In this Second Chance Surprise-Baby Curvy Girl Romance

It takes Zeke one night to realize she’s his forever… and then she disappears, but he knows he will find her and, once he has her again, he will never let her go.

34-year-old Zeke Winston with his wild beard and tattoos might not look like your typical financier, but everybody knows not to let his appearances fool them. Businesslike, sensible and level-headed, he’s been the CEO of his family privately held, worldwide hedge fund company, E&W Capital International, for years and he leads the most unromantic life ever.
Old-moneyed, hard-working, charitable and ruggedly handsome as he is, he can hardly avoid hitting the list of most eligible New York diehard bachelors every year, but he doesn’t think his status will ever change.
He is the man who can’t be moved until, suddenly, he becomes quite the opposite when he touches love for the first time one fateful night and a curvy fairy turns his life upside down.

And then, she disappears like a dream and now he’ll do anything to find her, but the Big Apple has never been so immense it seems, yet no matter how heartbroken he is and how little he has to go on, he still can never forget her and will never stop looking for his little bit of sky.
He will find her. He was her first lover, she was his first love, he has already lost her once and won’t let it happen again.

22-year-old Skye Brighton is a camera-shy accountant laden with more curves than she can sometimes handle. She may be full of energy, spunky and gritty, but she’s very private. She doesn’t like to draw attention to herself and she has never known much happiness. Orphaned and almost completely alone in the world, she just got unfairly fired from her first real job, but she’s used to be an underdog with no champion and won’t let this drag her down.
She thinks she’s unsinkable, she’s always been, though the universe seems to hold a bit of a grudge against her and has tried to kick her down plenty of times.

And then her life gets that much more complicated when a sexy, large, tattooed bearded gentleman drags her away, steals all of her firsts and leaves with her
something she never expected to have.
A broken heart might just be the thing to finally sink her.

Wasn’t love supposed to conquer all when she finally found The One?
What the heck happened there?

Zeke sees Skye across the room and knows that his life has changed forever and they night had just begun. That moment, he knew he would move heaven and earth to make sure that she stayed with him. Only he didn't know over the course of 14 months he would be doing exactly that in search for his fairy!!! He knows once he finds her again, she will never be able to leave his sight again.
But threats are turning and lies have been made, can Zeke find and protect his fairy and family he didn't know he had before its too late?

-safe read
-H celibate for over 3 years
-h is a virgin
-no ow/om drama from ex lovers, just drama from a manipulative *b* out for money
-no sexual abuse past or present
-cute epilogues 1 year and 8 years

This story was wonderful.
The pain that the H/h went through during their separation was thoroughly felt. The emotions, from the H especially, made this book for me. Give me a tough, alpha and OTT possessive H who is head over heels for his "one" and also shows his emotions and I'm all in.
-virgin h, celebate H
-no others after meeting
-dual POV
-no abuse
-OW drama from the evil H's step-sister
-epilogues at 1 year and 8 years
I am loving Ember Flints characters and will continue to grab her stories up as soon as they release.

Not Bad

3.5 Stars

This story took you on quite a ride. Zeke and Skye meet and their love is instant. When Skye is lied to by Zeke’s lawyer she flees not wanting believing all lies but scared to know if they’re true. They are separated for 14 months and Zeke has been searching for her the entire time. It’s hard to find someone when you don’t know their last name. Fate plays a huge hand in their reuniting. The moment his guys call Zeke to tell him they found her he sees her walking the halls of one of his companies.
This is where things really explode. Learning about who caused their separation and why is a roller coaster. I’m glad the person was severely punished.
I liked both characters even though Skye did cry a lot. I know times were emotional and there was a lot going on but I just felt all she did was cry. Zeke was so good with Skye and Kiel, he accepted them with open arms and never hesitated to show his love.
I wish that they would have waited to have sex when they reunited. Skye thought the worst about him and thought he wanted nothing to do with her or the baby but she willingly gave herself to him before getting any answers. That kind of irritated me.

Safety and Spoilers
Safe. No om drama. Ow drama, the H’s stepsister lies to h and tells her horrible things about him so she’ll leave and never come back. She manipulates the h when she tries to reach H to tell him she’s pregnant and makes h think H wants nothing to do with her or the baby. Stepsister also threatens lives of the h and her baby on several occasions. H has been celibate for at least three years and h is a virgin. No abuse.

Secret Billionaire Baby Daddy

'Sex Billionaire Baby Daddy ' starts not and ends with a hot happy ending. Zeke and his little bit of Skye endure manipulation, separation and lies before finding each other over a year later. I loved the characters, how steadfast their commitment and love stayed strong through all the difficulties.

One of the stupidest and most unrealistic plots! I should have realized that this would be a silly book when the first 20% of it was filled with their first night of sex and falling madly in love and deciding to spend the rest of their lives together!

It’s a smutty safe easy-reading book imo. I might’ve given it a higher rating but I’m just not in the current state of mind for it. Personal opinion.

I guess I didn’t like the beginning of the book where the h and H are having hot sex. Too OTT and Zeke wasn’t bad and he was truly morose for having temporarily lost the h, but I couldn’t just feel anything for the h. She was a case of Cinderella and I have to have hot sparring between the mcs for the book to be a winner.

My rating was low as I am not a fan of going straight into the sex and thought that was annoying as I do like some introduction to the characters

The couple: Zeke and Skye

Romance genre: secret baby
Length: 173 pages

Plot: Zeke and Skye meet one night when she sneaks into a fancy party. They instantly fall in love and spend the most wonderful night together. But in the morning when Zeke leaves to take care of some business. a woman claiming to be his lawyer busts into the bedroom and orders Skye out, telling her about Zeke's fiance. Skye is humiliated and devastated and leaves without any trace. Zeke has no idea what happened and looks for her for months. When he finally finds her, he is shocked to see she isn't alone - she has his baby! When they figure out what actually happened, they know it wasn't their fault - they really were meant to be together.

Commentary: It's amazing (and improbable, but this is fiction, so...) how the sister could have hidden her intentions all those years. She definitely was a caricature of a villain (or I just haven't met a real-life villain!). I wondered for a minute if she was redeemable (there was a minute where I thought she might be because of the way she acted a little chastened when Skye slapped her), but then she got back up and was more awful than before. Yes, this was a silly story - so many secret baby stories are - but it was a typical insta-love happy ending book, and was entertaining.

So Good!

Ember Flint has really been on her game with these new releases & this book was even better than her last. I was so engrossed in Zeke & Skye's story that I literally didn't want to put it down so I could sleep. You know when a book has you in so deep that you fall asleep while reading? Well that is what happened to me reading this beautiful surprise romance.
It was a completely safe read where both our main characters only have eyes for each other. There is one person that the drama erupts from, and let me tell you that it surprised me because I thought I knew who it was but I was wrong. This was a beautiful read about Skye and Zeke being soulmates at first sight and I really can't explain enough how much I loved this story and couldn't put it down.

Loved the concept, I really enjoy 'cheesy' over-the-top cave man stories. But... and there is a huge but; the insta love was waaaay too insta. On their very first night together (i.e. just hours in):
"Don't stop, Zeke... don't ever stop. I want you to promise you'll be doing this to me for the rest of our lives... until we're all old and wrinkly and our kisses make our grandkids grumble and flush in embarrassment."

I couldn't quite put the image I had in my mind of Skye together with the term 'my little fairy'. Skye was a little on the chubby side, not that it matters... but not what I imagine a fairy to look like. I think the story would have had a greater impact on me if the term of endearment had been 'my angel' or something to that effect.

Secret Baby love

Love the secret baby trope. I’ve always been a sucker for it and this one was pretty epic. Not gonna give any spoilers away, but the hero falls hard and fast for his girl and when he’s called away on an emergency, she’s torn away from him by lies and deception.

He spends every waking moment trying to get back to her...and he’s ready to burn down the world when he finds her. The sex scenes were scorching, the emotion and connection was heart wrenching and the HEA epilogues were swoon-worthy.

I loved that there was no cheating, the MCs were faithful during separation and the heroine gave the hero her virginity, he’s her one and only.

I rated the book with 2 stars because I feel the story was dragged for too long. The dialogue between the characters got a little too cheesy and repetitive. I think the language in terms of grammar needs to be looked at again.

It got to a point where I was waiting to get to the end of the book just so I didn't have to leave it incomplete.

The story concept is great but I wish the story was written and developed better. The writer focuses too much on surrounding and other frills rather that the actual story.

I almost stopped reading the book at the beginning, as I felt the storyline was too far fetched and there were too many sex scenes to begin with. I am glad that I persevered as the story did get better, but I still feel there were too many sex scenes overall.

I wanted to give two stars but I enjoyed the story for the most part...

But there was so many things wrong in this book that it really deserves two stars instead of three. Three stars is super generous and ONLY because I liked the story itself. The execution and writing/editing need MAJOR work. I mean seriously there were quite a few sentences that are completely incomprehensible! And the “s”’s! She had the letter “s” added to so many words that didn’t need them or in the wrong words in the sentences that did need them, that I felt she was trying to write in snake language or something! The most slippery slithering sloppiest form of writing I have seen in a long time!! <<-That was how I felt I was reading but worse as she was adding the “s” to the ends of the words and not just using a lot of s-words.

The other second major issue I had with this book was the way the story was written to play out. The first twenty percent was the one night stand that started it all. Twenty percent! One s e x scene! ONE! I was so bored by the time it was over. I was thrilled to finally get into the story, but, no. The next twenty five percent was on recapping that night or their loss of each other or how they were dealing with everything on their own. That would have been fine if the author had just written it out in order as it happened so we could be a part of the story. Instead she wrote it as things that happened off page but in their memories and that bored the crap out of me too! Normally, this would be considered an angsty style story format but the author has a way of dragging out every single thing ad nauseum and it made me not like this book.

Also, in this twenty five percent off page recapping she kept bouncing back and further and saying the same thing but like it happened differently. Like she had two versions of this story she was trying to write or like more that one author was adding to this book. I’ve seen that kind of confusion in books with dual authors who don’t have good editors. I do believe that this book didn’t see the back of a building with editors in it let alone an actual editor because the grammatical and continuity errors were real as evidenced by my review basically being about that. Still, if she did pay an editor for this product she needs to get her money back!

The ONLY positive thing was the secret baby storyline. They were parted for reasons not of their own making, which makes more sense then people imagining problems but not confronting them when a baby is involved. So I liked it. I LOVED the reveal! It was so sweet, trusting and open of the MMC. This author did write the lead couple as very likable characters. The villain was extreme for a con artist IMO. But it was interesting to say the least. The conflict resolution was nicely done but too brief for me. I wanted a more smack down brawl like only the WWE could produce, lol. But still it was done well. So in not so short, this author has potential but I’m not sure if I can take another book by her. I’ll see if she has another secret baby story in her catalogue but if not I’m going to skip her until I can forget my frustrations with this story like if I had never read her before.

Enjoy if you can.

This started out really good. I love how much Zeke was absolutely taken with Skye. From the moment he first saw her he was all in. Well they both were. It was a love at first sight kind of deal and they both were a little baffled but went with it.

I love how steadfast he was after she disappeared. He was not going to stop looking for her until he found her. He was THAT certain she was his woman. And even despite the weird grammatical errors, like using “is” instead of “its” and words out of order in a sentence, I was still loving this story.

But once they got back together there wasn’t much in the way of story left. There was one major loose end that needed tying up but in between getting to that loose end, tying it up and getting to the end, it was all sex. To the point I started skimming. I wanted some more substance. Because I really liked these characters, I wanted to dive into their lives more. And parts that could have been written out was skimmed over straight to the sex scenes. Like I would have liked to experience when Zeke met Harry for the first time. Since Harry had really been there throughout Skye’s pregnancy and helped her out.

And her baby’s name... Kiel? Really I get that she didn’t want to call him Ezekiel or Zeke because that was his dads name, but what about just Z? Or even EJ (even though it reminds me of Days of our Lives) for Ezekiel Jr. but Kiel? It was so awkward every time I read it. It didn’t roll of the tongue for me, in fact I always tripped up in my reading trying to figure out how exactly to say that.

But despite these little grips, and the definite corniness of the story sometimes, I still really enjoyed it.

** 1.75 Stars ⭐✨ **

I am always complaining about some books where the main characters have sex right after they met, or an ONS, and the sex scene is cut and then recollected through the story but with Secret Billionaire Baby Daddy, I found out that the contrary also bothers me. Here, the book started with their 'ONS' before anything else was told, without any introduction and going straight to sex right at first pages. I felt a little uncomfortable. I also thought Skye's description for her first time was weird.

The book per se was unrealistic, too crazy and had too much inta-everything. I did not like that it had so much of secondary characters stories.

Zeke was a nice hero, however, sometimes I thought his possessiveness and jealousy almost let to toxic behavior. Skye was also nice but sometimes her actions were a bit annoying.

Despite being cheesy Secret Billionaire Baby Daddy had all elements I like. If it had less drama with his psycho stepsister and a better writing, I could definitely see myself enjoying a lot more because it had potential.

Zeke and Skye aka fairy will have you totally wrapped up in their drama. Zeke meets Skye whom he deemed his fairy at a party and it was love at first sight. Their one night was everything he was looking for and more. When he is called away, his sister pulls a fast one by lying to Skye sending her away. It takes them fourteen months to find each other and all the love and feelings are still there. When Zeke finds out what happened, he is beside himself. Will he be able to reign it all in to protect Skye and his child. This nonstop drama will have you guessing what's going to happen next.

Mediocre

Mediocre at best. The storyline is ok. Would benefit from stretching out, more details, and just a little more substance. The reason why I didn’t give more stars is because of how many times I skipped over things. Mostly the sex. Way to much of it. And it begins chapter 1 page 1. Just no.

2.5 🌟. A LOT of crying

Overall quality of writing was ok. Love at first sight, a lot of steamy intimacy scenes, a crazy woman, and Skye crying a lot. Proofreading needs work. Good storyline, but was too distracted by the too much. One of the best epilogues I ever read. Real complete with ...... once again, a lot....... good this time of happy ever afters. 🧐

Loved

I was totally expecting this to be a quick routine Secret Billionare Baby book.

Well it totally is not! It actually has a storyline and some depth to it. I felt like there were times when it was dragged out but don't let it stop you.

Definitely a good read. Nice change of pace.
