I only wish a well-researched book like this had been available in 2005 when my son was diagnosed on the autism spectrum.

Back then, before Facebook had really become mainstream, parents had to use internet forums to exchange information. Thankfully, I was able to find some really amazing parents who helped me on this roller coaster journey. I've been a 'bio-med' mom for 15 years now, and my son is well on his way to recovery.

Autism Wellbeing Plan: How to Get Your Child Healthy is an excellent resource for all parents...those new to autism, long-time autism parents, and even parents whose kids are neurotypical. The information here is essential for everyone's health and well-being, and can be utilized by anyone, at any point in their lives.

This book is divided into two sections. The first section covers a significant amount of biology and physiology, but please don't let that intimidate you. It's written in a way that's easily understood, with accompanying graphs and pictures to help visualize concepts. It's very important to understand these bodily processes, so that you can understand why and how to treat them. So much in mainstream medicine these days is about treating symptoms, not causes. But we all know a person is never truly healed until the root cause is identified and appropriately treated.

The second section covers the treatments which so many bio-med parents have found highly effective when treating their child's various symptoms. Having used many of these treatments on my own son, I can one hundred percent verify they absolutely work, so please go in with an open mind and heart.

Please don't interpret anything in this book as trying to "fix your child". There is nothing to fix! Your child is a wonderful human being with a unique character and qualities that this book is not looking to change. Rather, it is about allowing them to be their happiest and healthiest self.

This paragraph in the introduction really spoke to me, as I've been accused of 'not accepting' my child the way he is. Nothing could be further from the truth. I've spent fifteen years healing his body and making him healthy. As his health improved, his happiness blossomed. As I type this, I can hear him giggling in his bedroom. My wish for him is to live his very best life. I think that's what all parents want. And for that to happen, sometimes you have to dig deep and do what needs to be done. Reading this book is an amazing start.

Author Christian Yordanov ‘s book Autism Well-being Plan How to Get Your Child Healthy is a great hand guide book to equip parents/families of children with autism that there is Hope, one would even dare to consider that health issue could be a factor to certain behavior traits which Doctors & Practitioner rule out.

Mr. Yordanov leads the way courageously with sound reference and a wealth of research and information keeping our Autism Families informed and at ease through education and early prevention while getting everyone involved through early prevention. This book is an eye-opener to our global society and its perception of Autism, this is a must read.
