Dan Britton and Jimmy Page have truly inspired me to recognize the importance of the "passing the torch" process in both leadership and life. This book serves as a masterclass in mentorship and coaching, delivered with grace. It emphasizes the significance of cultivating the right relationships, which profoundly influences our intentional living and prepares us for the responsibility of passing the torch.

What a powerful movement this is! As a wisdom walker, I find reflections to be incredibly meaningful, and the way this book is structured encourages deep learning and thoughtful development planning. I hope you are blessed by it as much as I have been!

Was really excited to read this book. However, the author started citing Andy Stanley who has of late revealed some problematic theology, particular with regards to the Old Testament.

That is when I stopped reading.
