Shadow Stalker: Revolution Part 1

Rate this book
It’s the calm before the storm, and the storm is closer than Auren thinks.

Auren is successfully using her ability to control people’s minds and actions to take over Nadiria and finally bring an end to the Galvadi Empire, but there is a catch. The more she uses that power, the more she loses herself to it.

If she can accomplish her mission quickly, it will reduce the chance of that happening. The allies she has found are helping her move things along, but there’s a lot of work to do and horrors that Auren has not yet discovered that will make controlling herself nearly impossible.

Her friends and allies are growing concerned over her unpredictable violent actions, and Auren knows her time is running out.

Ah finally the revolution is underway and Auren has taken over the palace in Ostara, Sirah is managing the housekeeping of the palace whilst Aedar is recruiting freedom fighters. People have started re-building their homes, and businesses, shops were being opened and Ostara was already looking different in just a few weeks. Auren went on a tour of Nadiria to carry out the same work in other towns and villages, always choosing leaders to carry out her wishes once she moved on, she killed those in power who were too vile to live and when she visited the children's academies she was shocked to see the conditions these poor children lived in. The girls in the academies were trained to be sex slaves of the army. Horrors which she could not wipe from her mind but the change was taking place and people were re-living in freedom but would this last? The army was approaching Ostara, could Auren over power them as well before they undid the work she and her freedom fighters had done? I just love a people's revolution and have been waiting for this episode like forever; i am expecting exciting episodes from hereon!
