There is so much breadth of heartfelt human knowledge within the book - some parts broke my heart at the sheer authenticity and beauty - the wisdom within is a worthy use of time - please do read.

Even the forward is moving.

Very beautiful collection that i would encourage anyone paying attention and having an exploring mind should visit as it draws from a very open place within us human species.

Honestly it was better than i expected and very much a strong foundation in the collation from Patrick.
