.
Maya is a clothing designer who is about to embark on the opportunity if a lifetime - create one of a kind fashion for foreign royalty. When she arrives in Dakai she has a night out in the town and meets a sexy stranger who rocks her world. What should be a fun travel one night stand becomes a huge complication when she discovers the handsome stranger Amir is the prince that is her new client. She has a policy about never mixing business with pleasure. It is an especially bad idea since he’s a royal play boy. No good can possibly come from continuing to get personal with Amir, but she can’t keep her eyes off him and he seems incapable of keeping his hands to himself.
This was so fun and sexy. Maya and Amir kept a smile on my face as I read. I loved their antics and chemistry.

Reading Royally His was a good change in the world of Royalty as usually when we read Royalty romances, the prince tends to be from either the UK or a European country. In Royally His, the book takes place in the middle east area of the world. A world where we know the royalty is more often than not surrounded by harems of women like that as their culture. In Royally His, we meet Prince Amir who wants freedom from his royal reigns and decides to dress in disguise and go clubbing. Here he meets an American Maya and the two have a one night stand, and all is going well until Maya is left standing alone as he has disappeared into the night. The next day, Maya is here at the palace for a job as she has been chosen as the new Royal designer. What she never expected was that the guy she hooked up with is none other than Prince Amir. Despite their differences and the fact she is a commoner, can Amir persuade Maya to stay and love him as he loves her? Can he talk his father - the King into accepting her and his decisions? Gigi Thorne continues to impress with the next author taking over and bonus! She happens to be a favorite of mine. Clarissa Wild is known for the three ds' in my book... dark, dirty, and dangerous so experiencing her in a lighter, easier, funner role was totally amazing and undeniable in every single way.
When they meet, it's under disguise and anonymity... until they cross paths again, mere hours after an unforgettable experience in a club bathroom.
Maya and Amir lit up my kindle and completely stole my heart. I loved the dynamic between these two...the great banter and how Amir stopped at nothing tiki make sure Maya was his. And while their story was short, it packed a serious punch to the heart.... and panties.
I highly recommend this book y'all.

Royally His is the perfect mix of insta-love royal style! It's quick, swoony and delicious.
Maya finds herself in a foreign county hooking up with a random stranger for a quickie in the bathroom of a local club. She doesn't get more than his name as he runs off after being discovered.

This is the 4th (or 5th) book I've read from the group of authors that go by Gigi Thorne and this has been the best one so far! It was quick and sexy and I loved that the male lead was more convinced and committed than the female lead at first. There was a good balance of steam to story and I enjoyed the interesting setting. 3 out of 5 wine glasses.

This is a short and sexy royal romance. This story has good characters with a few problems thrown in. Amir and Maya have wonderful chemistry that flies off the pages. Good read.

First I dont know if this is like a World Series or A Vault like thing all These Authors using same Pen name for this. That makes it confusing
Second The story had no depth quick fast read.
Prince wants to be like everyone else sneaks out of Castle to go to club to hookup. They see each other across the room Then he backs her in bathroom and boom they are having sex.
Oh you dont know where she is or why shes there till after they meet. Then its she was chosen to design his clothes.

Royally His had my heart beating super fast from all the steam and sizzle that Prince Amir and Maya fire up when they are together. Prince Amir meets Maya one night at a club where they have this unbelievable experience and he think he will never see her again. Maya has the same experience but feels abandoned when he disappeared right after their beautiful time together. These two do end up coming face to face the next day and sparks still do fly between them. Maya didn't know Amir was a royal and Amir was just scratching an "itch" but they both realize that what they had together was magical and different... can they make things work ? Do they even want to ? How is a connection between a royal and a commoner going to work out…? Only way to find out is to read this awesome story which is full of heat, steam, romance, drama, angst and romance.

Amir, Prince of Dakai, wants to be normal for just one night. His father’s strict rules smother him, so he rebels against them. Trouble seems to follow him, mostly because he is so recognizable. The paparazzi follow him everywhere, capturing everything he does and opening him up to public scrutiny as well as his father’s strictures. His father forces him to spend time with wealthy women, but Amir finds them boring. They like him because he is a prince. Maya is out for the night, when she meets this hot guy at the club, they have a very hot hook up in the bathroom. He ends up leaving after and she has no idea who he is.
When Maya goes to her new job the next day she is floored when she meets the Prince and realizes who he is. Amir is pleasantly surprised as well since he hasn’t been able to stop thinking about her.
Will Maya be able to stick to her contract and not fraternize with the Prince? Will the Prince keep his distance from the woman he wants?
I really enjoyed this read it was fun seeing the connection these two had. Maya was great and tried really hard to be good, but when all you want is to be bad its a challenge. Amir is a man who is used to getting what he wants and when he finally got Maya, it was on. These two had some very hot and steamy moments. I was very happy with the ending and was once again pulled right in by the writing and characters. A great short read. I have to say, I wouldn’t mind seeing more from these two.

Maya is an well known American clothing designer who dreams of expanding and acquire an International reputation. That is the reason why she has accepted a contract with the palace of Dakai to design clothes for the Royal Family.
Upon arrival, she stores her things at the hotel and decides to go to the bar and just have fun by herself.
Amir is the Crown Prince of Dakai and is tired of getting his life run by his father and having to date women whose only interest is to be the future Queen. He disguises himself and goes to a local bar to drink and probably pickup a girl for the night.
Amir and Maya, who has no clue he's a Prince, hit it off.
This brief resume stops here as not to give away the plot.
The author explores , in a brilliant way, step by step, what situations arise between a "Well to do" young man and a normal young woman in a new element as well as environment. There are graphic sex scenes, yes, but the book is so well crafted that the humanity, the accuracy of a tale such as this one between a well to do and an aspiring business woman, the hostility shown by snobs to what they consider a lesser being, captured my attention and make me rate this book with 5 Stars.

We have Maya who is an American, working in a foreign country. She has a job working as a designer. All she is told is to come to the palace, she doesn’t know what she will be doing exactly. She was offered this position as she gladly accepted. Being in a foreign country she wasn’t sure what to do for the night life. She headed to a local club. Across the dance floor she see a handsome stranger. They start dancing together and can’t keep their hands off of each other.
Amir, is the royal prince of his country. He is always being photographed by the paparazzi. He likes going out but always has to wear scarves / outfits to hide. When he see’s Maya in the club he knows he needs to get closer to her. Close is what he gets for sure.

Royally His was a fun book. Maya has the opportunity of a life time to make clothes for the Royal family. This is a once is a life time chance to make a name for herself in the fashion world. Breaking out of her shell, she takes a chance at a night of unwinding before she starts the new job. While stepping out of her comfort zone, Maya meets a devilishly handsome man. The chemistry is so consuming, it makes Maya do something she has never done before. As quickly as their liaison started, it was over. Maya doesn't regret the passion she shared with the stranger, but she cant stop thinking about him.
Amir is a Prince who loves to rebel. He doesn't quite yet know if he wants to follow his father's rules and become the Prince his father wants. This causes Amir to sneak out and take risks. Risks that lead him to a beautiful stranger.

This book was a romantic quick read. Maya has moved to a new country for a once in a life time opportunity. Then a quick romp in a nightclub bathroom changes things drastically. Turns out the man she had her encounter with is not only the man she will be working for but he is also the crown prince. Amir just wanted a night out. He got more than he bargained for. Maya is different than anyone Amir has meet before. He wants more from her but she isn’t interested. Will he find a way to break down her defenses? Maya is a great character. She is trying to get her clothing design company off the ground. Amir is a bit of a playboy but he really just wants someone who wants him for him and not because he is a prince. This book was a quick romantic read. I really enjoyed it. This book is different from the book Clarissa normally writes. I enjoyed something different from her but look forward to reading her normal style again. Congrats on a great book.

I can't even begin my review with this sinfully delicious short read.
Royally His had my heart palpitating from all the heat that Prince Amir and Maya ignite when they are together.
Maya is a clothing designer who is offered a deal of a lifetime to create a wardrobe for the royal family. A night on the town has her locking lips and hooking up with a total stranger. She later discovers that the stranger is a prince in disguise who was enjoying a night on the town of his own. Will this instant attraction be worth breaking a contract for Maya? Will a Royal Prince be willing to see how far a one night stand can go?
Royally His is a fast and steamy read but lacks for nothing when it comes to feeling the characters emotions of laughing, a burning desire and falling in love. I loved it!

Amir is a Prince in line to be the king and is expected to act like one but he likes to push the box. One night he goes out in hoping now one will recognize him. Across the bar he see’s Maya.
Maya is in a strange county and just wanted to go out one night before she starts the most important job of her career.
Amir and Maya’s attraction is instant. Maya’s not the kind of girl that she has sex with someone she just meet but something theirs something about Amir that has her throwing caution to the wind.
Maya can’t stop thinking about Amir and when she goes to her new job she can’t believe Amir is the royalty she’s going to design clothes for.
The story is steamy. You never think of royalty acting the way Amir does but he’s a guy. Lol. A shot but very hot story.
Clarissa never falls to deliver a steamy story. This is a must read.

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book. I loved this story!! Maya and Amir are explosive and jump off the pages. Maya in a new country taking a chance and going out on the town before she starts her new job, a night out will be good, calm the nerves, have some fun, but you never expect to meet someone and that’s just what happened. When Amir sees Maya across the room, he’s entranced with her and has to have her, one quick romp together and that’s it, never see each other again, right? Well life really never goes the way we plan it, neither one expected that they would be working together, even though neither one of them could forget about their night together. Will Amir convince Maya to give him a chance at something more? Or will she flat out refuse and quit? I guess you will need to grab this to find out what’s in store for these two.

I haven’t read a lot of royals books, but when one of my favorite authors decided to write one, I was looking forward to it. And I’ll admit that when I first started Royally His, I wasn’t as enthused as I had been, but the more I read, the more I warmed up to it, and by the end, I was completely in love with it! Royally His was a fantastic little story and I’m glad that I got to read it!
Royally His was a quick and easy novella — I finished it in one sitting. It was fun, flirty, and dirty. Amir was playful, sexy, and confident but he also kind and sweet like Maya. Maya was real, sassy, and independent. This book might not have been very complicated, but it did squeeze my heart a tiny bit. It made me laugh and put on a smile on my face more than once — I really enjoyed reading it. Royally His sucked me in and I couldn’t help but love it, it was so lovely.

Short + sexy, but packs a punch

I really enjoyed this story. Two people from opposite ends of the spectrum, drawn together through desire and need. Will they be able to build a relationship together? Amir's father, the King, does not approve of this son and this commoner, this is where things get interesting.
Hot, sexy and sensual is the only way to describe this story. It flows at a quick pace and is unputdownable. I loved this one.

It was Love at first sight for Amir and Maya. It was just a one night stand, they didn’t expect to run into each other let alone the chemistry that drew them together that night is stronger than ever. It’s made complicated due to the fact that Amir is a prince. Though most see him as a joke. Looking at him with a different set of eyes you see how much he loves cares for the people in his country. The little things he does to make others happy. Maya and Amir just may be what the other needs. Maya needs to realize just how talented she is and Amir can prove to his family that he is worthy to one day lead this country thanks to the woman who made him change his ways and honor his responsibilities.

I love a book where the heroine believes after one encounter that she will never see that man again. It makes me laugh as a reader because I know one night is always going to turn into much more. That one night with a stranger not only turns into your new employer but a royal prince too. How can a girl be so lucky? This book was so much fun to read. I enjoyed the interaction between Prince Amir and Maya. Their banter was fun but flirty. She was exactly the type of sass that the Prince was looking for. This was a fast read for me because I was quickly caught up in the romance and drama of it all. I loved it from start to finish.

Will this working relationship lure the playboy and designer to be together—can two opposites attract each other and come together? The scenes are well written, fast-paced and flow smoothly from one scene to the next.

I love this author so to get the opportunity to read this book under the pen name I knew it was going to be a good read and it doesn't disappoint, Prince Amir likes to live life like a 'normal' person so dressed down in a disguise he goes out to a night club where he locks eyes with the gorgeous Maya, life has a funny way of throwing two people together which after a one night stand is exactly what happens but life has a way of going wrong and the king is less than impressed will Amir get his princess?

A phenomenal read! Beautifully written, well-developed and heart melting! It is drama-filled, funny, and witty; a fun fast pace, page-turner; the writing is fluid and the story flows smoothly. Amazing characters who are just perfect for each other in spite of their station; the chemistry between them is instant, intense and hot! The hot descriptive sex has sparks so explosive they will melt your kindle. The ending is very satisfying and I am happy I went along on this ride with Amir and Maya. Definitely recommended. I love Gigi Thorne's stories but this one is not my favourite as I just didn't like the hero, Amir. He's just a womanising playboy who is self indulgent and even after a passionate encounter with Maya he's straight back with other women the next day even though he claims to want her? I had such high hopes for Maya but she just let him do with her as he willed and since, I didn't like him... Also written by Clarissa Wild as part of Gigi Thorne authors. However, despite this not being the book for me, I will be looking forward to reading more of Gigi's stories as I have loved every other one.
